bad phone lenovo a606 bought in romania and serviced by depanero
I bought a Lenovo A606 and it is a very bad product. I have sent it 2 times at the service in october and december 2016, now on the 28 th of february for the 3 rd time because :
the system blocks and the phone freezes, it shuts itself in the middle of the call, there are more windows opened in the same time on the screen, the back button works very difficult or not at all, the other 2 buttons on the bottom work with difficulty, sometimes half of the screen is black the other half is lit.
I sent it to the "authorized service of Lenovo" the firm" DEPANERO" from Bucharest, Soseaua Orhideelor Nr.27-29
Sector 1, Romania.
Both time they "solved" my phone by making a resofting of the system, but in 2 months the old problems came back.
Also the resofting came with plenty of apps which were not in the original soft of the phone at the time of buying, apps which I don't want or need, many of them in Russian ! This makes me think that this service firm either uses a soft which is not the original Lenovo or the phone itself is so bad that it works only 2 months, then again to the service..
I feel that I was robbed by Lenovo, they sold me a bad product, the firm agreed to make their service (Depanero, address :Soseaua Orhideelor Nr.27-29, Sector 1 Bucharest, Romania ) has a bad reputation of work.
I want my money back and Lenovo takes this phone for them.Shame for Lenovo !
laptop yoga 2; keypad & mouse not working
I deposited my said laptop to lenovo service centre on 04th feb 2017, but till date (25days) , the team is not able to fix the problem.
Reason - company doesn't have parts for said brand.
1. If parts are not manufactured, why the product is sold to consumer... !
2. The laptop is 14 month old, is it worth investing 60k for non-serviceable product/brand!
3. My work schedule is effected, no alternate options provided by lenovo team, is the brand trustworthy!
I strongly request lenovo team to repair the laptop in specified period or replace the laptop or return the money.

It seems to me that they have lost my device in their repair centre and trying to get away with it. every time i call them they repeat the same thing that due to mixed up of serial number your repair was on hold for investigation but my question is why they are taking so long to conducting full investigation as they have already got all the documentary evidence which was provided on is the proof that i am an owner of lenovo tab 3 pro.

’www.cyberport.de’ (ordered on 08. April 2014, Internal Order ID: [protected] 1).
I am disapointed and dissatisfied with the last four support requests,
tickets: 4033MDM, 4037TPM, 40398HS and 403CDS8. I paid for probably the most expensive laptop of this series (please check the specs of this laptop) and made this choice mainly because of the 3 years *On-Site* support.
I expect that Lenovo recognises its mistakes in this case of the laptop I own.
And understand please the enormous amount of time I lost during this period of several weeks (almost two months).

I was very pleased to buy this laptop which made me a happy Linux user. And before November 2016, I was overall satisfied with the support requests and your (Lenovo Support) responses.
In fact, it’s not the first time me or family members preferred to buy a
ThinkPad or a Lenovo product. I, or we, owned a ThinkPad with the Serial
Number: L3-PBDA205076. As well a Lenovo Yoga Tablet 3 10”.
Request for a recovery media
Since many, many, months ago, I asked for a recovery media (for the original
operating system) for the X1 Carbon laptop. My experience tells me that it’s good to have some media off-disk, the one disk that is occupied by the operating system and applications, and data. So, I moved my Linux stuff to another SSD, and kept the original SSD so as to try to re-install Windows normally.
I needed to do two things: a) confirm that Windows works just fine, and likely it’s a Linux related bug that causes the CPU related warnings and error
messages, and, b) activate the GPS sensor which is integrated in the Sierra
7345 M.2 (Part Number 04X6014).
My request was not satisfied. Then, around October/November the laptop’s
originally installed battery has dropped enormously in terms of its capacity.
This caused various problems, in the normal expected funtionality of the
computer.
I asked, on the phone, for a recovery media (#4033MDM) along with a
screws set. I received the screws, so far so good. I was pointed to
download the recovery media online. And here begins the story. My
laptop is/was not eligible for an on-line download. So, -1 point here for the
Lenovo Support service.
New Service Request Tickets
I opened a new ticket, after Linux started misbehaving, and warning for CPU
related problems (the messages that can be seen with Linux’ `dmesg` command line tool). #4037TPM was about getting the original recovery media. I received DVDs for a laptop that has no DVD drive.
Ticket #40398HS was about requesting the same thing. Though I did try to
extract from the DVD’s iso images, and cloned them over to bootable USB sticks (the recovery process never reached a success status, it always crahsed on the way, while installing various stuff).
Details on the support
In one of this conversations on the phone (either for #4037TPM or #40398HS), I was told that Lenovo does not support Linux. Excuse me, how is this relevant with my request for a recovery media for the original Windows OS? Software is one thing. And hardware is another thing. The computer did not function as it worked for the last two years, likely the battery’s low performance was related. I asked support to re-install Windows. I did not ask for any Linux-related support. I asked this to confirm all works fine with Windows (and excluding any Hardware issues). Again, I don’t see the relevance of the statement of your employer.
In this last ticket (#40398HS), Mr. G.N., and I, clearly “agreed” that I
will receive a recovery USB stick. Again, I received DVDs. When I called
again, speaking again with Mr. G.N., he told me “Let me ask if there is a USB
stick for this laptop to recover the original operating system” or similar.
Please, check your records, since Lenoco claims to record the conversations.
Why did it take two tickets, so many weeks and, essentially, an enormous loss of time and money from my professional life, to ask this simple question in the beginning?
Finally
Finally, ticket #403CDS8, somebody picked up my laptop. It was sent to ESAG AG (in Switzerland). They replaced the original SSD which, I assume, was the faulty one. Even this service did delay the delivery of my laptop for one day. Unfortunately, this day was a day I had to travel professionally. Without my computer, I had to cancel this trip.
Why so much time lost? I insisted from the very first time, for a recovery option, or someone to check my PC on-site. It would simply save my time, your time, and altogether have a normal resolution of the situation.
Finally, I am sorry that I have to repeat that...
I am disapointed and dissatisfied. I paid for probably the most expensive

choice because: a) I would have 3 years *On-Site* support and b) I can install Linux as well.

