I ordered some updates from Maddenprodigy.com. They didn’t send me anything. Of course I tried to speak to them but got no response. I transferred money via PayPal and I contacted them and asked for help. Unfortunately, they didn’t return the money. I don’t know where should I call now…

You are such a liar. how can I download your ebooks when I'm not even registered?! You asked me to register for this reason, so it would look that way. Liar. Liar. Liar.
Why would we refund someone that has already accessed and downloaded our ebook and filed 2 previous claims in 2 years, IP banned this clown
I've asked for a refund MULTIPLE times and still haven't gotten one. I've contacted the owner several times! Got one response, and he wanted me to register for his site, when all i want is a refund! Horrible business practice!
when you average 650 + sales a month you are bound to get a few competitors that are jealous, and try to drag your name through the MUD! Here is proof we are legit, This consumer bought a guide received it, then filed a claim within 20 mins of purchase. aidanlaubscher

I've subscribed from madden 25 and 15. No problems there, but if there is an "Automated" email after purchasing a ebook that needs to be fixed. I only had to wait 3-4 hours for a response to get my first ebook, but I've been waiting for 16 hours now and no response from either email or phone. Perhaps hes busy idk, we are only human. That'd be my only complaint thus far, and honestly the turbo ebook turned me into a machine, so I wont be quick to dismiss. Sucks being patient tho, will reply again tomorrow.

I just bought two products from madden progidy the sorry jerk has responded twice asking for my email. I haven't recieved anything from him and he will not answer or email just text you one or two wor reaponses. Its maddenprodigy.com its worthless. And I will rip them apart on every forum until they give me what ive paid for.
Thanks for the Comment, Facts of life, If anyone ever has any kind of issue please contact me. I will always make it right with my customers. We are legit, in this case it was just an email delivery issue that was easily handled.
