I ordered 24 small trees from House of Wesley. I provided my shipping address with special instructions (all in CAPS) : DO NOT SHIP BY US POSTAL SERVICE TO THIS ADDRESS. My physical address and mailing address are very different. I go in the Post Office near my physical address about twice a year. House of Wesley shipped by US Postal Service. The plants sat in a sealed bag in the Post Office for about two weeks, while I called and emailed regarding the shipment. They did not inform me that they had used USPS in spite of my instructions. When the Post Office informed a friend about my House of Wesley package, I became the proud owner of 24 very dead small trees. I shipped back the dead trees and all the paperwork House of Wesley requested, but they refused to refund my money. Reason: I had not made the request within the time they required from the date of shipment of the order. I have no idea how they remain in business.
I myself purchased 4 evergreens that are suppose to grow up to 30 ft tall and 5-6 ft wide..Well I got them today I have in a bag 4 little cut offs of a BUSH! Crammed in my mail box all bent! WHAT IN THE HELL kind of rip off place is this? $34.95 I paid for this ###!
I purchased a fruit-cocktail tree, some Primrose, some butterfly bush, and several Mosquito-shoo plants. The tree had 5 grafts but only 2 of the 5 buds grew. The other plants arrived with fungus growing on them from poor packaging. The mosquito-shoo plants were dead and had broken branches. I did as was instructed and returned the original shipping label along with a letter explaining the situation and I included photographs of the arrival date and 2 month later. They replaced the plants a couple weeks ago but the mosquito season has passed and the new fruit tree has had 0 leaves since arrival. NEVER order from them if you want to have green plants.
Worst garden company I have ever had to deal with! they sent plants in a large plastic bag no packing at all and the plants were crushed and dead by the time they arrived. I am so glad my order was under 50. Because after calling twice they keep telling me they need more information. I have never had to send back a shipping label (which I did) to get a refund for the bad product that I had paid for. The people that I spoke to were talking in circles and very, very rude! my advise is~~ stay away far, far away! I usually don't check the BBB or other sites for garden sites because I have never had any problems with anybody else. Please check them out they have tons of negative feedback so don't waste your time or money.
House of Wesley is quite good at adding their excuses, acting like it is a contract!
