Shockingly poor customer service. I have sent over 20 emails to date to ensure that my luggage was returned to me post-repair in time for my flight tomorrow (having given this date in each of my communications going back over a month), to which I have received no reply or confirmation. There is no contact phone number and emails are either not replied to or questions are ignored. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Desired outcome: My luggage returned today in time for my flight tomorrow, which is what I’ve been asking for since 13 June.
