my name is kirk mahon i brought into the trial for the above product, i sent the company an email to tell them i wasn't interested in a subscription for their product. Then i check my account and i have been charged even though i emailed to say i wasn't interested.
after researching them i found out this has happened to a lot of people.
Be careful this doesn't happen to you.

Well in their terms it tells you to go on a site called something like 321 assist or something like that, best thing you can do is contact your bank and they will sort it but it takes 30 days and you can still get charged in this period, it's a massive scam and loads of people have been caught sadly. Hope this helps

When I rang this number from the uk [protected] I got hold of them. They told me I wasn't on the system after checking my details, they continued to charge me as I didn't no my online order id number. I checked through my emails and found it, I rang them back told them it and they funnily enough found me on the system and told me my membership was canceled. I also reported them to my bank as a faud company so they began to start proceeding incase this company tried to take more money. If you do this with your bank you can dispute further transactions and get your money back, if you just cancel your card they can still get money, you must do as iv said. Hope this helps

Can someone please post up the number for Australia? I got my first bottle (didn't ever get the trial) but I've lost the statement that had the number and I haven't received another bottle since and can't cancel.

Same thing for me too but fortunately my bank stopped the payment and I've got new card on the way. I'll never respond to such offers again as it's just not worth the grief. Shame really as it's not a bad product and if the company hadn't used this tactic I may well have bought more.

Hi, yes i've fallen into the same scam but mine came when i went onto the Men's Health page. The drop down said free bottles, only pay £5.99 for shipping. I got the bottles through but didn't check my debit card statement until 3 months later where i found i had been charged $110 (about £85) each month. Each one was under different names too. I was also getting Pure Life Colon Cleanser too. I did get two separate emails confirming the cancellation.
If you pay for something by direct debit you can stop it but if they have your card details you can only stop it by telling your bank that you have lost your card. They will stop any future transactions on that card number and give you a new card.
I have a number on my shipping note. +[protected]. I rang this number which was then transferred to the US. The message comes on saying due to a high call volume your call will take 20 minutes to answer. This is obviously to put you off holding on, but this 08081 number is free from the UK where i am so i was happy to hold on. After about 3 minutes someone answered. I told them i wanted to cancel so she offered me a reduction to 19.99. Not sure if that was dollars or pounds but i said i still want to cancel. Hopefully i won't get any more charges. I've not even tried the product yet but may do soon. Phil

The free trial is supposed to be a scam and they frequently keep sending you more products and charging you! Could you please stop this! How?

I made a big mistake ordering from these scammers, when this was first advertised, i had to contact the bank to stop the payments, and have now been refunded, i know buy my products from Ebay from a seller called direct2you-2009 these are much better products and work well, i strongly recommend you take a look, he has 100% solid feedback

I had ordered the same as above, however after reading the comments, I simply called my credit card company, telling them I had been scammed, and I needed to stop payments, they changed my card and of course the numbers.
So my advice to anyone who gets caught, simply report your card lost, or do the same as I did.

Frank

Sighed up for the free trail and 1 hour later called them and cancelled the AUTOMATIC subscription. They emailed me saying no further charges would be taken out of my bank account. Two weeks later they have taken just over eighty quid from my account. Phoned the bank and they have kindly blocked any further attempts made to take my money from me. Called muscle x customer services who told me I had agreed to a 14 day trail period but they send 30 days worth goods. So you get 14 days worth free but owe them for the remaining 16 days worth of pills! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE TRAIL! IT'S A SCAM FROM START TO FINISH!

Thanks all for your reviews, I did the same, got charged 4 lots of delivery charges, even though the two came in one package. The pills were not working so I decided to call them to cancel otherwise they would automatically start charging. But I cannot get through on the number they gave and no email is given. I contacted the bank today, they said as the company has my card number they can charge me whenever, so they have sent it to dispute, and I have to make them aware of any other payments against my account. I am assured I will get any money back taken. My advice would be for people to not get the pills and contact the bank if they have.

I agree with all this. This company is evil and every thing about the ordering, free trial etc is wicked. They are also known as, 'liftglopro', 'liftglowpro' and lift and glowpro'. Free trial for fourteen days? but if you are not happy with the product it has to be returned to Prague, Czechoslovakia within those 14 days. Impossible! But by that time they have screwed you for an amount of £84.71. In my case i ordered a free trial of lean muscle for the simple reason that after a neck operation I couldn't use my left arm and the muscles were wasting away. i thought this would help. However, unbeknown to me they also charge you for Test force extreme. I neither asked for it nor did i need it ( when i found out what it was!). At present it is in the hands of my bank who are disputing this under the chargeback scheme. There are hundreds of people see and variants on the internet who have been misled by this company who incidentally keep changing their addresses.

Hi everyone, I will like to share my story about these two products. It's kinda long can't help it, but my story could help you if you're caught up in this stinky business like me.

