Kalpana gas agency - vijaynagar - 2nd stage - bangalore. this agency serves indane gas agency. they provide very poor service. they have 12 phone lines. but every time it comes busy. sometimes the phone rings but the agency people pick up the receiver and keep it aside without answering the call. if you have to book a cylinder, you need to go there personally.

I have never ever seen such a poor serviced gas agency who never responds to customers.

Yes i completely agree, I try at least 100 days a time to reach them but it never works and its always busy...

Whenever we try to contact them over phone for gas cylinder requirement/books, we don't get them and getting messages as busy or engaged sound everytime. It was noticed on personal visit that the receiver kept outside. Personally we need to book and finds it very difficult.

We Prashanth Nagar Area People accept this completely. We all are planning to place a complaint in the Local News Paper and to the Main Indane Gas Company itself.

Its true. Even we face the same problemeverytime. We stay a bit far from that area. Its difficult to come there and book. These people are really hopeless people. Really need to do something for the same. I'll see whether i can get Indane Gas Company's number and if i get I'll complain today itself.

I opened this website and got their mobile number and informed the same.I informed him to book.I wanted to book by dialing 1260 but in my consumer no 35472A dialing a from the telephone is difficult. I request you to change the number consisting numerals only to enable me to book by dialing 1260 which is the best and trying their telephone can be avoided.

I fully agree with Nandini Doijode Satyanarayana who had written the complaint.

I was about to make a complaint in the same way and I have seen exactly the same complaint which I had in my mind.

Kalpana Gas Agency also do not deliver the cylinder until we put extreme pressure. When enquired they stated that they have more than 40000 customers and it is not possible for them to respond to every enquiry. Also the staff and the managers are very rude in their behaviour. I am actively considering to tranfer my account to another friendly agency.

hi guys this manju, kalpana gas agency is very bad compairing to other gas agencies.we don't get them and getting messages as busy or engaged sound everytime. Also the staff and the managers are very rude in their behaviour.so guys better dial up to this mobile no.[protected]-mr jaganatha then u can book the cylinder.

I strongly agree... could any one tell me if we could take any legal action against the agency. I can not go to another distributor either since this is the only agency which services Sunkadakatte, Bangalore.

LPG Refill booked on 25.9.07 vide Booking No. 29981. Assured supply within 15-20 days. Not supplied till date. Telephone Calls or personal visits is the only mode of communication. Whenever tried to make contact, tel. always found busy or un-answered.
Finally contact established yesterday. The dealer falsely stated that refill was sent on 17.10.07 and door was found locked. Their delivery boys always ask for tips which are not given and hence the tend to behave rudely. Dealer shop is open about 4-5 hours only each day against stipulated norms of 8 working hrs. They are reluctant to send a refill again and want me to collect it from their shop. In case I do so, no rebate is offered. This is a practice of the dealer of a PSU to harass consumers and save on costs.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Siddharth Saini resident of muzaffarnagar(U.P.),there is very much time lag between the booking of cooking gas and delievery.As i booked my gas before 15 days on the date 23rd of nov.2007 after a period of 21days of delievery of prior gas cylinder but still the agency employee said that it will take more 3-4 days in the delievery of gas.It means it will take near about 40 days in the delievery of cooking gas cylinder after booking of the first cylinder.I dont know there is shortage of the cylinder or something else is going on behind this,tell me about the process that how many days are required in the booking & delievery of second gas cylinder after the delievery of first and what steps will take by company against agency if there is delay in it booking and delievery of cooking gas cylinder as per company's norms.

