Company purports to sell DVDs at discounted prices. Online prices look good. When you order, you receive email to say that the the DVD is unavailable. The DVD never arrives. However, if you try to cancel your order, your credit card is charged. When you call the company, they tell you that you agreed to a membership. If you argue with them, they tell you they can cancel your membership. However, they refuse to remove the amount they have already charged your credit card.
There is no mention of a "membership" anywhere on their Website. Some posts say that when you enter your credit card information when you are making the purchase, there is fine print about terms you agree to.
BEWARE! Don't be tempted by this company's low prices. They don't stock the merchandise. They just want your credit card information so that they can make bogus charges.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Complaints of this website can be found across the web. I almost ordered from them, I just happened to do a quick search for any disocunt codes and all these complaints popped up. On the website now, there is a big paragraph at the bottom explaining things. However, they seem to utilize other methods (such as dropped calls, out of stock) to rip peope off. The really scary thing is the post about them being a retailer on amazon. I automatically trust amazon merchants. Thank you everyone for the warning!
Ever wonder if a deal is too good to be true? They give you a great deal on a movie and then bill you 20 Bucks a month for "joining their club". Rip off artists!

This site is a TOTAL SCAM! They are putting cookies on your computer for tracking, and they are getting all your personal info by offering false movies sales! Oh, I caught the bogus 19.95 month thing and canceled in time so I didnt get hit with the charges, but get this, after a month of them saying my movie is convienently NOT AVAILABLE, they cancelled my order! So I got NOTHING and they got my info for free!

I was directed to the website through an article I was reading and it offered a movie related to the subject I was reading. The movie was only $3.79 and free shipping upon registration with the website. Somewhere in the process without my knowledge I commited to a monthly membership at $9.95 per month. I did not catch it until I checked my account online. Once I realized what had happened, I went to the website and was able to cancel my memebership, but I was out the initial $9.95 that was billed. It was very deceptive in luring you into the membership, definitely not a compant to do business with. Live and learn!
