I bought a Hammer Drill in July. The website kept saying that my order was under processing during 3 weeks. Finally, I guess this process had finished and I got a notification that they cancel my order. Why? Because their website was down. Ok, what about my money you charged? I have proofs from my bank account. But the customer service disagrees with me and says they didn't get money for the order. How is this possible? You wouldn't have an opportunity to accept my order without any payment. How does it work?
It's definitely a scam. Too stressful. Stay away.

I would like to make a complaint about Lazada.ph. This is regarding my request for a refund that has been refused. I ordered a pair of football shoes that is shipped from abroad and I selected size 8.5 US on August 8, 2017 with an order number [protected]. Here are some of the details of my order:

I received the item on september 9 and I paid cash on delivery and when I opened the package, the item does not fit and it shows size 7 US. So I decided to return the item to Lazada and found out that they refused to refund my money back because "Item does not fit" does not qualify for a refund based on what the representative said via chat.
The item has a 7 day return and none of the terms and conditions of the company states that item does not fit is not eligible for refund when it comes to items shipped from abroad. The only indicated on their policy that change of mind for items not shipped from abroad is not allowed for refund.
I was hoping that you can help me with this complaint as the company is completely not complying with their return policies. Thank you.
dyson hair dryer purchase: price drastic drop within 1 week
I shopped on lazada. Sg less than 1 week ago 30th aug 2017, bought a dyson hairdryer without brown box through magnify and today 6th sept 2017 when I checked the hairdryer price online, the price dropped drastically from sgd$598 to sgd$499 through the same vendor magnify. Kindly revert me with explaination and I would like a refund for the difference please. Thank you.

They are big liars and scammers. They do not hesitate to ship wrong items you didn't order and less expensive than the ones you wanted to get. This should be their motto. I called them many times asking to provide me with an opportunity to change my order or to simply cancel it. But they refused to do it and didn't explain the reason. This company sucks!
account being hacked yet customer service team took ages to investigate
I am from Singapore, but I received 2 emails from Lazada Malaysia on 30-Jul. One is my registration with Lazada Malaysia was successful, and another one is to complete payment for the stuffs "i" purchase.
It seems like someone is using my email account to register and make purchases because it's impossible for me to register and purchase using Lazada Malaysia. I have account with Lazada Singapore.
I started emailing Lazada Malaysia since 31-Jul with reminder emails on 8-Aug, but there are no replies from the team till 15-Aug. No results from the investigation but I was told that my account was deactivated.
Thought everything will be settled but on 29-Aug, someone was using this so call deactivated account again to make purchases!
I am totally disappointed with Lazada's security and service. Lazada promised a "Safe and Secure Shopping", but how can my account be hacked so easily, somemore even deactivated account can be hacked in the second time. Also, this is such a serious issues but the Lazada Malaysia customer service team took ages to deal with it but with no results in the end.
I really hope by complaining here really helps and I can't believe an online shopping platform can have such lousy security and service.
hdmi switcher
I have been ordering HDMI switcher for my TV since 2 weeks ago (Aug 23, 2017). I ordered bec Lazada says there is 1 stock left. But Lazada cancelled my order. They say there is no stock. Then I ordered another HDMI switcher. Again they say there is 1 stock left, again they cancelled it after a few days, saying there is no stock.
Why did Lazada not say there is no stock in the first place. It is a waste of time. I should have ordered from another store.
lazada sg unexpected delivery
I ordered LUCA sofa from seller BLMG in lazada sg online.
To my surprise there was no prior schedule delivery. I was called only when the delivery guy reached infront of my house on a weekday noontime when no one is at home.
I understand singapore is a safe country but it doesnt mean that you can deliver whenever you want and leave my goods at corridor when no one at home.

