Shockingly poor customer service. I have sent over 20 emails to date to ensure that my luggage was returned to me post-repair in time for my flight tomorrow (having given this date in each of my communications going back over a month), to which I have received no reply or confirmation. There is no contact phone number and emails are either not replied to or questions are ignored. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

K2 Global doesn't assess luggage damage correctly

I have had a terrible experience with k2 global. They say that damage is normal wear and tear and they can't do anything.
The damage is clearly not that; the damage can simplpy not happen during normal wear and tear. They just say "sorry can't help further".

Make sure to avoid this company at all costs unless you do not care about service. They won't help you at all.
