Kay's review: Bug in one their boxes

I got something from them and spend a lot money with kay's I called them about I got my wife a gift when she open there seal box the was I big bug the jump out on her she haves a fear of bugs and when I call them I got nothing but the run around one told me they give me 10$ gift card.

There people are very rude to try to fix this and then made me fell like I was trying sacm them like I put the bug in the box I have lot people there and seen the bug come out the there box
