Hrrg called and said can i speak to your husband which was not here at the time call came in and she stated that did this number show on your caller id and i said yes and she hung up in a hurry no name was giving... So when my husband got home he called number back that was on caller id and a man from hrrg stated verify your birthdate so he gave it to him and the man stated that my husband owes 500.00 on a bill to the er back 2 years ago and my husband stated he had insurance & never has recieved a bill on that and said that if its not paid in full that his credit report would be messed up due to not paying this false bill thus is a bogus and a scam and he hung up on my husband so he called back and a lady answers and she basically told him the same thing they were rude to my husband and needs to be caught up with and be put behind bars SCAMMERS... It makes me so mad how anybidy can get by with such CRIMES the buy throw away phones and does this crap to honest and hard working people get a real job
Overpayment to Frost-Arnett
In Sept. I mailed a payment to HRRG towards a hospital bill in collections with Frost-Arnett Company who seems to have several branch offices. I was called by each branch 3 times a day automated, never left a message. I mailed $1, 097.00 to get them off my back, I am a senior/disabled. I then get a letter stating my entire bill was $3, 983.33 . Being ill, and very stressed out over this as I am awaiting Medicare, I sent to Frost Arnett the entire bill of $3, 983.33 for a total of $5, 080.33. I wrote to Frost Arnett explaining this and my letters have been ignored for the refund of the overpayment of $1, 097.00. which I had to borrow to get these people to quit calling me. They have offices in Florida, Georgia and Nashville TN. I cannot afford to lose over $1, 000, and feel they harrassed me to pay, I did, plus more than was owed, and now my letters go unanswered, and no one answers the phone in order to get this matter
corrected. I am not asking for what is not owed to me, it IS owed. It seems to me, they expect immediate payment to them, well I expect immediate re-payment as well, as I am very upset by this situation, which is not good for my health issues, as a stroke survivor. I have filed a complaint against Frost-Arnett with BBB in TN. and this parent company now, located in Florida.
I have yet another letter in the mail to them today, at their Nashville Location, to the Collections Board.
I am very upset by this situation, and am merely requesting the refund that is owed to me. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank You
company didnt even send claim to insurance.
I received a bill in May stating that i owed HRRG $900.00 from a ER visit. They have called me non stop since I first received the bill. I finally on 11/13/13 asked the lady from HRRG if she could look and see if my insurance had paid any on the bill, she states that insurance didnt pay any but she said that i could call my insurance and ask them. I called my insurance company and they said that they never received a claim from them for that date and the bills that they did receive for that date of service were paid in full. So i had to call the actual company and they stated that they had submitted the claim but never heard anything back. Dont you think if the insurance didn't respond then you might need to resubmit the claim. Considering that i have double coverage insurance, i shouldn't owe that much for a freaking ER visit. Especially since the insurance paid the other 2 claims in full for that day of service.

Ditto for me. Went to emergency care on Christmas day 2015 - my UHC insurance paid for the emergency visit and xray but ER Doctor never submitted bill (Inphynet) and sent it to collections at HRRG. After 4 months I finally got Inphynet to submit the bill but UHC can deny coverage due to not being billed in a timely fashion. So I am in a hopeless loop between these three entities. Actually, Inphynet and HRRG seem to be owned by same people so is this a scam to get more money from individuals rather than taking the insurance payment which is lower? I am beyond frustrated and have documented the hours of phone calls I have been subjected to...
I also had an ER visit and had Ins coverage shown at time of services. HRRG continually phoned me months afterwards to recover over $700.00 which HAD been paid already!
I talked to an attorney and found you can tell them to discontinue calling your home- as this is legal. However they put this bill on my credit report and still send harassing notices of non payment.. I have noticed reading others complaints HRRG seems to do this with many people and like the ER visits for some reason. Then they claim the physicians portion is different than the hospital- THIS IS NOT CORRECT. This is a corrupt billing service and I have sent a complaint to the hospital and did have to threaten legalities IF they dont remove from credit report- and i have reported HRRG in this practice also. I suggest anyone with this issue with HRRG get very tough and protect yourself as thay are crooks. Reason the customer service people are so rude is they try to put you on the defense as they are scamming people to get this money.

