Hilton enables terrorism & jihad on US Soil
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0, 2933, 533525, 00.html
http://www.khilafahconference2009.com/
The Hilton Hotel chain will be allowing the Khilafah conference be conducted in Oak Lawn, IL on July 19...two days from now. I am emploring true American Patriots to NOT SUPPORT THE HILTON BRANDS! Boycot those who provide aid or comfort to the enemy. These brands include Hilton, Conrad, DoubleTree, Embassy, Hampton, Hilton Garden, Hilton Grand Vacations, Home2Suites, Homewood Suites, and Waldord Astoria. To allow a conference to proceed that promotes terrorism, jihad, and the failure of our country is unforgiveable. The executive team should fire those involved with booking this conference.
Hilton claims that as long as it is legal and does not interfere with the safety and security of other guests, they are welcome. Nonsense. I would think this conference would present opportunities for violence, and I would certainly not want to stay there while the conference was underway. Not that I would support the action, but what would stop some nut from taking action during the conference? I think Hilton used excuses and greed to make their decision to book this conference. Even an Islamic school in Chicago wouldn't host the conference!

Hilton Best Rate Guarantee
I searched for a hotel in Beijing and found a cheap Hilton deal at easyclicktravel.com.But, remembering the Best Rate Guarantee as advertised by Hilton, I booked at a more expensive rate at Hilton.com and then claim the Guarantee. Now here is what they wrote back to me: --------- Thank you for taking the time to submit a claim form regarding Our Best...

Recently cancelled out of Hampton Inn Properties for using their 100% Guarantee if I am not satisfied with: Friendly Service, Clean Rooms, Comfortable Surrounding; well, Hampton Inn GMs with guest assistance decided I was using the 100% "in excess". I have pictures of the unclean rooms, but looks like Hilton employees don't have to "Be Hospitable'' or have integrity as their policies state they should have. What a shame?

I applied with HILTON HOTEL through Derek O'Neil and Barr Ian. I paid 2 times with the amount they told me to send through western Union.
It was my dream to be in UK to work as a professional. But now I am traumatized about what happened, I loose my hard earned money because of them. I am still recovering from the loss.
But I want justice from what they did to me and my family. I still want to go UK, maybe this time i will be more careful when it comes with money matters.
I still want to see them face to face and let them be responsible for the things they did not only to me but to all the people they fooled.
This is FRAUD guyz do not transaction with them I contacted HILTON HOTEL Customer Support. Please see email below

As a pilot, I spend a lot of nights in hotels. Indeed, since 1995 I've spent literally thousands of nights in hotel rooms. This stay rates in the top two in terms of negative experiences.
The hotel was hosting a party in its ballroom. Of course, the modern architecture of the hotel means that the ballroom is open to the fourth floor, and the music was clearly audible (especially the bass line) throughout those parts of the building that I explored. Add to that the constant slamming of doors (including the fire doors that were closed in an attempt to reduce noise) and it was impossible for me to get any sleep until the party ended.
At about midnight (with the party still going strong) I went down to the front desk to find out what was going on. The person was very apologetic, but said there was nothing he could do about the noise. He did tell me that the party was due to be over by 1 A.M., and he did offer me a smoking room on an upper floor. But, given that there was now less than an hour to go, and most of that hour would be spent moving rooms, I declined his offer.
At about 1:15 AM, with the music still going strong, I called the front desk to enquire. I was told (by a very rude individual) that the party was going to continue until 2 A.M. and that was that.
I subsequently called Hilton's corporate reservation number out of frustration. After I explained the situation, they suggested that I call the police. When I explained that the party was sanctioned by the hotel, they cancelled that recommendation and put me through to the front desk. I again spoke with the first gentleman (the nice one) who now said the part would end at 2 A.M. and that he would be happy to move me to a smoking room on the upper floor. Given that it was now almost 1:45 A.M. and that (as we spoke) the music seemed to stop, I again declined.
At about 5 A.M., I was awoken by sounds of the load out, but it wasn't that long and I was beyond rational discussion. As such, I did not call to complain.
The next morning, I met my crewmate for breakfast. He had spent the night on an upper floor. While he said he did not hear the music, he was kept up half the night with doors slamming and party goers talking and laughing loudly. In addition, at about 6 A.M., he was awoken by kids running around in the hallway, slamming doors.
Both during check-in and check-out, I noticed a large number of pilots. When we're on duty, a lot of us work 14-hours (or more), and are lucky to get ten hours to squeeze in dinner, laundry, sleep and breakfast (i.e. about six hours of sleep). It stands to reason that a hotel that caters to pilots (or anyone other than the party-goers) needs to think twice before authorizing that kind of a party.
Suffice to say, I'm working with dispatch to ensure that none of our flight crews ever have to stay there again.
Followup: I spoke with the customer care folks at HiltonHonors, and they assured me that the manager would call. Well, it's been a week and still no call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I already sent an email to you and have not received a reply. The order number was [protected]. I was promised a reply within five days which was almost three weeks ago. Please respond to this email asap.