I wanted to get the new LPG connection in my name from Rohini Enterprises, Naharpur , rohini, new delhi.i faced the foll problems
-forced to buy the hot plate from them but later agreed
-charged Rs 150 for hot plate inspection against Rs 100
-forced to bur one safety apron to use in kitchen for Rs 260, one gas pipe for Rs 180
- dis courteous staff

Kalpana Gas agency - Vijaynagar - 2nd stage - Bangalore. This agency serves Indane gas agency. They provide very very poor service. They have multiple phone lines. But everytime it comes busy. We are unable book cylinder in time. This is creating lot of problem for us.
I(Hanumanth Consumer No 30022) have called on 12 Feb 2008 around 40 times and then booked after that once again called on 16 Feb 2008 always busy so rushed to agency and they took number they said it will be dilevered on 17 Feb 2008 on 18 Feb called for enquired that time once again they are planning to booking i think these people are not having any records for booking. after this again called on 19 Feb 2008 they told on 19 Feb 2008 will be delivered. Only they are postponing no solutation. Its very difficult to get cylinder. So please help us on this and will you please update and let me know the things.
I have never ever seen such a poor serviced Gas agency who never responds to customers.

I had booked for a Gas cylinder about a month ago under consumer no 35869 and the same has not been delivered till date. When contacted the Service people were rude and insisted that they have delivered the cylinder and the new one will take another 21 days. The type of treatment meted out to the public is rediculous and the service standards are very poor. Till date I have not received the Gas cylinder and even after calling the service station on a daily basis the problem has not been resolved. Trust this will be looked into.

This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.

My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.

I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

Our Indane customer ID is 43477

The cooking gas dealer does not take the bookings on time and after taking the booking, the dealer delays the delivery of cooking gas cylinders by 10 to 15 days and takes into account another 30 days starting from the date of delivery to accept placement of order for refilling... & then again delays the delivery by 10 to 15 days... and the process is on.

We end up buying the cylinders from the open market at 3 times the actual price every month. This is ridiculous.

The cooking cylinder lasts only for about an average of 22 days...

Severe action to be initiated against the gas dealer "Cauvery Gas agency" of Indane located at KR Puram, Bangalore

My Consumer number is 22496. I had booked a gas cylinder on 12.04.2008 and I was told that my waiting number is 882. I was told that the cylinder would be available in 2 days.

Till date the promised cylinder has not arrived. The gas agency is even denying the fact of cylinder booking and denying the booking no. 882.

The staff attending to the phone calls have no courtesy answering the phone calls. They even cut the line abruptly when genuine doubts regarding the delay are asked.

The gas agency is: Nataraj Gas Agency, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore - 560 064.

I have booked my Indane Gas cylinder on 13-05-08 on BANAJARA GAS SERVICES in Yousufguda, Hyderabad. but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, The Gas Agency is released my gas in before 7 days but the delivery boy (Naresh-[protected]) not submit my gas before 15 days. it is not first time. I have faced so many problems from last 6 months. He telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning. And Gas receipt is not submitted to me from last 6 months. Please Solve my problem.

sir i have an complaint of your distributor( mata gas Agensie gurgaon). My complaint is this i never gets cylinder on time. I am having to cylinder on roll of your company. But i never get cylinder on time, like i have booked gas . they say we cannot book your gas becuase your booking will be done after 21 days of your previous booking . thats ok but after booking they will take 4 to 5 days to deliver. at phone they simply say it will take atleast 4 days . first they made the cycle of 10 day, then they made for 15 days now of21 days . if you calculate we get gas after 27 days almost after one month . just tell me can cylinder can run for a month. Is this possible any were for eg; at your home. I think day will come when we will get gas after 2 month. if we want cylinder we get on black at is for 600 Rs from any were in gurgaon . this going on here . i agree their are shortage of gas but idont think evry meont their is problem of shortage. or whole of the year. Your distributor doesnt talk properly at phone. they use very rash language with ladies on phone & at their office too, say do what you feel like complaint any where you want to do.
they have made agents to get cylinders on black their are some shop in gurgaon or delevery boys gives celyinders at black . pls have a look on this matter . and solve this problem . this will be hepfull each costumer of indiane company. This promblem is becoming more &more to the people of gurgaon.

My consumer no. L-8930.I subscribe from Shri Laxmi Ji Indane Rohtak Code no. 182656. They clearly DENY telephone booking as well as home delivery while I stay in HUDA Sec.14; the poshest colony of Rohtak where all other distributors are providing home delivery.

