I purchased a 2 bottle deal of HCG for $79 on nov 20/11-order received was not as advertised. I expected two bottles containing 120 capsules of HCG and this is not what was received. Ad was misleading! They had the official website link on the ad and it showed a bottle containing 120 capsules (this is the only size being sold online). The worst customer service I have ever received. I got no response to two emails sent on of Dec.09 and dec 15/11.
DO NOT BUY FROM LIVINGDEAL!
Livingdeal has the worst customer service and refund policy ever. If the merchant will not honour the coupon, Livingdeal blames it on the customer. They do not stand behind their coupons, they will not give you a refund even if the merchant will not respond to you or honor your coupons despite phone calls and emails. My experience with both their polices and the Livingdeal coupon for Rent-A-Maid has been terrible.
BUYER BEWARE!
I also am having trouble getting coupons honoured. I bought for chocolate.com and the shipping charges are outrageous (like $97). Why offer the coupon in Canada?
I also have been stung by LivingDeal - almost $200 for five vouchers for service by MDL Cleaning. MDL did not answer (cell) phone (now not avilable) or return emails to arrange service. LivingDeal do not deny failure of MDL (too well documents on sites such as Pissed Consumer), but now I'm stuck with a credit with a company with which I never want to be cheated again.
They have my money in the bank knowing that MDL could or would not provide service.
Do not buy from LivingDeal. I bought a tablet from this company for a Christmas present in 2011. It said allow 10-15 business days for delivery and it came well into January. Not only was it useless as a Christmas gift it came broken! I will never buy from this site again!
I bought a dashboard camcorder coupon from Livingdeal on March18, 2012 and claimed for the product. Waited for three month product never arrive, I gave Livingdeal a call the customer service said she will look into it, a week later I got no answer from them. Gave them second call same customer service she will e– mail them again and I will have answer by next day if not call her again, of course I had no answer from her. Here comes the joke, I call at around 4:45pm in the afternoon for the third time I was talking to the same customer service and she gave me the same story of the first two call. So I asked for a refund she said can't give refund because it pass the thirty purchase days she only get customer relation to look into it then the phone hung up . So I call them back I got a automated machine said they are close at five o'clock . I still got my product after there and half month, no refund after thirty days but did not recieve my product and is really fishy why same customer service answer ever calls how big can this company be
I placed an order on October 10th, 2012 for a Christmas Gift...HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED my purchase...and LIVING DEAL will not respond to any of my emails...and I sent several.
This company sources some of the worst products possible, which are marketed as equivalent to quality brand merchandise. The real sucker is me who kept thinking each one was an isolated case. The last product I ordered was a marketed "wireless handsfree headset". What a cheaply made product, and no "on" button. Why this was called wireless when it doesn't event receive radio signals, nor allow for Bluetooth connection is a mystery. The customer service at Livingdeal insisted their tech dept explanation was that you needed to insert a microSD card to play it. But that alone only makes it a MP3 player, not wireless! Considering the lost money in shipping from, and having to pay more good money after bad to ship it back, to get a refund, I decided to write this off. Do Not Do Any Business with Livingdeal. The only good ones are Wagjag.com and Groupon.com. Don't waste your time reading their website or your money in buying anything from them. The marketing is deceptive and the deals are really awful.
I purchased a deal in the fall of 2012 for 2 pairs of slimming tights. I only received one pair. When I emailed Living Deal, they sent a message to the merchant to the same effect, and cc'd me. And that was it. I heard nothing more. I recently emailed them again, and got an automated "ticket" reply from them. l think that's the end of the story. I doubt I'll hear from them again. I wouldn't buy anything else from them.
I just ordered a present for my husband's birthday a month in advance . Still have not received it, everytime I call they say the client sent the wrong product, I truly believe they are scamming people
I see livingdeal is up and running again if anybody still familiar with them from 2011 12 and 13 I think they should still be a bit weary of them. They own me about $250 in items I never received. They never had the common decency to even reply to my complaints. Nov. 3 2015.
I purchased a Bluetooth Ipad Case through LivingDeal as a Christmas gift for my son; the day after I purchased it, I sent an email to their customer service inquiring about the size of the case; I never received a reply. Consequently, when the item was delivered it was the wrong size. I tried to return this item for almost a month and I guess over Christmas they were short-handed or something because it took a while to get a reply. I was told to ship the product back in it's original package and mark "return to sender" and everything would be corrected. I just received a confirmation of my refund minus $2.00 restocking charge and shipping. Why, I asked was I charged a restocking fee? They told me the package was damaged; this is the same way I received it and emailed back this reason. They are sorry but that's final!
I will never deal with this on-line establishment again; the customer service really fails!
Listen, don't be foolish. Pay by credit card for ALL online transactions. If the product is not delivered within 30 days, on the 31st day you MUST file a claim with your credit card. Do NOT wait for any BS or excuses on any reasons for delay.
Just buy a bamboo bed sheet.
there a hole into it.
send them an e mail, but no answer.
try to call 1 877 number many time, the automatic answer said nobody can answer the phone.
seem to be a pretty shady compagny
