I contact this agency january 2012 through telephone and they told me february last is your medical in alkindi hospital, bahrain. But still they didn’t contact me yet. But if we call them theay are saying come and collect your medical form and take medical result from al kindi hospital, (Medical charge we want to pay bd. 150 / - to hospital) also we want to sign one declaration form from m98 world company. Step 4: Labour Market Opinion (LMO)
Service Canada's role is to assess and provide their opinion on how the hiring of a temporary foreign worker will impact the Canadian labour market. If your application for a temporary foreign worker is approved, you will receive confirmation in writing. This confirmation letter permits a specific position to be filled by a specific foreign worker for a specific time period. This document is not a work permit.
Step 5: Approval and job offers
After you obtain a Labour Market Opinion approval letter, send a copy of the letter to the recruited temporary foreign worker, along with your employment contract, which must indicate how long you are offering a job to a temporary foreign worker. The LMO is issued for the same period of time.
If you are hiring semi-skilled workers (C or D of the NOC) an employment contract must be sent to foreign workers you want to hire, and must be signed by you (the employer).
In accepting the job offer, the temporary foreign worker must sign the employment contract and return it to the employer.
In addition, the employer should inform the recruited temporary foreign worker that the cost of his / her airfare and health care coverage will be paid by the employer (this is a mandatory requirement).
Step 6: Work permit, visas, medicals
Once a job offer has been made and accepted and the LMO letter has been sent to a temporary foreign worker, the worker must apply for a work permit. In most situations, the foreign worker must apply for a work permit from outside of Canada usually at the Canadian visa post in their home country. In some instances, the temporary foreign worker may apply for a work permit at a port of entry upon his/her arrival in Canada (under NAFTA).
Temporary foreign workers from some countries must also obtain a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) before arriving in Canada. The applications for a TRV should be submitted when the application for a work permit is submitted. TRV and work permit applications will be considered at the same time. Temporary foreign workers are responsible for providing all documents that may be requested by the immigration officer to prove that they are qualified to meet the job requirements. They must also meet health, criminality and security admissibility criteria to be admitted to Canada.

If you are hiring more than one foreign worker for the same type position (e.g. five chambermaids) you can submit one application for all of them on the LMO application. You must indicate the number of foreign workers you are want hire on the LMO application.

Step 4: Labour Market Opinion (LMO)
Service Canada's role is to assess and provide their opinion on how the hiring of a temporary foreign worker will impact the Canadian labour market. If your application for a temporary foreign worker is approved, you will receive confirmation in writing. This confirmation letter permits a specific position to be filled by a specific foreign worker for a specific time period. This document is not a work permit.
Step 5: Approval and job offers
After you obtain a Labour Market Opinion approval letter, send a copy of the letter to the recruited temporary foreign worker, along with your employment contract, which must indicate how long you are offering a job to a temporary foreign worker. The LMO is issued for the same period of time.
If you are hiring semi-skilled workers (C or D of the NOC) an employment contract must be sent to foreign workers you want to hire, and must be signed by you (the employer).
In accepting the job offer, the temporary foreign worker must sign the employment contract and return it to the employer.
In addition, the employer should inform the recruited temporary foreign worker that the cost of his / her airfare and health care coverage will be paid by the employer (this is a mandatory requirement).
Step 6: Work permit, visas, medicals
Once a job offer has been made and accepted and the LMO letter has been sent to a temporary foreign worker, the worker must apply for a work permit. In most situations, the foreign worker must apply for a work permit from outside of Canada usually at the Canadian visa post in their home country. In some instances, the temporary foreign worker may apply for a work permit at a port of entry upon his/her arrival in Canada (under NAFTA).
Temporary foreign workers from some countries must also obtain a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) before arriving in Canada. The applications for a TRV should be submitted when the application for a work permit is submitted. TRV and work permit applications will be considered at the same time. Temporary foreign workers are responsible for providing all documents that may be requested by the immigration officer to prove that they are qualified to meet the job requirements. They must also meet health, criminality and security admissibility criteria to be admitted to Canada.
In some cases, before coming to Canada, temporary foreign workers may require an immigration medical examination.
Please note that the time required to complete the process of bringing a temporary foreign worker to Alberta may be depend on Canadian visa post and work permit processing times, which vary from country to country.

What do I do if I want to extend the foreign worker's contract?
Employers of Temporary Foreign Workers may apply for a new Labour Market Opinion (LMO) when the employee's work permit needs to be extended. The approved LMO and a letter of employment should then be provided to the worker to apply to extend their work permit through Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

Employment agencies may charge a fee for services provided, relating to the preparation of a resume, but the agency cannot require a person to purchase these services as a condition of the agency's job placement services. If the company is securing employment for Albertans or securing employees for positions in Alberta, it is required to be licensed in Alberta - and must provide a business address in Alberta.
Out-of-province employment agencies must provide an Alberta address for a person who can act for the business, such as a lawyer.

There is no federal license registration of this nature as the licensing and registration of businesses is a provincial jurisdiction. He may be referring to a federal incorporation of his company. If that is the case, his company would also have to be registered provincially, in Alberta.
Incorporation does not provide the business with a licence required to operate. The business would still be obligated to meet municipal or provincial licensing requirements.

So we see and believe that TFWP &FSWP is like our right and Left hands of same body. Nobody has two strong arms 1 is usually the lead and strongest the other weak and subject but equally strong and same as the other hand.

Therefore yes they use different places but the same SELECTION POINTS SYSTEM CRETERIA, And when the Citizenship Immigration Canada Department (CIC) which IS THE POOL THAT FSWP&TFWP draw from, then that is possibly true. Again TFWP may not so much APPLY to us since we are not seeking for the EMPLOYER directly but are using a MANPOWER RECRUITMENT AGENCY which is the Link between us and Employer and therefore could be using a different model more so that of FSWP and that is why we are told after 1year we can apply for Canada Visa, which model/class/program better handles this than FSWP? TFWP is the model with which we can source for employers and place our application for work, then employer taking you you go through that model personally! Federal skilled worker Program does the same but here its the employer seeking for you. The new changes therefore affect the same system and hence end up affecting us, if they are so different why did the temporary pause to upgrade the FSWPprogram affect us then if we are in the TFWP? I dont think so.

i really appreciate mark.us and moopan about how they discussed all about this, it helps me a lot to understand how my application goes on, , , but on my point, we cannot blame those people who still waiting for almost 1 1/2 year and yet the they were saying that whenever they call m98 they were only saying wait wait and wait, , , but if they let people understand about all these things rather than the applicants are the ones explaining it properly i think it didn't come to a point that they need to throw foul words as it was cited above. i am here in qatar and i registered here last may, i decided to renew may contract which will be finished this coming january because of my application in this agency, at least i will not be able to apply in Philippines when i go home. i need to be optimistic, we must be optimistic too, , , , we'll just see, , , , i will be opening this site more often to keep updated on you guys, , , , , thanks a lotttt
