Jomela Properties review: Kayla Pierce, Tyler Still and Lucas Koenings are letting bad things happen at City Square Apts

Vice President Kayla Pierce, Apartment/Property Manager Tyler Still and Office Manager Lucas Koenings are letting bad things happen at City Square Apartments! They rent to bad black tenants and let them move in at 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and They are not doing nothing about these bad things that is happening inside the building! The black tenants are breaking the rules and violating the lease! Myra Walker who lives in Apt 403 brought a big white dog into her apartment, The lease says no cats and dogs allowed! Every time when her apartment door gets stuck, She bangs, hits and kicks her door, She blames and jumps on tenants when they don't do nothing to help her! Every time when she, her son (Jav'onne) comes out of the building to sit on the front ledge to drink juice they leave their juice bottle with the juice inside and It's causes bees and wasps to get on people! Apt 407 Bobby (Taye) and His baby mama, Preston & Kenyon Holmes who live in Apt 408 be leaving their garbage in the hallway for 3 or 4 days and The hallway be smelly and stinking, It can cause bugs, roaches and mice to crawl inside tenants apartments! That can cause good tenants to move out and To move somewhere else! Please do not move to 3104 West Wells Street in the future, because that apartment building is bad!
