In case the ads turned out to be ineffective for you, contact customer service of Just Dial and ask for a formal resolution in the form of a refund or credit for the ads. Push the fake inquiries and get unwanted ads out from your package. Stress the fact that you have made it optional for the salesperson to assist you as you had provided such a request earlier. If no response or a satisfactory answer is provided, raise the matter with the company’s top management or complain to the relevant consumer protection bodies. Maintain an archive of every correspondence.