I was so excited to finally get a laptop. Always had PC. Wish I had never bought this thing. Hinge broke just after warranty was over. Because of the broken hinge the corner of the screen has a crack. Now the base is separating on the bottom and wont stay together. What a horrible computer. I have this computer taped together just so I can use it. I can not close it because I am afraid the glass will crack more if I have to open it. This computer is such a poor design.

For resolving my problem i gone to Lenovo authorised service centre(wega electronics, palakkad).they inspected my phone and said due to water damage my phones subboard has gone and mother board also have problems.they said they can replace mother board with warranty and i have to pay 800/-for the subboard(due to water damage in subboard).04/02/2017 i got my mobile from service centre.they give a bill of 800/- for subboard.after paying the bill i asked for my old subboard.after some time the service centre guy came and said your subboard has no problem we cleaned it and fitted on your mobile, and refunded the 800/-rupees which i payed to them.they are doing the same for many costumers. By these kind of issues we are loosing trust of Lenovo.

My Thinkpad T460s laptop that just bought for a month was unable to turn on. I requested for on-site service on 1/20/2017, but by today 1/30/2017 I haven't received the service. During last week. I called customer support [protected] and the technical support for multiple times. Every time agent replied the service was delayed due to parts availability. But no one can provide the exact date that the parts will be arrived. And no technician or escalation manager had ever contact me for the status updates.

Sir, I bought lenovo vibe k5 set from Amazon, but after using it I found that I can't do video call with this set, that was very disappointing moment for me, so sir I request u to solve this problem. Ordered a laptop E570 on 11/25/2016. Received my order confirmation via email and few days later, even got a status update showing that order was being processed and will be shipped out and be delivered by 12/23/2016. Few weeks into December, I got another email saying that due to popular demand, the order is back logged and not sure when it will be delivered. We were given a choice to continue the order or cancel. I was buying this for my son, so I opted for it to be delivered.
Each week, Lenovo authorizes my credit card to make sure that I have enough money on the card. This gave me a bad feeling that they were looking for people that couldn't get authorization, so that they would have an excuse to cancel the order. So, on 1/9/2017, I decided to start CHAT instead of calling the customer service number, to make sure that I have proof of my order and get status update. I was told on the CHAT that the order is still being processed and will be delivered by 1/25/2017.
Well, wouldn't you know it, I got an email (1/10/2017) stating that because I never confirmed my order, they went ahead and canceled it.
I have not cancelled it and would still like to get my order fulfilled. Please confirm!

I bought this laptop in Jan 2015. It got separated at the hinge within 90 days of purchase. I sent this to lenovo support but they told me that it is a damage and they dont support the coverage. I ended up paying $269 for the hinge. Now, it is out of warranty and my laptop has the same issue now. It separated at the hinge again. I found out that it was a manufacturing defect and lenovo is covering for the damage. I called customer support but they say they dont cover it.
My complaint is either refund me the money I paid for fixing the hinge during the warranty or fix it now.

I bought Lenovo phab plus. The Battery is expirt so I want to change it . I went to your service center. Your guy tell me that it spend time 5 days for change not included weekend. That mean you change battery one week. I surprise because the process just open back cap, replace battery, closed it. The process is simply but take more time. I go back without change because I shall use the phone for business ad I will get problem next time when battery is expired. I willing to buy new one that can support me. On 5/19/2016 I bought a Lenovo G50-45 laptop.
7/15/2016: fatal crash. I called Lenovo tech support and it was determined that the laptop needed to be sent back to Lenovo for repairs. After some wrangling over who was going to pay for shipping (Lenovo reluctantly agreed to do so), it was sent off and returned to me repaired fairly quickly. Of course all the software had to be reloaded.
9/19/2016: fatal crash. I called Lenovo tech support and it was determined that the harddrive was fried. A service request was put into another department and I would get a call in 3 business days. Nope, no call.
9/22/2016: called tech support and a request for escalation of the service request was put in. 2 days, we promise you a call in 2 days. No call, but
9/23/2016: received an email from Terry Nesbit, proposing the following solution. No new laptop but an onsite repair and if that proved difficult or take more than 2 weeks to get the parts, Lenovo would think about sending me a new laptop. In addition he would give me another 90 days warranty. I immediately mailed AND called saying I did not want an onsite repairman whom I didn't know and had no idea whether he was reputable or not (very bad previous experience, never again), that I would prefer a new laptop since this one was obviously a lemon, but I would be prepared to take it to a reputable repair shop if there absolutely was no other option and that in that case 90 days additional warranty was not enough. No response
9/26/2016: called Lenovo. Service request escalated again.
9/30/2016: called Lenovo, tech support can't do anything since it is now a different department.
10/4/2016: got on line with Lenovo support chat, chatted with West who assured me that I would get a call that day, he would see to it. No call
10/4/2016: called Terry Nesbit, left a message asking to please call
To date I have heard nothing. Nada, zip, zilch, zero. I would like to be able to use my new laptop, the one I paid for and is still in warranty. But I have run out of options, I cannot get the appropriate people to contact me.