super rude
So I kept on getting calls from this place, because of a medical bill I need to pay for my son, they called me at 8:00 pm when I was half asleep telling me that I needed to pay up and when I was trying to get more info the lady started being very rude and Hung up on me so I decided to call back and make a complaint about her and this other lady told me that we were in a new conversation and she didn't want to hear it so I Hung up on her they were being very rude and had a really ugly attitude, so I decided to call back again because I really wanted more info about what was going on with that "medical bill" I have to pay and this other lady picks up so I started explaining to her what i wanted to know and why was I being charged so this lady interupts me and tells me " mame I'm just curious, are u the one that just called to hang up" like really is she really gonna ask me that when I'm trying to get info about the medical bill. I would really like to know where can I call and make a complaint about them.

A lady just called me from HRRG and stated I owe money from a medical bill from august of a year or two ago now I have no knowledge of this visit but before a guy called. Me and told me to look into it now this trick calls threatening me about this damn bill and I have been unemployed for going on 3 years I am basically homeless I live from relative to relative even going to another state to find work ### just ain't working out so what can I do..I. asked her to give me a job she got upset hell I. Asked her for the money she still upset so I did make an effort but she didn't want to help me either so I am not denying that I may have a bill I am in so much financial debt its ridiculous but I don't know what to do but try to get this done and get these ppl their money if I do owe them cause when I was a patient at this hospital I had to pay for visits so if they would like to send me to jail they can cause I get 3 hot meals and a bed to sleep in I don't mind at all.
emergency medical bill
I recieved a phone call from them about a month ago. I had missed the call so I called them back, and they told me I had an unpaid emergency room bill, which I did. I asked them if I could pay a monthly payment out of my debit card each month and the woman told me no that I had to pay it all at once. I told her well give me a week, and I will try to pay. The lady got very rude with me and wanted to know why I couldnt pay it right then and there. I told her I couldnt afford to pay it all up front right then and there, and it would be better for me to make a monthly payment. She said I couldnt do that again. So I told her that give me a week and I will call back and see what I can do. A week went by, and I called them as promised. A different lady asked me if I was going to pay the balance off today, and I said that I could only afford twenty dollars right then and that I would pay the balance off within two weeks. She hesitantly said I could do that but she gave me this warning. "Well, I will take your twenty dollars but I cannot assure you that we will not push forward and that it might be sent to court. I told her that I was going to pay the rest of it in two weeks, and she said to me that she still couldnt assure me that it would not press forward." I still paid the twenty dollars. Today as promised I called and paid the balance off and requested that they send something in the mail stating that I paid it in full and she refused. I dont understand that. How can a business refuse to send something in the mail like that? This whole experience with them has been nauseating because they have all been very rude.
false billing
I went to the hospital for 3 different visits and I understand that the physician services are billed separately. I have a very low income. I couldn't afford to pay the hospital charges, and I spoke with a representative at my hospital. She had me apply for the Care Program and I was approved. All my hospital charges, 3 different bills, were forgiven. The physician charges were billed through Team Health/Plantation Billing Center, which gave me 3 additional bills . I couldn't afford to pay for those bills either and I spoke with a representative at Team Health/Plantation Billing Center who asked me to send in a copy of the approval letter for the care program at my hospital. I sent the letter in, but they took several months to review the letter, and in the process the 3 bills for the physician charges were sent to HRRG Collections. Team Health/Plantation Billing Center said that HRRG Collections are their own Collection Agency. Team Health/Plantation Billing Center assured me that it was safe to ignore the calls and letters from HRRG Collections. Months later, I have finally been approved for Charity Care from Team Health/Plantation Billing Center, and they said they would take care of HRRG Collections. Team Health/Plantation Billing Center sent me a final statement showing a zero balance due. Unfortunately, HRRG Collections is still calling me about a supposed bill that I owe them. I have called them, and also logged into their website, and I have found that 2 of the 3 bills referred to them show a zero balance due. Somehow though, 1 bill still shows that it is due. I have contacted HRRG Collections and sent in a copy of the final statement from Team Health/Plantation Billing Center showing a zero balance due. HRRG Collections insists that there is no such thing as Charity Care and I still owe the 1 bill they say is due. I asked them if Charity Care doesn't exist, why do 2 of the 3 bills show a zero balance due and they couldn't give me an answer. They just keep demanding payment for the 1 bill. I contacted Team Health/Plantation Billing Center and they say that all 3 bills for the physician charges have been forgiven and I owe nothing. I told them about HRRG Collections and the 1 bill, and Team Health/Plantation Billing Center told me something must have crossed somewhere in the process and that they would take care of it. HRRG Collections is still trying to contact me, demanding payment for the 1 bill they say is due. I don't know what to do. I don't owe them anything, according to Team Health/Plantation Billing Center. Isn't this illegal?