12 May 17: Lazada VN sent the e-invoice which unable to open, there was no paper invoice
25 Jun 17: I found that the laptop seem had problem with hardware, I contact HP VN to process warranty policies, HP VN requested for invoice of product
26 Jun 17: I requested Lazada VN to re-sent the e-invoice which can be opened and read
After day to day forcing Lazada VN, Lazada VN feedback that the system had troubles and cannot send the e-invoice, I asked for paper invoice but neither Lazada VN cannot support
After forcing so many time, Lazada VN agreed to re-call the product and will directly work with HP VN for warranty

14 Jul 17: Lazada VN re-sent the e-invoice
Today, 1 Aug 17: After several times I called Lazada VN Help Center to ask about my laptop, they said:
- The product cannot be returned because of exceed deadline => I agreed
- The product is out of warranty because of exceed deadline => WHAT? I HAVE JUST PURCHASED ON MAY 17 WITH THE WARRANTY IS A YEAR
- The product can be fixed if I submit the paper invoice to Lazada VN => WHAT? there is not paper invoice for that purchase, and for the e-invoice, Lazada VN can work internally instead of bothering customers
=> I THINK THERE IS UNCLEAR WITH THE PRODUCT QUALITY AND THE PROCESS OF WARRANTY IS UNCLEAR ALSO, THERE MUST BE A HIDDEN STORY I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE AND REQUEST TO HAVE RESPONSIBLE ANSWER FOR MY COMPLAINT
external hard drive
I bought a 2TB Seagate external hard drive from Lazada. The shipment was late, the delivery man left the package at a local store, and it was given to a tricycle driver who finally delivered it about 10 days late.
The Drive didn't work properly from the beginning. It was impossible to use and gave me constant error messages. I tried to format the drive and start fresh but was unable to format due to error messages.
Lazada refused to take care of the problem citing a 7 day return period. That was impossible due to the package arriving late. I wasn't even given a chance to rectify this problem.
Lazada is the worst company I ever did business with. The customer service people don't care and ignore the facts and turn their back on you.
I tried to cancel and close my account but they don't have that 'feature' on their dashboard and the constant requests to customer service have been ignored.
Terrible terrible experience with a below average company.
"Update" A local computer service shop looked at the drive and told me that it had been opened and tampered with. The 2tb drive inside the case had been replaced with an 80GB one.
Don't do business with Lazada... they are a bunch of thieves!

On 23/7 order is not yet shipped (check on order status at Lazada)
On 23/7 I use Live chat to ask why order is not shipped. They say they have to get information from “related parties”
In same Live chat I ask to cancel the order and refund. They answer I will get email about this.
I did NOT get email
On 24/7 I use live chat again and get exactly the same answers: I will get email.
But I don't get email. On 24/7 I send email to lazada support. I get email back with ticket number.
Up to today (25 july afternoon): no email, no contact, no cancellation of my order, no refund.
Today 30 July: still no answer, no cancellation and no refund.
Looks like Lazada is stealing my money

I'm totally unsatisfied with Lazada.
On 26th May 2017 I have ordered an item Thru Lazada for RM 222.00 and I receive a wrong item on 2nd June 2017 and check again Thru Lazada the price was decreased to RM 138.00. So I lodged a complaint on the item and price. Lazada told me to return and will refund my money but i didn't want a refund and wanted a replacement. I return the item on 16 June 2017 to Lazada office so that they can replace with a correct item. At that moment I could have take a refund of RM 222.000 and re-buy for cheaper price but I didn't want because I'm a loyal customer to Lazada.
On 30th June 2017 I received the replaced item which Lazada promise to be sure will sent the correct item but what I receive was the same wrong item again and I check the price decrease again to RM 117.00. When I email them, I didn't get reply so I called and they saying I can return the item and refund with an additional Sorry Voucher of RM 30.00. Is that a joke after I waited more than a month? And they even told me due to shipment from overseas. From my concern, I bought the item Thru Lazada, I paid directly to Lazada, and since the 1st time was wrong item why didn't they check on the 2nd time before the deliver to me and it was deliver by Lazada. That was a part for my car, its was Front Bonet Grill which my original was broken into pieces and due to that I couldn't drive my car for more than a month.. I'm not sure what kind of service and customer care they provide
I emailed them on 30th June and till now i didn't get a proper answer neither call from any one. Each time they have been saying will get back to met in 1 - 2 working days. I even emailed Lazada Singapore and they gave the same respond. Please refer to attachment for the picture, replies. Do advise me on this issue, i am very stressed due to this matter. its been 12 day with no solution .

