I have purchased one hp aio psc1410 and one hp lj 1022 printers and then as per the instructions received in e-mail from hp, have duly submitted the signed and stamped with two d/d of rs. 250/- ea to ms gurnaaz kaur, hp redemption cell, integrated solutions pvt ltd, Nehru place new Delhi but it has been more than 3 weeks and neither i have received any confirmation nor any correspondence from them...

Ya, i am fully convinced with the foresaid complaint. I have also purchased the hp 1020 lj printer from hp dealer. Firstly i got redemtion cell code, than also the draft of rs.250 in the name of the gurnazz kaur, c/o hp redemption cell,integrated solutions pvt ltd, nehru place, new delhi. More than four weeks have been elapsed but there is not any response or neither any gift as per the offer given by the company along with the gift was given yet. This totally cheating with the indian and the responsible person should be strictlly penalised and dam hard.

Sub:Reminder for complaint of Non Receipt of Gift as promised by the Hewelett Packard Co.

I had purchased a HP Pavillion dv5118TX Laptop from M/s Aashnik Incorporated, F52, National Plaza, R.C. Dutt Road, Alkapuri , Baroda vide Invoice No. INC/R/0040 dated 8.05.2006.

The details of the Laptop are as follows :

P/N : EV89PA#ACJ
After making a complaint to Complaints Board the Hewlett Packard Co. offered Ipod and the data card instead of my Gift iPAQ 6515 for which I registered with redemption code MXXM240PAG.

It is sad to inform you that I failed to receive both the alternative gift as promised. Instead
I received only IPOD on 16.09.2006 after atleast a dozen of reminders.
Now It is sad to inform you that I have not received the data card till date despite more than 6 months have passed since the purchase.The details of correspondance is given below for ready reference.

I had purchased a laptop on 31st december, and was told regarding a free bluetooth headset (zebra). However i was not told by the dealer in gerrn park hp show room, from where i bought the lap top that i will have to apply separately to get the free headset.

I made the bankdraft of rs 300 and sent it to ms gurnaz kaur, hp redemption cell, nehru place, new delhi after i had registered my laptop as told to do so on the hp site.

Its been more than 2 months but till now i haven't got the headset or any reply as to why i have not been sent the stuff.

I have ( 2weeks old) HP Photosmart C3100 All-in One Series... I have phoned [protected]... case [protected] three times for the same problem. This has taken up at least 3hours on the phone, numerous hours going around this problem, waste of approximately 100 sheets of paper - and problem is not solved!

Do you care about this ?

HP has, in my opinion, entered the ranks of - we sold it and we no longer care... shame on you !

I would like to comment that Hp printers are truly big cheaters or i should use some other words to describe the roughs. I'd purchased printer last year on 30th Aug. Resumption code is HF6L2G1JUB. No one pics the phone and if some one pics than the answer will receive the gift in one week. After that they stop attending your phone. Although I send them a legal notice But still no action is taken. I would like to comment that HP cheat their loyal customers. And I would never use their products in my life again.

I have bought hp pavilion laptop from hyper city, mumbai on 06/07/07. since then, i was facing a problem with it. whenever i used to shutdown this new laptop, it used to auto start. I visited the santacruz service centre 5 times.

The staff at the service centre is totally irresponsible & negligent towards the complaints. I have spoken to Chanchal Banerjee, Smita, Vidhya, Rajshree, Sudha, Kaushal..! Each time, a new person comes up from the staff & I had to explain the entire history. There is ZERO co-ordination within the staff. My laptop is with them since a week now. When I visited the service centre, it was under the warranty period & thus I have requested them to provide me with a DOA so that I can have a fresh piece.

Nothing seems to be working from hp side. This has caused a great amount of mental harassment & business loss. This scenario calls for a serious action. I have been trying to reach to hp escalation department but no body attends calls there. I can give you a series of talks & delays that I have faced during this period.

Whatever I have been through in this period is enough to put any company's reputation at stake in today's market scenario. Atleast no customer should feel regret after buying any companies products for the first time..!

Yes I also agree with you all because this also happen with me I buy HP laserjet1020 printer from hp dealer. When I connect with company they reply me your address is changed/some time stock is unavailable so we are Unable to send U gift (note-they are replying from near about one year. This totally cheating with the indian and the responsible person should be strictly penalized and dam hard.

I purchased my Hp presario v 3335 lapton on 30-Jun-07 and I registered it on the hp site to get the free gifts i.e. one hp webcam, one calling card and one headphone by sending 300 rupees DD. The gift should be delivered within 6-8 weeks. But this is the 12th week running, but I have not received anything. I have talked to Hp redemtion customer care executive on the 2nd or 3rd week of August, their executive assured me to deliver my gifts within 30th August. But still I am waiting for. Is hp redemtion is making fraud with the people?

We have a HP Laser jet 1022 Printer and the S.No:CNBJ59W22X ( It’s under warranty)
In this printer We have some problem(If we are taking 10 to 15 pages printout some burning smell with smoke is coming) for that problem We have locked the call.

The service center people checked our printer and said that they have taken around 100 pages (for that 100 pages they used our cartridge) , then they have returned back to us saying that they are not facing such kind of problem.

But We are facing same problem again.

As we can’t use the same defective printer, it’s your duty to replace the printer immediately as it under WARRANTY.

I bought my Compaq Presario notebook 10 months back... I was promised to get a 1 GB pen drive. But till date HP didn't even bothered to reply to the mails I sent them requesting for the update. Phone banking is horrible. No one ever picks up the line. I'm very frustrated with HP and have recommended all my colleagues who all are software engineers to never ever go for their products. HP is pathetic to deal with. HP should at least have the courtesy to return the demand draft amount!

