On January 22, 2024, I parked at Indigo Parking Lot #333 and paid $22.74. I accidentally entered the incorrect license plate when I made the payment. After work, I came to my car and I noticed a parking violation for $70.00. It was an honest mistake, having more than one vehicle. I could understand if I hadn't paid, that I should receive a parking notice, but I did pay. Because I had two previous courtesy from Indigo, they refuse to cancel or lessen the amount of this ticket. So basically, two strikes and your out forever! It cost me $92.74 for parking that day and even though I repeatedly pleaded with them, they refused to change their mind. Their response was:
"Hi there,
No reductions or cancellations can be offered no more for your parking Notices going forward. Our records show that you have exhausted all of those.
This parking notice has to be paid in full.
Please view details of this notice and make payment using the link below as soon as possible to avoid increased fee’s.

I am a hard-working individual and I always pay for parking. Beware Indigo users!
Claimed loss: $92.24
Desired outcome: Cancellation of the ticket - I paid for parking, doesn't matter that the plate number was incorrect