I was injured on the job and went to Schneck Hospital in Seymour IN for treatment. They have not billed my workmen comp correctly or something.I'm not sure but that was in March and now I'm being offered a settlement by this collection. Agency and I don't owe anyone a dime. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with unscrupulous debt
Collection companies. I'm loaded for bear and if need be hiring a lawyer. I'm sick and tired of being victimized by scrum like Hrrg. I'm fighting back.
This place is very bad news. Calling me daily with automated robo messages to contact THEM!
Who is the victim of this? Sadly, its ME. Again I owe NO medical bills to any hospital or healthcare provider.
"HRRG Collections" AKA "Healthcare Recovery Group" & their parent company "Team Health" are harassing innocent people like myself for no reason.
I have read that contacting them for removal of my number will only escalate these " Automated CALLS".
Their is no email listed on their site for "Support/Help".
FYI - BEWARE OF THIS!
Whenever you call any Toll-Free Number, You Cannot Block YOUR Number. *67 prior to the call Will NOT BLOCK YOUR NUMBER ON ANY TOLL-FREE CALL..This is because that company is paying for your call. Most people are not aware of this. Therefore the best way to contact any company is to call their LOCAL/Non Toll-Free Number & *67 before placing the call. Too bad but finding a local number for most companies is nearly impossible.
If I had a way to BLOCK my number, I would call them & get a feel for their attitude before confirming my number. Yes, I realize they have it already, I know...but again, they will probably assume I am their debtor & verbally abuse me (their victim) thus harass me even further. It seems like a no win situation, aside from legal action on my part.
Remember, I OWE NOTHING - THEIR CALLS ARE BOGUS!
I am to in the same boat. I have document that the insurance paid them. They are trying to collect more money off. of me. When I called them about it and told them I have papers I can send them to prove I did not own they gave me their Fax number [protected]. Every time I try to send them the fax I get an error. I called back to make sure I copy the number right and they gave me a hard time.
I just received a bill for $123.40 from HRRG saying that it is for services provided by E R STAT, INC which is with Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables, FL. The letter stated that I owed this and it was not collected as it was already billed to me. It said that my date of service was 8/13/15... This made me suspicious as the only time I was ever at Doctors Hospital ER was on DEC 5th, 2015. I didn't even know this hospital existed as I was sent there due to an injury at work the evening before. What also made me suspicious was the amt billed of $123.40, which is way too sequential of a number...
IN ADDITION, THIS IS A WORKERS COMP DEAL TOO...
After reading what I have here, it surely is bogus, and maybe even mail fraud on top of that. I could give this info to the FL State Attorney's office and let them loose on HRRG...
I can't get these people to quit calling my house. They are calling for another party and I'm not involved. I have tried to block them but they just use another number. I have Medicare and private insurance, am 72 yrs old and don't owe any medical to anyone. My phone number is [protected] in Oklahoma. Can you get them to quit calling everyday and on weekends also?
as long as your on the care program HRRG can not collect on your account.. Send them no c and d letter but notify the hospital or the office of where this arrangement was done they can take you off their list if or when that is done and if they still call contact the FTC and let them know about this problem. They have a website about bill collectors state to them the full truth and let them know what HRRG is doing to you. If they reply with a collectors statement take it to the hospital or the office of where the arrangement is made demand for the manger to review your case and then reply to them i will be contacting the states attorney general about this matter. The C&D letters are not effective they can still call you and contact you. if you make the effert and go to the proper chain of command you will get these people off your back. You can not get wage garnishment for a bill your paying for in amounts you can afford . They can not hold you accountable for a bill your making a effort on payment with. The Collector i a third party bidder they will sell your case to another collector with in a 30 day grace period make a note on your credit unable to collect and mark it as un collectible. Your making payments state to the biller you want receipts and contact the three major credit bureau tell them to mark down that your paying your bill. The collector is only out for his commission he could care less about your situation. You need to be one step ahead of HRRG.
Sorry didn't mean to spam.
harrasment
How do you expect for people to pay you money they "owe" if your being OUT OF CONTROLLABLY rude! This company is the most unprofessional co. My daughter has had chip for a year now, went in May to the E.R., and all of a sudden doesn't have chip that month but then gets it the next...this co. needs to be a little nicer, or else NOBODYS paying you. Oh did I mention, 2 representatives hung up in my face ?! Thanks...for nothing