I would like to know if you have purchased a laptop from your own company and it never worked for more than 20 days at a stretch before going to the repairs. how would you feel?
Well thats true literally without any exaggeration because in past one year of purchase the laptop has gone for hardware repair 11 times not to mention the DOA which happened the very next day of purchase of this laptop which is mentioned on my sales receipt and I do retain the documentation for filing the complaint in consumer court. and before I get all my sleeves up and get after you with all my resources I though I should let you know so you might wanna refund me my money or at-least show me a little courtesy of replacing it something that works. I am sorry to sound so sarcastic but as you may understand laptop is still a luxury to many indian homes and I think I have been robbed of the 42000 bucks which I spent on this lemon...
so below is some number stuff you may need just in case you have some intention of doing something about it. because i will not leave this thing and accept it as my fate and i will pursue this to the very end untill i get either a compensation by judiciary or a replacement or refund by you.

Sir,
I had bought an HP pavillion DV6226TX about 10 months ago.

My laptop was heating a lot and the infrared remote control had also stopped working.
I went to the HP service centre in Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi on 26th March 2008 and got my laptop checked.
My job id is T803/N200.

I was worried about the heating problem but still the service person did not agree that the laptop was heating. I asked him to clean up the laptop and assemble it again.
I was told to come after 3-4 days as spare parts took 3-4 days of shipping.
The remote was replaced but when I cheked the machine my bluetooth had stopped functioning. I reported the problem to the person there.
I was told that the motherboard needs to be replaced. I handed over the machine again and since them I am calling the service centre everyday and I get teh same reply that the spare parts have not come yet.

Its been 14 days since I gave my laptop for repairs. I need to fly to Mumbai on 10th morning. What will I do if dont get the laptop till then.

I suggest the service centres should stock some frequently required spareparts. Also If a spare part is not available, the machine should be returned to the customer and he should be informed when the part comes. so that he can continue to work on the computer while he waits for the part.
Also, servicemen should be more trained so that they do not damage parts which were working properly before the machine came to them.

we had purchased the printer on [protected], the printer was not working on arrival, as a principle the company needs to replace it in the first place, then your engineer comes and changes the formatter, we agreed to get it changed trusting that the printer won’t have any problem and being a genuine customer. After working for 1 day now printer is giving fuser problem, your engineer has come and says fuser needs to be replaced, please note we are not going to get any part change or replaced, we need a replacement printer. And of you cannot give it please put it in writing.if today printer not replaced you tommorow. i am purchasing new printer panasonic.And not accept hp printer.IT is last warning my site.

After several complaints and followups, HP redemption cell wrote to me on 28th July mentioning that the gift will be delivered earliest by 16th Aug. But it seems 16th Aug 08 has not come for them.

I am using HP’s Pavillion 5000 notebook from the past two years. Since the battery was not providing a good backup, I decided to replace the old battery.
I approached one of HP’s authorized service centres at Ernakulam in Kerala. The name and address of the centre are as follows:

When I bought the laptop, I asked them to provide the warranty card of the newly replaced battery. Since I am working in Calicut, they told me that it would be couriered to me shortly.
A week has gone and I have received only the retail invoice of the material purchased from their shop. When contacted, they refused to provide me the warranty card of the battery purchased from their centre. Instead, they used contemptuous words against me and asked me not to disturb them for the warranty card.

Price mentioned : Rs5982/only

Customer getting a bad service as well as being abused by the company to whom the customer is giving business is a shame on a company like HP.
So, I request you to kindly send to me the said papers.
If the warranty papers of the battery are not sent to me in a week’s time, then I will not hesitate to move to court against HP and its service centre.A wrist watch bought for a mere Rs700 will have its warranty papers along with it .

An HP printer - HP OJ PRO L 7580, serial no. MY824631JX was bought from AXIS Computech & Peripheral, Lajpat nagar, new Delhi, India on 19th April'08.

"Carepaq" for the above printer was opted for on 24th Sept'08 after paying Rs.3, 350/-.

Due to some printing fault - Regular complaints are being made for the last almost one month. We were sold the so called "Carepaq" with a promise that the complaint will be looked after faster.

On the pretext of False promises - HP is loosing its credibility through their so called -After Sales Support associates.

I will be forced to take a legal action, in case the "Promises made on behalf of HP are not taken care of.

i bought 1 no. 27B HP Cartg. Everyday (Black) from your authorised shop "New India Business Machines, 18 B N Road Lal Bagh Lucknow, as per invoice no. NIBM/RETAIL/979 Dtd. 10/9/2008. I have taken only 40 to 45 copy till date this Cartg. are showing problem. we are using this type of cartg. so many times and we have take out 500 to 600 copy of same cartg. previously.I had visited your HP service centre, "INGRAM MICRO INDIA PVT. LTD. 7 WAY LANE ASHOK MARG lUCKNOW, Where Mr. Ashawani Kumar on reception this gentlemen with out taking my complaint reject the said cartage and behave very bad with me.Sir i am your customer since last five years and use almost HP Product this time your product and your service centre man really hurt me. This is my request to look my complaint seriously otherwise i am going to take legal action . thanks

i hav hp pavilion laptop i belong to chennai my problm is i want original recovery dvd as my lappl is not able to read any oter language i struggled a lot by roaming across customer care centers i hav waranty to plz seee to solve this
