We purchased an expensive central heat and air unit from Hillers in April 2023, they left an old hose attached instead of replacing it and it leaked under the carpet. Then the first time we turned the heat on it froze up the first night. We called them the following day which was a Tuesday and they came out and disconnected the unit so that it would have to run on emergency heat and said they would be out the next day to fix the computer board. The next day they called and said they didn't have the computer board so they would have to order it and it would be here Thursday, then they called and said it would be Friday between 10 and 12 then Friday we are waiting for them, they never called so my husband called them and they said the part didn't come in. So in the mean time we are having to run the heating system on emergency heat for at least 7 days which runs your heating bill up terribly and all they want to do is offer us a free membership for 1 year. They sure don't back up their advertising and they have not made us happy.
Desired outcome: They need to replace the unit or refund our money
