Scam to work with you closely to set up website business, over $18, 895. Signed up for services of website business setup... Got only high pressure, threatening sales practices you have to keep dealing with us because won't get any of your money back, stating I'm too far into the program (onlycompleted 10-15 steps out of over 200 steps). What happened to the 365 day guarantee by Michael Nell. Only got in mail small box labeled e-library with pamphlet and cookies, website link to them with over 200 steps to do prior to getting website, no physical disks for software for website, only a 5 (five) minute phone call per week to start business. Needed to setup ebay account, paypal account, buy 10 items on ebay. What does that have to do with my website? They also wanted my STATE BUSINESS LICENSE Number, this I did not give them, they don't need it, Also, they wanted to deal with their accounting people, to set up business, web hosting... A monoply, to get my future money... They only want to credit me 1/2 my money I completed only 10-15 steps, This is not fair for misleading customers... Still no website in almost 3 months, only debt... Why do their phone # and weblinks keep changing... Don't want others to get scammed. I could of gotten a website up and running in less than one month with other companies... and not the expense... Please help in shutting them down permenantly... Thank you for your help.. In reference to the complaint. Internet Sales Institute stands behind its services. We offered this client over 50 percent of her money back. The client made the decision to move forward on her own merit. We will go to any extent to make our clients happy. We provide one one help on a number of different levels. Our coaching sessions are at least 30 minutes long. Clients also have unlimited help from 8:00 am mst-8pm mst to get help via phone, e-mail and live chat. The problem when people start any new venture is they expect immediate results. At Internet Sales Institute we gaurantee to work with every client until they recover their full initial investment. There are no such things as get rich quick schemes. Sometimes when clients sign up and realize they do have to put time and effort in they start to second guess their decision. We communicate to all students that it does take time and effort to build a business. We work diligently with every client to accomplish their goals and lay a solid foundation for their online ventures. There will be frustration at times but giving up on a program within one week, no one would ever succeed. Growing pains happen for all new start up businesses. We do business with people all over the world by phone. If the sale was so high pressured then why did you remain on the phone with the consultant? We stand behind our gaurantee and all services we provide to clients. We are ready and willing to address any concerns that any past, present or future clients may have! WE STAND BEHIND OUR GUARANTEE!

I signed up with Internet Sales Institute October 25, 2010. I gave them credit cards for payment of $8, 886.00 with the promise they would work with me one on one for 8-9 months and after that would be with me until I was making profit. I did the weekly phone calls and the homework given to me. I paid Thrive initially $97.00 then to Internet Sales. I was called by a website marketing company but kept saying no to them. I did pay for a website on my own and set it up. I put numerous items on eBay as instructed after buying many small items as instructed. I sold a total of 4-5 small items which cost me more to ship that I received in payment. I have tried calling and was contacted once by "John" who set up a time to call me back and help me, this was about 3 months ago, and I have not heard a word since. I am out over $8, 886 plus interest and being a senior citizen am on a fixed income. I am at the point where I may have to go bankrupt because of Internet Sales Institute. Their guarantee says they will work with every client until they recover their full initial investment. I have made more on Craig's List than with their program. I would at this point be happy with even half of my money back if they would just contact me. I really thought Chris was on the up and up and am very disappointed that I fell for this scam.

I signed up with Internet Sales Institute September, 2010. Gave them credit card payment of $12, 368.00 with the promise they would work with me one on one for 8-9 months and after that would be with me until I was making profit. I did the weekly phone calls and the homework given to me. They spent a total of twenty minutes with me over the past year. I have asked for a full refund and even had the Attourney General of Idaho involved to no avail. I'm out over $11, 000.00 and with a job loss looming on the horizon I face bankruptcy. This has changed my life for the worst. Why doesn't ISI just be honest and refund my money instead of continuing to be a SCAM.

I have been working with the Better Business Bureau and still have not gotten any refund, reply or anything. I did get a call from Chris Page last week who said the "Ryan" (he was my coach if you want to call him that) Ryan said he should call me about setting up my web site. I had gotten the message and when I hear it was Chris I thought it was Chris Riely, the supposed owner of ISI. Anyway when I found that out I got rather upset and when he told me he did not work for ISI I told him I had already set up my web site and both Chris and Ryan of ISI knew that. I told him if he couldn't help me get my money back I had nothing to say to him. He rapidly hung up. I am going to try call again. and see if anyone will answer. I am out over &8, 886 and as a senior I can't afford the bills.

