Life Corp Products review: electric infrared heater ls11000hh 1

The heater scorched the outlet as you can see in the photo I attached and the cord near the prongs seems to be melting (see photo). Very scary scenario. I am glad I caught this in time or it could have caused a fire and loss of property and even worse, the loss of lives.

I've tried to contact the company with the information given on the back of the unit but the email address was not correct nor is the web address and the message at the phone number said "We're sorry they are not accepting phone calls at this number." Copy of returned email is below my name and address.

I would like a full refund and payment to repair my outlet.
