Ideal Auto review: Kia Sorento 20216

I purchased a vehicle AUGUST 2021 to transport my mom who was on dialysis. Within 6 months the repairs begin i thought it was minor but once i fixed 1 thing something else was wrong. I even took it to Kia in Charlotte to run the diagnostic test. Everything they claim was wrong I fixed. But it still gave off codes of possible computer or engine problems. After paying almost $4,000 dollars the car is still sitting and not being used. I'm $28,000 in the whole for this vehicle where you claim I have no warranty for because I'm not the original or 1st owner. I am devastated and went without a vehicle for almost a year uber costing me $3,123 and rentals averaging $1250. For you to not honor a warranty on the make and model that is having engine or computer problems with less than 80,000 miles is ridiculous, disgusting and unprofessional. I will be going to the BBB, small claims court and other entities for justice.

Repairs goes as follows:

Starter

2 sets of coils packs

Alternator

intake and exhaust camshaft

new battery

fuel pump.

oil cover gasket.

Plus, my truck was vandalized twice because of the Kia/Hyundai challenge.

I have police reports.
