bathing suit and women's top
I placed an order with Liligal the first of March 2018. They have not sent anything yet, plus not even letting me know what's going on. This is my first time ordering from them, plus using PayPal. Thank goodness atleast PayPal is sending me emails. I don't know if I am doing this right, but I am trying. Will you please check on my order! My name is Connie Hester Longshore.

I placed an order to Liligal the first of March 2018. I haven't heard anything about my order at all. I hope I get my money back if they don't have what I ordered. After quite a long wait my two bathing suits arrived. The quality was poor at best and the fit was ridiculous! They arrived in zip lock baggies! To make matters even worse there was no receipt and no possibility of return.
I'm only sorry I didn't read the reviews and complaints about this company before I planned to buy as I certainly wouldn't have. I guess that's $60 I'll never see but I guess it's a cheap price to pay for learning a valuable lesson!

I purchased 2 tops on 1/29/2018 and payed using PayPal. I did not receive the items until late February. I would like to return the 2 tops for a refund. I do not like the fit of the tops.
I never received a confirmation email from you so I do not know how to send them back. There was no receipt in the delivery package therefore I do not have item numbers or or any identifying information. Please advise.

Liligal is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I didn't mind when the shirt took forever to come from China, but when it didn't fit, I tried to return it, and this was a disaster. First, they wouldn't respond to anything until after the Asian New Year, but then, if you try to reply on their website, you go into a terminal loop. The one response I got from them was an offer of giving me 50% of my money back. When I tried to say I wanted to return for a full refund, I got into the terminal loop on their website. Not to mention the number of times you have to log in, sometimes multiple times in a row. The "chat" option is also a scam, as it's never available.
women's tops
I have the same issues as others. Cannot log into my account, nor reset password. Items need to be exchanged but as the account is inaccessible, this is not possible. Do not order from this site!
I am very disappointed after waiting a very long time to receive the items, they do not fit and it looks as though I am out $100.00. Word to the wise- stay away from this site!
several items never received
I placed an order and the money was taken from my account, however I haven't received my order and can not login to my account to submit a refund request. When I try to login it says my email password combo is incorrect but it will not send the link to reset the password. When I try to login as a new user it says my email is already in use. There's no way to email or call, and most importantly no way to get my money back! I'm so very frustrated.
unable to contact liligal for returns
I have tried several times in the last 5 days to contact Liligal via the website. I have tried to use my email address and password. I was told it was the wrong password, so I submitted 'forgot password.' I was told I would be sent a new password link 5 times and I haven't gotten it. I've tried to submit a new account and I was told my email already existed. I tried to log in with my email and I was told it didn't exist.
I am trying to return my items within the 30 days required for refund but you make it impossible to reach you for the required RMA number. You sent no receipt in the package. I was charged for the items on Feb. 2, 2018.
I would like someone to email me with a RMA and I would like the full refund as I obviously have tried to return the items within the time required. I began this attempt on Feb. 16, 2018.

I ordered 2 blouses and 2 tunics. It took a while but I finally received both tunics and 1 of the blouses. The tunics are what I expected and fit well. However, the blouse is not the size I ordered. I ordered a XXL and what I received was maybe a size MED. There were no tags or labels on the blouse to indicate the true size. The quality and design of the blouse was what I expected. I have not yet found a method to return the blouse. The blouse came in a plastic bag with no documentation and a return address of Shanghai China. I still have one blouse in-transit with no status or tracking number.
swimsuits fit and return
I ordered three swimsuits, only one could I work with enough to keep. I did not know they would be coming from china. The fit of the swimsuits is ridiculous; the busts are very small and too close together in the center, hook on back is impossible to connect and pictures online are deceiving plus it doesn't say made in china!. Nothing online provided good info on how to return for refund except to say items should be in original package. Thats it! So, today I went to fed ex to return the items to the address that was on the package I received and the customer service guy handed me back the package and said he was sure I would just want to keep them, rather than pay $187.00 to ship them back to china! 😩 I was appalled to say the least! And to think, I was going to place another order for some cute tops and dresses; no way! I'll pay more anytime and buy made in america. I learned my lesson. Learn from my mistakes folks! Now i'm waiting for my full refund on the two swimsuits and it better happen soon!
customer service/return
Placed an order. Received the product. Didn't fit. Tried to return and that's where I hit the problem. I did NOT register when I placed the order. I found out I have to be registered to return, so I tried to register. The site said my email was already registered. Tried to login using the only password I ever use for shopping sites, wrong. So I clicked forgot password and was told an email had been sent. It wasn't. I did this 4 times on 4 separate days. Nothing. Sent an email, got a bounce back to login. So, basically, there is NO WAY for me to contact this company. Terrible customer service or total scam. Either way, I will never shop here again and will tell anyone and everyone I know to stay away.
Total scam. Still have not received order. Did research and found out this company is known to be a scam artist. FB should not accept any more advertising from this company!

