I recently switched from huggies movers to regular huggies because there was more in the box for the same price. I did notice a polyurethane type smell coming from my child's diaper. I wondered if it might of been the UTI so I tested it on an older Huggies diaper not regular and did not smell that chemical smell. It is a strong chemical smell coming out of the diaper when they are urinated In. I'm very unhappy with them and I feel like they do not keep the child's skin dry. I have used"Huggies movers"for all three of my children and have been happy, but I'm not happy with the regular Mickey Mouse Huggies size 3 diapers. What can be done about this because I've open the box?

I'm a very loyal customer too huggies family and don't use no other product on my premies but I have bought a box of huggies diapers and as I started too use them I noticed the lining of the diaper was fixed like it was suppose too be and I noticed the diaper linking like every change I wanted too know what I can do because I can't return the product because I use a few and it's just not right a single mother have too go through this

I had purchased huggies wonder pants medium size monthly pack. I have never experienced anything as such before but this pack until now I have seen 5 diapers damaged where it was torn.. The cotton pads are very thin unlike before. Also the nappy leaks at once not like before where I could use for 2 hours atleast. Very disappointing its totally waste of my money. I will never purchase this product again.

I am writing to you from Namibia. Huggies unisex nappies have been on the shelves for three months now and it is a big disappointment. I have been using Huggies gold for boys from birth up to now. My son is two. Each time I put a nappy on him, after one wee it leaks and he reeks of pee.

Why change something that was clearly working? I also spoke to a few friends and they also complain about the same issue.

Please bring back the old Huggies gold for boys.

I purchased a box of sixmze y huggies sleeper overnight diapers. I was very upset to find that every disper in this box had the velcro missing off the sides and wouldnt stick.. Ive never had this issue before and I always use huggies diapers. I purchase the huggies overnites and huggies snug and dry.. I would really appreciate some type of rectification for this inconvenience as these diapers are not cheap by the box,. Thank you

I'm writing regarding a pack of snug & dry Huggies I purchased this week. I usually purchase the little snugglers but the store I was at had no stock.
The snug & dry I find I do not like as much but I've also come across 3 diapers out of the 15 I've used that have the velcro fasten part not attached to the diaper, rendering it useless. I never have this issue with the little snugglers and I'm pretty disappointed that it wasn't just a one off. It's been 3 diapers that I'm unable to use now.

I am a new mom and have been using Huggies from the birth of my son.. Up until now i had no problems with the product and have been happy but.. I am very disappointed with the last pack i've opened.. One of the nappies had a very sharp plastic object lodged in the diaper and i am very concerned for my sons safety. I just thought i should bring this matter under your attention.

Hi, I need to please speak to someone about the quality of the new Unisex range that I am using. It is the 3rd month that I am using the new range as you discontinued the girls pants and i am unhappy. I use the Huggies pants unisex jumbo 44 size 5 pack for my two year old, and they are forever leaking. This was a bigger problem for me this passed weekend as my daughter caught a tummy bug and has had a runny tummy all weekend. I had to keep cleaning poo from the floor as it kept leaking from the huggies nappy down the inside of her legs. I honestly was happier with the girls pants befor. and I by 3 Packets every month of your nappies. this is not on

Hi. This new pants pull up nappy is supposed to be improved with a better fit and and quality, however I find it worse than the old Huggies Gold range.

It might prevent sagging but it is literally WET when u touch it.

This pants nappy doesn't hold much wee and it literally is wet to the touch when its full. My sons pants get wet from the wee in the nappy.

Also I bought a size 4 which is supposed to be from 9-14kg but this nappy is tight on my son and his weight is only 10 kg.

I don't see how this nappy is new and improved.
I find it to be of poor quality and standard.

Nothing is INTELLIGENT about this nappy

Hi, the following email I already sent on 3 November and received no response:

Dear Huggies Team

I have always been using huggies and with regret to inform you, this is now the 2nd time we are having problems with the nappies.

When we put the nappy on my daughter, the sticking section breaks off. Even if it seems to be on, the nappy will come off again. It does not tear or break, it just detach actually.

This may be a jumbo pack from a faulty batch, I hope.

We have gone through half of the pack and more than 15 nappies did the same thing.

Please let me know if I should take this back to the shop to be exchanged?