I SADLY used to work for these scam artist but quit once I understood what this business is about. CLANCY YOHMAN was the owner, not riley. Clancy took off to florida where he is hiding from the legal trouble he got himself into in Idaho. I want every one to know that this business seems legit on the phone, but you will NEVER make your money back. It's sad that these people can look at themselves in the mirror everyday. Maybe that's why they all use a ton of drugs that your credit card pays for, not to mention the strippers and booze. these guys are ruthless, please don't give them your money. i have no reason to say this other tha I feel a need to warm innocent people with big dreams.

Everyone who is complaining on here it is ALL TRUE! & More just spoke with Mike Nell who threatened the S#@$ out of me then gave me his cell # [protected] he no longer answers this & as of today has disconnected this #. The people @ ISI phone answer is just 3 people in a radom building in Idaho I think that offer services to companies to simply answer the phones and pretend they know each individual yu are talking to. The tech support & internet builders support are contracted companies that just deal with internet help that's it they claim to all work in the same building at this point I am sure they are 5 people all in the same house taking people for aall they have. Mike Nell sent me a small check from an LLC so if anyone knows what I can do with that to track him & all his buddies down tht would be great! ANYONE CAN GOOGLE & CONTACT ME. Holly

Scammer guard is a scam! They are the ones who contacted me out of the blue to try to convince me Internet Sales was a scam. They attempted to "coach" me into saying & believing that I was being ripped off & showed me this site in vain attempt to prove their case. I was amused they actually wanted me to pay them for their service.
As I read these complaints I have sympathy for these people's situations but I feel that in defense of the program I enrolled in, you have to follow the program & do the work! I would imagine that people could fail I guess...but the only way I could see that is if you were lazy & choose to blame others for your inability to follow through. It was a lot of work & I'm not a millionaire, but I feel I got exactly what I purchased which was coaching & the education platform I needed in learning something as technical as the Internet can be. As for the other complaints I saw on here with disgruntled employees...Haha I laugh in amusement that any X-employee carry any weight of truth being bitter they lost a job.
My advise & suggestion to anyone reading these posts, understand what you purchased like I did...you purchased information in an educational format. If you don't put the work in you won't get results! I view it like College, you pay 4 yrs @ $8k a year but because you have a degree that $32k doesn't guarantee you a job or make you money...you actually have to put in the work. I could only imagine complaining on an internet board about UC Santa Cruz because I didn't get a job with my degree & try to pursue them for a refund of my tuition!
Anyhow cheers & best of luck - but steer clear of those guys at Scammer Guard! If they were really true advocates trying to assist legitimate scams they would not charge for the service nor try to feed words or thoughts into your head in negative format if they were truely legitimate. Like I said, I'm a happy client & no I don't make 100's of thousands of dollars but I have been successful generating $1100-$2000 a month & I work my business about 15-20 hrs a week.

Thank you for the heads up for Scammer Guard Mark, although I certainly do understand your point of view, I put in 10+ hours a day even weekends got my site up and running in 3 months AWESOME! I am here 1 1/2 years later & I finally have made it to the top of Google & Bing and also have a coaching team running my Twitter account which it looks like they are doing a fantastic job. I have spend over $18, 000 and I have earned $300 only through Ebay Sales Ugggg. With that being said, I spoke with Mike Nell who after 3 weeks of trying to contact him finally returned my call, via [protected]. He stated that he would continue my coaching for FREE until I made back my entire investment. ( coaching is [protected] )Well that would be great but he quite paying for my web hosting so when you Google my site www.fishfinderauthority.com you get nothing, THANKS MIKE! He said he would fix it NOT done yet, I am frusterated who does business this way? Mike Nell & Clancey Yohman that's who, they have changed & disconnected their numbers at least 10+ times I have had 2 business and never had to change my number why would you if you were doing GOOD business you want every one to get a hold of you Correct? He never let me talk when he called last Thursday always had to talk over his babbling, this is just absurd. For Mark Evans above if that is really you or just someone using that name from the Company, please enlighten me on why ISI would use three different names if you were so legit then why not JUST be ISI or International Income Solutions or Thrive or Accelerated Mentoring LLC they currently have the LLC Company specifically so you can not go after them financially. End result simply don't deal with these guys & I am sure they are making up new phone numbers as we speaks & disconnecting the others that are or were in service ( just shady ) meanwhile I have sent some individuals from the attorney Generals Office to take over GAME OVER ! Mike & Clancey, if you would like to refund my money I would gladly accept & finish my complaint on this end, if you keep doing this to people I will keep sending Legal Reps. to deal with you. Thanks! Holly

Mike sorry for yourself, recently your wife was having a baby hopefully she Googles you and knows you and Clancy are crooks! Oh, by the way don't call me anymore I will let the state forever chase you, it sounds like Clancy is in jail so I will make sure I make an impact at his court date. Holly