The cost was $102.43
I did not realize it was coming from China until after I purchased it. Everything my family has ordered from China has been very poor quality. This purchase was delivered within a 2 week time period but it is terrible quality and the sizes are not right. The jacket is very tiny and very poor quality material. It said on the listing that a medium should fit a size 8 - 10. This jacket is so small that the sleeves are half way up my arm. It is closer to a 4-5 or small. The rust colored blouse is also too small and a very poor quality material. The black blouse fits but the material is poor quality. It say that it is polyester/cotton but it is dry clean only and smells like rayon. I will not order from Lilygal again and will be very careful to check for websites that are in China as the quality is terrible and the sizes are wrong. I would like a full refund.
trying to return badly sized goods
I purchased two swim suits from this company which are a very bad fit the website states return within 30 days for a refund .The items came with no paperwork or info on how to return & I have tried to contact the company with no success I have since looked on line at what other people say & it seems this company avoids any complaints or attempts to get a refund

i've tried and tried to accept 50% off offer
I ordered four tops and the sizes are so off. I typically wear a small and occasionally a medium. Ordered all of the blouses in size medium and the bust is too small in 3/4 tops. When I went on the website to find out how to return th merchandise, I was given an offer to get a credit of 50% if I would keep the tops and not send them back. I decided to just accept the 50% off offer but every time I clicked on accept offer the website just gets stuck. It says wait because this can take a few minutes EVERY time! I've waited an hour and the website remains stuck! Ridiculous!
swimsuit
The skirt on the swimsuit is sewn into the top creating a huge bulge on the right side of the back. I like the suit it just looks funny in the back. It also shortened the right side of the back by about 2 inches. Just looks like it was not inspected. I have ordered other products from you and they are fine. I needed this suit for a trip to Mexico. It is too late to send it back so I will probably have to take it to a seamstress to fix at my cost. My guess is that it may cost me more than the suit to fix. I want to continue to be a customer but I am afraid that I can't unless you do something like a reimbursement or a credit.

PayPal is supporting this scam company. It's not a real business nor an actual retailer. Do not waste your time or money. I spent hours shopping the website on January 14, 2018, and placed a large order. You cannot reach an actual person to speak to. The entire process is a red flag and after receiving about 7 emails, I realized I need to just cancel everything and walk away. Don't shop at this site!
not receiving the item that I ordered
On 12/6, I ordered trendy women#39;s Clothing, which was a Jacket that was advertised on Claycord.com. If you send them an email asking where the order is, the email bounces back. I you try to call, it is an 800 number located on the east coast. NO one answers the phone. When I get my credit card statement that I used to pay for the jacket, I am calling that credit card company and refusing to pay as I have not received the merchandise. Waiting for over 2 weeks is frustrating and disappointing.
I liked the top I received and decided to order another. Through no fault of LiliGal Royal Mail lost the package and told me to contact the Seller as they would have to make the claim against Royal Mail and then resend me the item. I have had no luck in contacting LiliGal, email reply tells me to issue a ticket, when I try I am told my email doesn't exist and when I try to create an account I'm told my email already exists so I cannot get any way to contact company. Looks like I'm out of pocket.
Where did you even find a phone number? I want to call them but I cannot find a phone number anywhere! I am furious that they do not mention anywhere that the items were coming from China. I knew I would have to pay return shipping but not that it would be back to CHINA! One would think that things like this would have to be disclosed on the website! I spent $150.00 on this site because they spent money on special filters to make their clothing look much nicer than it actually is. What you receive looks NOTHING like the clothing pictured. It is the cheapest crap, worse than Walmart clothing, but costs more. Then they make it impossible to get a hold of them to return it. Someone needs to put these people out of business!
Lili Gal is an over seas company in China. What you see IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! Material quality, size, etc...is not as advertised. No one answers your call, they say they will accept returns - but YOU have to pay the shipping back to China! It's a SHAM getting rich off online shopping. I wish PayPal would not accept them as a legitamit company. Don't waste your money like I did.

I can't even get into my account and, when I try to reset password, it tells me that "Please username and password must match. Please type it again" with a "previous" arrow but no place to type.
No phone numbers.
Customer service email the email can't help me and says to log into my account to submit a problem ticket.
If I could log in, I wouldn't have this problem.
As with others, my item was way too small and flimsy and I want to return it. I am going to work with m credit card company.