difficult to deal with!!!
My 2 year old had to go to the ER a year or so ago. He's had Molina through Medicaid since birth but for some reason, his benefits were terminated the month he went to the ER and then reactivated a month or so later...at least that is what I was told. So I have been trying to get Medicaid to go "retroactive" on the bill. Medicaid did nothing for a year (big surprise huh) and I got so fed up I sent a strong-worded email to the Florida Dept. of Health. I get a call back within an hour! Finally, the caseworker tells me my son DID have medicaid when he was in the ER, just not through Molina. She gave me instructions regarding what the providers have to do in order to get paid (send a claim to the local medicaid office). Well, one of the providers has a collection agency lucky me, it's HRRG. I call them and tell them the "great" news that my son did in fact have full medicaid during his $800 ER visit and all they have to do is submit a claim. The lady said WE CANNOT DO THAT. THIS BILL IS OVER A YEAR OLD AND WE CANNOT BILL ANYMORE. WE NEED THIS AMOUNT PAID IN FULL NOW. I said MAAM LISTEN TO ME, MY SON HAAAAAD INSURANCE! I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MEDICAID IS TELLING ME THAT THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT AND THE ONLY WAY YOU'RE GONNA GET PAID IS IF YOU FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM FOR THE OUTSTANDING BILL. She said LISTEN TO ME, AND LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY, I CANNOT SENT OUT ANOTHER BILL. THIS ISN'T SOMETHING I MADE UP RIGHT NOW. WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING. HAVE MEDICAID CALL US. THEY NEED TO PAY IF YOUR SON HAD INSURANCE AT THAT TIME. Boy was I livid. I contacted DCF and the case worker told me thatis the procedure --- THE PROVIDER NEEDS TO SUBMIT A CLAIM IN ORDER TO GET PAID. I don't even know what to do right now. Do i realy ahve to pay a bill that I don't need to pay?! Not to mention a bill I CANNOT pay?! Just becuase of HRRG's so called "rules"? Very difficult to deal with. And I thought Medicaid was bad...

