I got something from them and spend a lot money with kay's I called them about I got my wife a gift when she open there seal box the was I big bug the jump out on her she haves a fear of bugs and when I call them I got nothing but the run around one told me they give me 10$ gift card. Kay's lost diamond

My fiance bought me my engagement ring from kay's. I had it on for 3 months when one day at work i lost my diamond. Now i do work in a warehouse enviroment and wont say im not around heavy items all day, but honestly for a $600 ring it shouldnt break after 3 months. i took the ring back to Kay's and asked to have it fixed now my fiance did take out a warrenty that was over $100. They sent my ring out and it was sent back stating the ring looked like i took it off and stomped on the ring to get the diamond out. Getting engaged is suppose to be the best day in a girls life well thanks Kay's you ruined mine. Kay's slogin should be changed to every kiss begins with disgust and agrivation. DON"T BUY FROM KAY'S!

Consumer's Original Complaint :
I purchased a band and wedding ring from Kay's in 2007. Since then the smaller diamonds have fell 3-4 times. We had a yellow diamond fall off the ring a year ago and had it replaced by Kays (Broward Mall- sales lady: Karen) the yellow was replaced and looked different from the other 5 yellow diamonds, so we went back to Kay's where we were told that the diamond was real and that within time it would begin to match the other diamonds (sure). We took it to a local jeweler and he advised us that the diamond was fake but the rest of the diamonds were real. Now we take it to another Kay (Baybrook Mall - Sales lady: Christina)after we move to Texas and ask them to look at the diamond, we are told by two employees that the diamond is not real. We tell them that the ring was bought from Kay's and would like it replaced, it's under warranty (lifetime warranty). The local store sends the ring in to be looked at, besides the yellow diamond missing, theres another small diamond missing. We get called today and were told that the yellow diamond is real and Kay's will not be replace the yellow diamond, since we didnt go back to Kays right away, which we did (I have names, dates, locations, etc...) Now we are left with a yellow diamond that looks like a piece of glass colored yellow and they will not repair the missing diamond, because we did not come in for the 6 month inspection (btw, having a ring from Kay is worse than having a dog, your going to the store every 6 months and in between those 6 months your going because the diamonds keep falling off). I want the yellow and missing diamonds replaced, what is warrant for? I spend X amount of money at Kays every year and now I am being told that I have to keep my crappy yellow diamond that was given to me by them and that I have to pay 90 dollars to replace the missing diamond and after paying the 90 dollars, the warranty will kick back on.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
I paid for warranty, I want the ring repaired and I want them to take their fake yellow diamond back and replace it with a real one. If this is not settled, I would like to sue. Can I have contact information for Kay's legal department?
