I bought my brand new Hayden home in Jan of 2023/ this summer my AC unit would not cool my house so Filed a warranty claim and Hayden refused to even come look at my unit until I file a claim with the Better Business Bureau at which they come come 3 times to inspect and told me there is nothing they can do. After which I have been calling around to now 5 HVAC CO, the state of Idaho Permits and inspections, the City of Caldwell who does the Manual J for Hayden. Come to find out my Manuel J and the actual HVAC that was installed do not match . Hayden decided to put a much smaller less expensive unit in my house which is going to not work at all after a few years from being so overworked from being to small for my house. I called Hayden and they have decided to do nothing and not stand up and do what is right. Apparently they do not care about the quality of their homes or their customers. Their Warranty people are extremely rude and unwilling to looks at fixing the problem after reviewing the hard evidence that has been provided.
Desired outcome: Replace my AC unit with the size that fits my house as that is what I paid for in the cost of my house in the first place.