Yeah send the C&D letter. You can find templates online. Send it via certified mail so if they call & say they didn't receive you have proof that they did. A company called me saying that they hadn't heard back from me & I told them I sent them a C&D letter & not to contact me. They denied receiving it so I said "I sent it certified mail & I have a copy of the receipt. I'd be happy to send you a copy (sarcastically). If you contact me again I will file a complaint w/ the FTC." They never contacted me again :)
Don't get railroaded. Return that bill to them with cease and desist instructions to contact you and that they should bill medicaid. because they lie a lot send that letter CMRRR. copy that letter to medicaid, state AG and FTC and maybe a local TV station. Go to debtoboards.com those guys are very smart with this kind of situations.
breaking the law-fair debt collection harrassment
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) regulates how debt collectors must behave when attempting to collect debts.HRRG knowingly violates the law as a calculated risk. They are hoping that you aren’t aware of your legal rights and that you will crack under the relentless pressure and pay them. They get paid a percentage of what they collect. They refuse to listen to the insurance companies and are extremely rude - even when you try to explain. Please continue to report this agency everywhere you can and pay the original institution if you possibly can. Don't pay them. And - don't let them intimidate you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
you got it. their intention is make you emotional so you can be erratic and agree to pay them. get everything in writing, limit your phone conversations to debt collectors to once a week per my financial adviser but i say once a month if necessary, and keep payment proofs for life.
rude hrrg employee
I went to the er twice this year because I had menorrhagia the bills came and I called for assistance because I couldn't pay the bills. And three months later I received a letter from the hrrg people. So I called them. I spoke to a lady who was so rude! Her name was dee according to another agent she was yelling at me. I was asking her questions and she didn't want to answer them or she would ask me the same question over and over. And at the end she hanged up on me. This isn't how you talk to people they don't have any manners
just buy an airhorn. next time you they call blow it in the phone.
rudeness/disrespect
This company is attempting to contact me about a medical bill initiated at the Emergency room at Tuality Hospital in Forest Grove, Oregon by my ex-wife, who had put it in my name. I had no idea this had been done...and now this company is calling.
They initiate the call by asking information about my Son. No company info, no explanation. I am not about to hand out my kids info to some anonymous person. Now they are calling and hanging up when I explain this. Harassment as far as I am concerned.
I pay my bills and will pay this bill...but not under the present conditions. I am NOT going to be treated like I am in some teenage drama. They need to perform some adult managment practice and fire the idiots they have working for them and hire some people that at the very least ACT like they are nice. seriously.
They have called me retarded during a call. Will not turn me over to a boss but instead they just hang up on you after insulting you
harassment
I admit that I owed the hospital money. HRRG called and acted like I was a deadbeat and the caller said "You owe us $54.94". I said "No, I owe Cleveland Clinic $54.94". She didn't like that. This was May 18th. I told her I would pay the bill within 30 days. On June 13th (25 days later), she called and said "can I have you verify your date of birth" I said "not right now" and next thing I know, she had hung up. I called back and they answered and hung up again. I called again and she answered and I asked why she hung up. She said I refused to verify my identity. I told her that I was trying to tell (then she interrupted me "you owe $54.94!" I started to say " I sent a check (interrupted again - "When" ), I said Friday and that (interrupted AGAIN " for how much?") I said maybe if you'd let me talk I could tell you. I told her "I sent you a check for the full amount on Friday'. (I even told her the check number). You should have it already or at least in the next day or two. If you don't have it by Friday, call me back". Really snotty she said "I'll make a note on your account" (You could tell she didn't believe me). Well, when i checked my banking Thursday morning the check had been cashed! So, that means they probably got it Monday or Tuesday, deposited already, and then called me AFTER they got it. Man, I am ticked! Tried to get ahold of them - their website has NO contact information whatsoever. I am going to contact the BBB and Ohio Attorney General. This is nothing but pure harassment.
harrassment
Hrrg is calling me to collect for my eight year old daughters medical bill of 399.00. Iitold them several times that she has medicaid and that her bills are covered by medicaid and they act like the cant find the insurance and continue to ask me for the medicaid i. D number. I could be having surgery on my death bead or being held up at a bank and they will constantly ask me for the medicaid id number and I have already given this information. They drive me crazy and I cant get them off of my back no matter what!