The Doubletree Hotel - Downtown Chattanooga, TN. This is the WORST Doubletree I have ever stayed in. Half cleaned rooms, extremely rude staff, including the management. As one who travels for a living, I have had better service from a Motel 6. For what they charge, I would expect more. I stayed there March 21-23, 2014. The room was in my fiancé's name and since she works for the HGI in Smyrna, TN, she begged me not to give her name, even though we didn't use her discount, she was still worried about the ramifications of the complaint. The manager, Mr. Chapman I believe, should be ashamed at the way he handles problems. He is a child, that should not be classified as a leader in any environment.
we descided to stay at al ain hilton in uae, all what i can say that the service is soooooo bad and mangement are the worest room are nasty stuff are not profficenl at all all manger are staying drinking coffe no saffey at all we will never ever take our kids to this nasty hotel anymore and quiet honstly they should band this hotel
My convention in Arlington, Tx was a mess because of the Hilton. None of the personel knew what they were doing except the maid and cocktail waitress. An employee hit my parked car and complained and yelled at me. The room next door had about 12 juvenilles and one adult coming in at midnight from Six Flags, need I say more about the noise. The staff was rude and ineffective, but the city police officer did take care of it once he knew the room number but the clerk chastised me for complaining. When we checked out, I requested the corporate information for contact, I was told they didn't have it. Discovered thier web sites do not give access for comments of any kind. I will not go back to any Hilton after reading these other comments and I will discourage others.
The Hiltons in America, at least Florida are run by Purto Ricans, and Mexicans. -Constant theft!
i had my wedding reception at the hilton treetops in aberdeen. it was the worst descision of our lives. The so called hilton group is the most dissorganised unprofessional group i have ever dealt with. Its been nearly ayear now and still waiting for an apology. My advice to anyone, after reading all the reports, is to stay away from anywhere that even mentions the hilton. Its like HILTON is annother word for.. i will let you fill in the blank
I've spent two nights in the Hilton downtown chicago, the last weekend in january 2009. This was one of the worst experience I've had in a hotel room. The room I was stay in Chicago, the heat was not working. I complained the first night, the maintanence personnel came ot fixt and so call themself fixtng it. It was still cold in the room. The second night it was cold, I contact customer service of hotel again the, maintenance personnel came to fix the heat, next morning it was cold again. I complained about the stay at the hotel. The only thing was offfered was a free breakfast. I also contact Corporate Office. There has been no contact to me. This one of worst stays I've had in top notch hotel.
How was the shuttle pick-up? Did you complain about that too !
Lost items
In a hurry to check out of the Mission Bay Resort on 6-15-08, I left several items of clothing hanging in the closet of our room number 630. The next day, I realized I had forgot the clothes in the closet and immediately called the hotel. After more than 17 phone calls and a return trip back to the hotel (from Los Angles) specifically to pick up my item...
Read full review of Hilton Hotels & Resorts and 16 commentsYoung US coast guardsman denied nights rest!
Recently my 18 year old son who is now an active duty member of the U.S. Coast Guard was traveling across the country enroute to his new duty station. Late one evening he stopped at a Hampton Inn in Illinois after a long day of driving. When he attempted to checking in, he was turned away by the manager for being too young to register for a room. He showed them his military ID and orders and explained that he was traveling to his new unit, but he was still shown the door and had to find another hotel.
I have been attempting for several weeks to get the Hilton Corp to answer why they would turn away a young military member, but all they do is thank me for bringing the matter to their attention but will not discuss it. I do not understand their rules where young americans can volunteer to serve their country and go into harm's way, but can't be trusted or allowed to get a night's sleep. He wasn't even asking for reduced rates, just a room.
I hope that everyone will consider during their travels not using any of the hotels in the Hilton line;
Hilton
Conrad
Doubletree
Embassy Suites
Hampton Inn
Hilton Garden Inn
Homewood Suites
Until such a time as they change their anti-military guests policies we should all boycott their hotels. After all there are enough other worthy hotels out there to choose from. If you have any questions on this please feel free to contact me.

Every Hotel in every state has to follow the state guidelines for entering into contracts, and some states say you can be 18 some say older. Just because this hotel said no they would not rent does not make them all bad.
I personally agree that all service personnel should be treated well, as they are putting their life on the line all the time and i thank them every chance i get.
It also could be that the front desk person just flat did not want to do the paperwork to rent a room ( Ive seen this personally).
Just an FYI, the company itself has nothing against service personnel. My guess is that their check in age is 21. Some hotels are 18 some are 21. It doesn't matter who you are if you don't meet the age requirement they won't rent a room to you. Hotel policy. If you go online on the Hlton family website there is a link and you can e-mail customer service and let them know your opinion. As a former Hilton employee trust me they take those things very seriously and have been known to change a policy or two from guests contacting them. Please thank your son for doing what he is doing.
Terrible experience!
I recently had a pleasant stay at one of Hilton's properties in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Due to that positive experience, I sought out Hilton on Feb 28 and booked a room in Portland for a conference in March.
On Feb 29, exactly ONE day later, I get a call from Hilton. I expected a "thank you" or similar. Instead, I get a FREAKING telemarketing call from them... and on my CELL PHONE!
(Call origin: [protected] at 6:09 PM AZ Time).
I chose Hilton because I thought they were a prestigious company. But now I know better. In fact, a friend who travels frequently told me that they've telemarketed him for "life insurance," if you can believe it!
Never again.
Customer harassment
I stayed at the Hilton garden inn in October 06 and someone called posing as my husband. they gave him information about me and my stay. the problem is: I AM NOT MARRIED. I called the hotel and complained. They have been very rude about this situation. I am furious. They asked me not to call the hotel nor can I stay there. Please tell everyone to be careful when they stay at the Hilton. I have tried and tried to explain to them what they have done and they stated that my case was closed. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer so that I can get this guy for harassment. I need dates that this person called and what he stated. They stated my case was closed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
How did you know that someone called and posed as your husband if you did not know who the person was?