It is true always the Kalpana Gas phone numbers are engaged and there will be no response from them nor they receive calls from the consumenrs.
further the backlogs are becoming very high and I got to under stand that they are not getting gas from the plant according to their demands to full fill its consumers in view of this always they keep the phone in engage. once the booking is made they need to supply gas cylinders to its consumers if otherwise consumers will shout and fight with them in these circumstances the kalpana will keep in engage.
Here the rectification is required by the Indane it self when you are not supplying required to the agency naturally the agency dose have any option harassing the consumers as you are harassing. In view of this you need to full fill the demands of the agency when this is not possible from you you need to transfer to other LPG company like Bharath, HP and etc.

Horrible service and customer support. We have never faced such irresponsible staff in any category of service. In addition they have 12 lines everything muted so that no one hears the ring nor pick up. They pick up the line only when they feel like talking.

When you personally meet them and make your booking also they never supply the cylinder as promised. I wish i could do something to someone responsible to take serious action against the staff

Very horrible service, Indian gas has to withdraw the agency licence from them, for booking the gas is very furstrating with this agency.

Yes, i agree too i have been trying from 15 Days to reach them by Phone but No response :( why dont the concerned authority take some action against such irresponsible service providers ?

There are most of the Indane gas agency except few having same attitude towards the customer, once they get distributorship licences, they think themselves something great. I think Indane official should published the Email ID & contact Number in the city area, so that they can be immediately contacted and informed the matter for immediate action.

I completely agree with the complaints against Kalpana Indane gas agency,
They never pick up the phone & they never respond to the customers. Horrible service and customer support. We have never faced such irresponsible staff in any category of service
why dont the concerned authority take some action against such irresponsible service providers ?

Oops...horrible...trying from Morning to book gas cylender. All the lines are alwasy says busy try after some time. I really agree with it. It is realy pain... Can some concerned authority take action?. If there are so many customers why can't they open one more agency to handle it?.

sir problem is this above servic provider is not

take entry to the customer-book(we take on 10-12-2009) ON
thear SHARMA-MARKET OFFICE, then they will deliver gas to home.
But it is on paper only.
Every time having a same problem.I have taken the coupen
on 10-12-2009 but till today ie 22-01-2010 he do not
deliver the domestic gas to my home.What i can do sir.

So consider my above problem and give permanent soln.Then
i am very very thankfull to you.

This is the worst gas agency which anyone could see in their life span. Ironically, if we call Indane area office seeking help, those buggers are much more worst than these people on [protected], [protected], they seem to protect these people saying excuses that kalpana has 50000 customers and they need to respond all the customer calls in 5 landline phones! So there is a nexus between IOCL employees and kalpana gas and these buggers sell the cylinders outside for a huge price making the customers suffer and run piller and post..worst people you could ever see in this world. if we book on the website through they are saying that it does not work. This is the fate of IOCL customers and corruption at the extent of sky. I would try to give this back and take a HPCL connection which is the best service across in India. They never pick the phones and they keep the phones off hook when I personally visited for checking.

I`m always bookd online refill but, they are not get refill without again more calling & saying "What is online booking"?
It is very thikfull question about whole company.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Hemant Chadha having Indane Gas Connection No. 3839014, is using this connection from last three years. I have been shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon last year & got the transfer of my connection to Shringeri Gas Agency, Gurgaon from which I am facing a regular problem of Less Gas Supply in the Cylilnders & also irregular supplies. I am getting the cylinder after 15-18 days of booking & also we are not able to book the next cylinder till 20 days after getting the cylinder. I am having only single cylinder & they are not issung the second cylinder as well, as they say that there is shortage at present every time. However last month I have received my cylinder on 13th January & it finnished on 10th of February, whereas as a regular practice my cylinder generally ends up after minimum of 45 days whereas this time it ended after 25 days & I am not having any cylinder because we have not expected that the cylinder will end up so early, also we were out for 4 days in this month, so we can not even imagine for this situation.

Kindly look into the matter, as this is a regular problem with this Agency. The Agency Code is 103838 & I would like to lodge a complaint with consumer forum as well for the same.

The Supply man is also very arrogant & misbehaves every time while suppling the cylinder. Whenever we complaint him in any regards, he says very rudely that he don't have any clue in this regard & it is totally out of their controll.

Please do the needful.
