But I got an unsatisfied replay that now hp would not provide the spare parts and it is better to dispose the old one and buy a new one. That means hp has no consideration in customer’s satisfaction. I am not a rich man to buy a new printer every year. I hope, I will get a replay from you to overcome my problem as early as possible.

i bought the laptop and i was promised with the gift of kodak digital camera and i have not yet received my camera after giving rs 1299 as draft. i got the mail from their side that they have dispatched my camera. i don't know how much they want to trouble people out here by setting fake promises.

This is another fraud of HP. I bought a HP Laptop on 9th January 2009. As per HP Promotion scheme I am supposed to get one Degital Kodak Camera. I comply with all the conditions and send DD of Rs.1299/- alongwith the necessary documents to HP Redemption Cell on the 12th Janaury 2009. HP Redemption Cell duly acknowledge receipt of the DD and assured me to despatch the gift within one month. But till now, more than half-of the year have passed, nothing is being done. I remind the HP Redemption Cell several times, but they are giving one or other excuses each time I contacted them. Is there any body who could settle my grevience.