Good day, hope this finds you in good space. I'm not satisfied, I bought a megabox of the new look Huggies pants for my 23 months old girl. I the first packet I got 2 pants that were faulty they tore as I was dressing her. Now I'm on the second pack from the same box I've just had the same thing happen with the first nappy. This is not the first time using the pants. I've been using them even before the new look. Please advise on how I should handle this situation cause I've been loyal to your brand but now to experience this is not satisfying.

Hi, my name is Nicole and I put a diaper on my son and like 2 minutes later the lining of the right side of the back of the diaper at the top was separating from the rest of the diaper and the side where the lining was separating from the tab wouldn't stick. Its as if the whole right side is defected. I thought it was just that one diaper but it was 3 times

the new look Huggies Gold-the unisex brand - is a very poor quality- my daughter pees once and it seeps through. I have been using Huggies gold size 5 (the girls brand since my Daughter was 6 months and she is over 2 years old now- and I have always been more than happy- the quality was even better than the pamper premium brand. the unisex brand is not even worth paying that money-it's no better than the clicks no name brand which is also horrible.

I brought a pack of Huggies Gold nappies size 4+ for girls (the new look) and the one side just tore when I put the nappy on my baby. I literally stood with the sticky part and piece of the nappy in my hand.

We have been using huggies gold for boys over a year now, absolutely loved it. It is the ONLY diaper that worked for my son, as he has a sensitive skin all diapers, except huggies gold for boys, gave him a horrible rash. Since huggies gold for boys is off the market now, we bought a pack of huggies gold unisex thinking it would be the same on his skin as the boys'. But unfortunately to my disappointment, it gave him a horrible rash. It leaves me in a little bit of a predicament, as I have no idea which diaper to use for my son now. Is there ANYWHERE or ANY way for me to get huggies gold for boys again?

I recently bought a box of snug & dry huggies diapers & I don't pike the material of the diaper. It way too thin unlike the huggies little movers . I always get the little movers & I thought about trying to change it but it appears the snug & dry is way too thin & would leak so I don't like it all & I don't know what am I suppose to do with this opened box of diapers that's worth $25

My son had a horrible reaction to huggies. They didn't absorb anything at all, so everything stayed on his skin. It would take multiple multiple wipes to get him clean. He ended up getting a terrible diaper rash that only went away after switching diapers. I was actually shocked by that because I heard nothing but good thing about huggies. And this happen to my kid

Hi there! I have a 20 week old son, and have been using Huggies products from day one. I prefer Huggies to any other brand out there for diapers and wipes. I love the little snugglers! I recently purchased a big box of the "new and improved" little snugglers (green band diapers) and they are awful! They don't fit my son snug enough (at all) it seems as though the elastic is no good in them, so not only has he been deficating through them but urinating as well. It goes through the diaper, clothes and sometimes blankets. The amount of clothes I've had to change and wash in the last two weeks is more than what I've done in the last two mths and it's all because of the diapers! I've had no problem with the regular little snugglers diapers, it only seems to be an issue with this one box of "new and improved" little snugglers. Not sure if my diapers were defected in the factory or they're supposed to be like this but they are NOT new and improved. They're worse than any other diaper I've ever tried! I'm very upset by this, seeing as though diapers are not cheap and because they've been opened, I cannot return them, however I refuse to use them.
Please let me know if there's any way you could help a Huggies fan!

I've attached a picture to show you the difference in the leg elastic on both diapers. The one on the left is the new and improved little snugglers green band, and the one on the right, is the regular little snugglers diapers I'm use to using! You can clearly see a difference in the elastic between both diapers!

So i dont know what is going on with the diapers that i got but my son has literally peeded threw them everynight soaking his cloths and bed i have used these for both kids and this is the worst experience i ha e had with them all but a time when my daughter was having the same issue who is no longer in diapers and there is no reason he should be peeing threw them because we change him right befor bed and agian at 4am so they are not even holding for 8 hours and i know they are spost to be good for up to 12 and thats why i get them is for mainly at night hoping he dont wake up drinched and im bathing him at 4 am.

Hi there. I'm am very disappointed in the new Huggies nappies that have been made. I have been using Huggies gold for boys for the past year and I had no problem. I went to buy a pack to find that my pick and pay only had the new unisex Huggies gold nappies so I bought them. On the first day of using them, the one corner snapped completely off when I tried to close my sons nappy which I just put that behind me because it was a first time. From the same pack of nappies, tonight I put one on my son only to have the side piece snap AGAIN which is really ridiculous. I'm very disappointed and honestly don't think spending R220 for a pack of nappies is worth it if the sides are just going to snap off.