To Mr. Joseph B. Carmen, President of HRRG
I have been in the medical field for 12+years and have been dealing with HIPAA since its inception. I recently had a not one, but TWO terrible experiences with 2 different so-called customer service representatives. All I wanted to do was try to find out some information regarding the account that had been turned over to your agency.
On 6/14/12 my boyfriend was seen in our local ER for a knee injury. And yes, I am his authorized representative according to HIPAA guidelines. As the statements for service started coming in, I noticed that 2 of them were for the same amount. Because I was dealing with ER, ER physician, radiology, radiology pro-fee, orthopedist, etc., I inadvertently discarded the statement for the ER physician, thinking that payment arrangements had been made. What I had done, was made payment arrangements for the hospital bill, which WAS THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE ER PHYSICIAN.
Of course I take full responsibility for this situation. The money is owed and will be paid. However, when I tried to find out from your CSR who the original creditor was, just so I could make sure I had all the correct information, I was treated very poorly. I finally called the hospital and spoke with their billing department and was given the number to the original creditor. I called them and they transferred me back to HRRG, where I was met with an equally unpleasant CSR. It is obvious that your employees are not happy with themselves or their jobs because neither of them were the least bit interested in anything I had to say, nor were their attitudes even close to being acceptable. And, as the enclosed information states, YES THEY COULD HAVE SPOKEN WITH ME ABOUT THIS! They just were not interested in helping me.
I know all about deadbeat patients. I’ve seen enough of them in the 12+ years I’ve been doing my job. But the one thing that I have never, ever done, is not listen to what someone had to say to me. I listen to every word and let them know that I understand and appreciate their situation. If I can help them I do. If I can’t, then I explain in CERTAIN TERMS BACKED UP BY HIPAA, why I can’t.
One would think that with HRRG being listed with Dunn & Bradstreet, someone in your organization would care enough to take the reigns and retrain your CSRs on how to properly and courteously handle anyone who calls in, to prevent any escalation of stress, in an already stressful situation. If they are having a particularly bad day, like we all do on occasion, when their phone rings, all they have to do is take a deep breath, force a smile, and then answer. They may not feel much better, but at least it will get them through one call at a time. AND someone should certainly re-educate them on to whom they can BY LAW release information. The law states that written authorization is NOT required when discussing payment. IF it is an HRRG policy, then that’s different. Your CSRs need to explain that it is a company policy, NOT misinform callers by hiding behind their ignorance of the law.
It is no wonder that collection agencies have such a bad reputation. It all begins with who they hire to answer the phone. Hire people who can at least act like they are enjoying their day, even it they aren’t. Don’t hire people who act like ignorant mouth-breathers.
customer service
I recently got sent over to this agency. I was waiting on financial help from the hospital so this bill for team health fell behind. This company called me and left NO message (not very helpful). I called them back, and got some woman, didnt clearly speak name just asked for my date of birth. After the collection reading of attempting to collect a dept, this woman became rude and told me only 50 % was covered by financial help, and that I needed to pay in full. When I told her I couldnt she proceeded to tell me I needed to. And I asked if it was her could she pay this full balance of 751, if she was me...she said yes and laughed! I said well thats wonderful but I have other bills and not a great paying job, but she laughed again and said ITS NOT THE JOB, its the values of life and not being in collection like you. I was so shocked by this. This woman didnt know me, she had no idea who I was. How could someone who PROBABLY works off commission, say this and expect me to pay on this bill? I contacted Team Health, and will set up a payment plan with them. I will never call this company again, and speak with them. They are RUDE people who think they have control. This company sucks, they are all ###s.

unending phone calls without cause
I keep receiving phone calls from a company that identifies itself as HRRG when I return the call. They never leave voice mail, but it shows up as a missed call on my cell phone. When I return the call, they are identified as HRRD by computer voice, then hook me up to a live body. Who comes on says "your number isn't showing up on our records", then they either hang up saying it must be a mistake - or just act like I don't know what I'm talking about - very rude! Why am I being bombarded by phone calls from them (5 in the last week), when I'm not even in their records?

emergency medical collection
My husband had an emergency procedure in Feb 2011. In June 2011 we received a collection notice from HRRG stating that we owed money for the physician fee. I called HRRG and I informed them that we had not received an invoice from the Physician Services company (Paragon Contracting Services) and if they would provide me a copy of the invoice I would be happy to pay it. They instructed me to call the insurance company and get an EOB, that they would not provide a copy of the invoice, and that their system showed that Paragon had sent an invoice on dates x, and y.
I have called a second time requesting a copy of the invoice because I going to pay with my HSA and that they will not accept a copy of a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed money for support of claim that it was for a qualified healthcare expense, the HSA company will need more detail . They stated that they would send one out to me.
I waited approx. 1 month and have called a 3rd time requesting a copy of the invoice and they have again refused to send me the invoice and they stated that they sent a 2nd letter as I requested in my previous phone call. When I requested to speak with a supervisor the phone attendant identified herself as a supervisor and that she was not able to transfer me to anyone.
I do not understand how these individual are allowed to continually make phone calls for collection, refuse to aide you in your needs even after you tell them that you are willing to pay them once you get the necessary information.

