I placed two order at Home Choice on the same day in October 2019. I received my one order in October 2019 but the other order I am still waiting for. I call Home Choice several times just to get the excuse they are are investigating the matter. The parcel got lost at the post office. Its now more then two months and this is still not solved. No one is calling back, I have to call the whole time after them. I requested them to resend the items and then they can sort it out with the post office. But they refuse. I am billed for something that was not received.Home Choice is not giving service or resolve any issues
