HexClad review: Hexclad starter set + 5 qt pan + 5 qt saucepan

After contacting customer service several times and just getting answers in the form of: "Sorry, you're out of the return deadline, can't do anythhing..."

I sent this registered letter to the CEO of Hexclad, Daniel Winer with a return receipt. My letter was received but I have not heard back from him at all after long time.

"I’m writing to you with a very big concern regarding my Hexclad cookware products. On 1/25/23, I was so excited to purchase my first HexClad cookware set. Later I added two more pieces (5QT Dutch oven and 5 QT Saucepan). I spent over $1100 and gave my other expensive set away believing that I was doing right by my family and getting cookware free of harmful chemicals as per your website, ads and Costco presentations. In reality

, I loved using your cookware.

But….Unfortunately a few months later, I came to find out that you do use harmful chemicals and actually “Forever Chemicals”. As I was contacted by an attorney, I was informed that HexClad, despite claiming that their products do not use harmful chemicals such as PFAs, in reality coats their products with PTFEs, which are harmful and considered “Forever Chemicals”.

I attempted to contact HexClad customer service several times to return my products and receive a refund, I was informed that I was past my return deadline and that they were very sorry. Being sorry isn’t enough. False advertisement is not right! I am requesting a full refund of my items and would like to start the process of returning all my pieces. It is too bad that your false advertisement made me believe that I was buying cookware that is healthy and better than most on the market. Why would I spend over $1100 and still get harmful chemicals in my food. I am a chemical engineer and I understand “Forever Chemicals” full well.