I've purchased Lean Muscle X and Test Force Xtreme the trial products last Sunday night which was around 8pm+ and that was because of this reason 'oh man there's a trial so it seems reasonable to just try' and at first I got a lil wary when after you click on the free trial it brings you to the page where you needa pay for shipping. The price is 1.99£ so I thought it wouldn't hurt to just pay for it. So I paid with my debit card.

Then after that, I looked at other people's comments about these two products and then it turns out that it's a scam, many people have testified that their bank account's been charged continuously without them knowing. So yeah I've look into many websites about these discussions including here and alarmed I wanted to cancel my subscription immediately but at that time it was Sunday night, the telephone line's closed so horrid I couldn't even sleep. I forced myself to do my assignments all night long and determined to call them first thing in the morning.

Their phone lines are open from 9am-5pm onwards from Mon-Fri Greenwich Mean time. I've called every single '0808' number stated on my confirmation email, from their website and from any discussion websites that people recommended to call. None of them ARE available which is a ###ing wonder. Thankfully I found this blog,
http://vulpesmax.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/lean-muscle-x-scam.html looked at one of the comments that have stated a phone number 020-[protected] (CALL THIS NUMBER. THIS IS THE ONLY NUMBER YOU CAN GET THROUGH, in my case twice smoothly). So I called that number.

A guy talked to me and I said to cancel my subscription and without hesitation he helped me to do it, told me it's cancelled, sent me a confirmation email and a bloody another email with a RMA to RETURN both products unused to this following address:

Lihovarska 1060/12, Liben, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic

And his instructions were 'return these products within the 14 days after your subscription.'

He estimated that I should be getting my products 7 days from Monday (03/03/14). Now to ###ing return these products to Czech Republic isn't that gonna take more than 7 days to reach them? I don't even understand why they don't have their own branch in the UK. or even the US.

And of course after calling that guy, I immediately call my bank to dispute any transactions of that company just for precaution; since I've also seen deadly comments about people still getting charged EVEN AFTER THEY CANCELLED their subscription.

Printed out whatever evidences of the subscription, screenshots of the purchase, the website of those products even my confirmation emails etc, I went to the bank, told them my problem, they said they will help if any transactions are started to be taking out of my account. I've also changed my debit card for a second precaution. I've never withdrew any money or check online on my transactions after that and waited for 2 days for my new card to arrive.

It's Thurs 06/03/14 today and I received a new one. Immediately I look online to check my balance and what do you know, I've been charged 1.95£ each for both products without me knowing which in this case, IS NOT THE EXPRESS SHIPPING PRICE, (express shipping price is 1.99£) I printed out that transaction part that's been taken of my account and immediately went to the bank again. Talked to a bank person and guess what? He was also caught up in this product business as well like last Sept so he advised me to call this company again, talk to them about my transaction issue and if they say 'NO' to refunding you your money then the bank will have the utmost right to refund you the money and block them from your account permanently.

And thankfully I've changed my card immediately because when the bank guy showed me my transactions it was stated that I've been charged over and over again 1.95£s since Monday.

So I did his advice, talked to another guy on the phone whom he told me that the two 1.95£ that was taken out of my account was before I talk to his colleague (which I find out from him was Daniel, this name could help in case idk) on Monday. It was a ### excuse to me because all I told him was 'I was never expected to be charged for 3.90£ when Daniel told me that I will not be charged any further for anything.' And I did tell him that I am gonna send him back the products immediately after I received it. He argued further saying that no customers ever asked for 3 pound refund and the transactions started since Monday 8am and I've called Daniel to stop the transactions since 9.40+am. That rages me and then I tell him that their ###ing phone lines only start to operate since 9am and on 8am I've called and it wasn't available. So he finally gave in and said that I can keep both products once I received them as a compensation for being charged 3.90£.

Even though it was only 3.90£ money is still money. The deal was that you received a free trial, and bascially it means that ITS FREE, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, IT'S JUST TESTING. The only thing that you would be charged for is the shipping, which maybe you have to make do with that. But other than that you are NOT supposed to be charged each 1.95£ that they are going through in your account but they can still get away with that, because basically after you paid for shipping you are 'officially' signed up with them and you are to be charged automatically on a monthly basis which is stated on their fishy terms and conditions that is unclear, and not even shown legit like apple terms and conditions products. That's their stinky strategy of making money.

And before you make any purchases of that next time, be sure to do research on it first; like seeing discussions on blogs etc. If the majority says it's fine then it's fine. If it's not, walk away from it, and celebrate because you just save yourself from being scammed.

I won't say whether Lean Muscle X and Test Force Xtreme works as I haven't received the products yet, but to me they're still protein supplements for muscle growth. If the products have perks I'd buy them but not to be charged all the time. So the safest way is to buy from supplement stores outside like GNC or online like ebay amazon etc. The most important things for a gym guy is still proper workout, meat, milk, eggs and pasta.

And for the people who's been charged drastically than in my situation... I'm sorry it happened to you guys but your stories had help people like me before getting further scammed. So I hope that this naggish testimony of mine will in turn help others to not even be involved in this business at all.