payments
I have made payments on two accts and have the same original balance. Insurance companies do not pay the full amount. But if you are self pay you are expectedto pay the full amount. I have sent in copies of my payments. And requested from ars/hrrg a correct b alance. But they only send me demand letters. Then they report it on your credit, which prevents you from borrowing to settle the bill. Real silly move.

handling questions
I received a bill for the first time for my brother, and it was $530 and they wouldn't release information regarding why he owes money and that even though I would be taking care of it, they wouldn't tell me anything. I had to have my father call in and they were yelling at that the money needed to be paid now and the lady would not give us which healthcare had sent them the bill. It took a few calls and they finally told us it was from Everyday Healthcare. When I called Everday Healthcare to see what the bill was regarding and why they hadn't sent us a bill themselves and they told me they never had a patient with my brother's name. Not only that, they keep patient files up to 4 years and this bill was from last year. HRRG needs to hire decent people with better customer service skills and stop scamming people. I'm also taking this to BBB to report them.

calling...
HRRG is the collection agency my emergency room bill was sent to after I was unable to make payments.
HRRG of course continues to call. I set up a payment plan a long while back, but I am unemployed and am unable to actually make consistent payments. When HRRG called today, they pressed for money I do not have. I have a family to take care of, I understand I owe the hospital, but providing for my children and myself comes before any medical bills! I asked the HRRG collector if we were being recorded to be sure that what I had to say was known. I explained my situation and and was repeatedly interrupted by the representative because he was frustrated that he was getting no money out of me at this time. How rude... I am telling him that I have no job and my husband is out of work do to a broken arm, and he does not listen, will not hear me. He said stick to the issue at hand, I interrupted with a laugh! HA HA HA... the issue is there is NO MONEY! what else can I possibly say to get them to leave me alone. Call next month, maybe then my husband will be back at work, maybe then our mortgage and car payments will be made, maybe then I can make the $25.00 payment a month to HRRG!

I understand that these hospitals need their money. However, I am in a similar situation as you. They need to realize this is a very hard time for us and bills. We cannot help that we needed help in ERs. We didn't choose our medical issues. Unfortunately, the hospital that was taking care of me was also part of a college that they teaching. So I am getting bills from the hospital, head doctor AND the college. I'm sorry, but I was unconscious, I never agreed to a student taking care of me! The doctor and hospital I can understand. I am simply paying the hospital and my neurologist. The ER doctor and college can wait IMO. I'm also sure that the ER doctor barely took care of me and probably threw me off to the college student. I cannot tell because a co-worker took me to the hospital and was not allowed back with me and by the time my fiance had shown, I was already in a room. No one let us know they were a med student. If there is a next time, we'll definitely be sure to ask!
medical bill
Received call from this company(HRRG) saying I needed to pay a Hospital bill. My son was in the hospital a year and 5 months ago. The Dr office billed 5 different insurance companies, none of which were mine. I still can't get them to send me a bill stating that they billed my insurance company. So, no I was going to pay the bill in full until the could prove they billed my insurance company. I have all the documentation where they bill all the other insurance companies, why can't they send a bill showing my insurance company. When I asked the girl for a supervisor number she gave me two numbers. When I called these numbers [protected] (this number belongs to a church) and the other number [protected] ext 2630 (This belongs to a plastic's company) I bet these companies would not be to happy to hear that someone is giving there number out like this! Rude Rude Rude! I pay my bills and I expect quaility information when contacting an office. How do you fight something when you know your right but no one will listen! Unbelieveable. HRRG needs to understand that there are people that don't owe and a mistake has been made!

HRRG did the same thing to me. They are the most inept, irresponsible company I've ever dealt with. They made no attempt to mail an invoice or call until so much time had passed that we had to deal with collections. My son had to call them again and again to get them to input me for authorization. The next time ANY of us need medical attention, we will first determine what billing company they use. If it's HRRG, we'll be sure to use another facility and other physicians. These people will waste massive amounts of your time.

These people at HHRG are idiots... I am going to sue for harassment.
They are calling me 4 times a day asking for payment on a hospital bill that I do not owe and they wont stop calling me even though I have submitted proof I do not owe the money.