Hi, I am quite disappointed with Lazada with service.
I ordered an mobile phone on 14th June 2017, and I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund for alternate option of better phone.
The order number is [protected].
And I received an email notification and claimed that the refund had been initiated on 16th June.
From the refund policy I understand that it might take 5-15 workings for getting the refund. However, until today 12th July, I still don't receive it.
I have checked with bank, they claimed that they never receive any refund from Lazada to credit into my account. I contacted Lazada Live Chat, I didn't see they really helped me solve the issue and the way they talked to me was very unprofessional and impolite. They just ended the conversation before I finished.
Finally I received the issue after a month which not as promised by them 5-15 working days.
Only when I voice out they take the action. I am still not satisfied with their customer service.
Lazada has been hiring a bunch of jokers as their Customer service represent. i had a issue too and mine was handled by different staff everyday, they make look like a dumb explaining each day with new staff. Lazada facebook is another bunch of idiots where the promise to reply in 1 - 2 working day but no reply and when i message, they ask me to wait again. Same goes to Lazada Singapore, so call the HQ. They were trained to be an idiots to repeat the same thing again and again.

Deeply disappointed as i have notice my cargo misrouted to a wrong station(sungai Buloh) yesterday and I requested to make arrangement to correct the delivery appointment but yet your delivery agent refuse to comply and inform me if we not satisfy i could complaint to Lazada which i did call and report this issue and demanded this cargo to be sent to me by latest 10.15am 17th June 2017 or else i will be out from the premises, this is to avoid the chances of the cargo damages during transit as is a fragile item. Yesterday evening this cargo was in transit from Sungai Buloh to PJ office and reach the PJ station 00.15am 17th June 2017, then the cargo in transit again from PJ office back to Sungai Buloh again 08:46am 17th June 2017. They have misrouted the cargo once, i have reported to your company hoping this will be monitor and make improvement yet this mistake is getting worst as the cargo transit back to Sungai Buloh which is a misrouted station as per inform on 16th June 2017. Your customer service team being giving lame excuses which unacceptable. We trusted Lazada for the professional service and yet this unprofessional and repeating mistake act.

Lazada Order# Order [protected] We ordered for 2 items for delivery. 2 weeks after the promised delivery SLA, they processed store credit refund without consulting with us. When asked, they claimed courier "GDEX" couldn't complete delivery as we were not at home when we were clearly at home waiting for the items to be delivered. Absolutely disappointed and requested for immediate cash refund as I've lost my trust in this company. When asked to speak to their manager's, they did not want to attend to the calls - very bad call center management.

Please help me I overpaid my delivery. I was only suppose to pay P1050 pesos for my two delieveries but I accidentally paid P3050 please help me asap I need my P2000 back. I placed an order w Lazada and 2 times they sent the wrong order so 2 times I sent it back. It was meant to be an anniversary present and since they messed up my orders twice I went and got another. So I wanted my money back of course. I received an email from Lazada stating that their QC evaluated the products and deemed my reason for returning the items invalid. Am sorry but I paid for a product, I would like to receive the correct order. I don't see what is invalid about that. I have no patience for this- I don't want the items any more and simply want my money returned. I'm tired of waiting and speaking to ineffective call center people. All I want is my money back because they sent the wrong orders twice.

I was meant to receive my order today but LBC tracker said that my area was out of their service so it wasn't delivered. Therefore, I wanted to have it delivered in another designation but I am yet to receive calls/texts from LBC. I am highly disappointed with Lazada and their poor service. I bought an item from them and after three weeks it is still no where to be found. Lazada support said that order was shipped but they were not able to provide me with more specific information like delivery date and my order's location. They also didn't let me cancel my order because their policy didn't allow that. At least that was what they told me.
I will not buy from them again and as for now I can only wait.
I do not recommend Lazada to anyone!
