Are you Kidding me right now!? Real shiv man! This is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I.T. and design at it's worst! Why is this even an issue!? It's a requirement to have an email address! I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND why this is a problem, but it most definitely surely seems to be one! Which is inexcusable in my book. I mean, so what... Because I have a new phone number now, I have zero chance of accessing my existing account, that I went through the onboarding process to create including a background check!? So now I have to create a new one? This is highly illogical being as I have already filed all appropriate tax forms, ID, resume, and everything else involved in onboarding under my name, and now simply because I change phone numbers, I have to create a new account under the same identity refiling all appropriate paperwork. Unprofessional, inappropriate, illogical highly frustrating annoying and aggravating for ANY worker wishing to simply return to gig work through this company. Because it's just NOT gonna happen if you haven't any access to the number you originally used to sign up with Instawork!
Desired outcome: To create an option to login to existing accounts via the email address used to create the account originally and not be screwed just because you changed your phone number! CREATE AN EMAIL LOGIN BACKUP OPTION!
