Hotel Express International review: Biggest SCAM

I purchased a hotel express international membership and after having no luck in booking any of the hotels that I desired that were listed on their website, I contacted the hotels directly.

This was the response given by Sofitel hotel in Abu Dhabi:
"Greeting from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche!
Kindly note, that if you wish to proceed with reservation with promotion from Hotel Express International- please contact Hotel Express Cutomer Care directly, as per we do not have any information regarding discount.

This was a response given by St, Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi

"Greetings from the Reservations Team of the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi.

We are not participating in such a promotion called the Hotel Express Membership.

I also went back to the hotel express website and began putting in different dates to these hotels listed as partners of Hotel express (Nov 2014, Jan 2015, April 2015, June 2015, Dec 2015) and the hotels were still "fully booked" although there is full availability in the actual hotel website. Hotel express is the absolute biggest scam!
