Why are there so many complaints of people that do not receive their magazine and you people from Handyman of America don't get the hint? I also have not received any magazine for over a year now but you sure are willing to collect payments where there should not be any. What is wrong with picture? I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible for everyone who is complaining on this site.

i recently started recieving the magazine that i never ordered i really dont feel that this is the magazine for my family ive tried to can the subscription but i have no # to call i cant seem to get to talk to a real person

I haven't any complaint about companies. I received my access code card for aeroplan for the contest. I've entered for a few days in a row and tonight it's telling me sorry wrong access code. I'm registered etc. so make up your mind! I know I don't stand a snowballs hope in hell of winning but I like trying.

An unauthorized charge of $11.95 was made to our personal credit card on 9/8/09 by MVQ Shopping Essentials Plus. An inquiry with Bank America indicates the charge is for some magazine which we did not order nor authorize a charge for. I am tired of these predatory practices by operations such as this outfit!

Called me on my cell phone that is on a no call list. I was driving and preoccupied with my parents health s issues. Plus my grandsons incurable illness. I never order magazines because I have no time to read. I feel I was tricked even thou they played the conversation back to me. The prices weren't even good.

I keep getting these bills in the mail, saying that I owe them money for subscription, that I never ordered. I wanted to called them about it, but there is no number. What can I do to stop them. I don't want this to hurt my credit at all. Any question call me at [protected]

This company is a scam. They take your money and never send the magazine. I paid them in August and never received the magazine. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. BEWARE!

Magazine City took money from my bank account on August 26 2009. To this day I have not recieved one magazine yet. I really wanted the mag. for football season. Now that football is over I would like my bank account credited.

I ordered 3 magazines with saveology dollar vouchers in December 2012. still waiting. dozens of phone calls, emails to no avail. they then decided it was easier to just refund my saveology dollars paid, since they said 'SAVEOLOGY WOULD NOT RESPOND" well, weather they did or did not, I don't want a refund, I want my 3 magazines. it was as simple as putting thru my 3 magazine subscriptions, that's how easy it would have been. they screwed up my order and then penalized me because it was not in their best interest to give me three one-year subscriptions up to 60.00 value. they knew in January that they had screwed up my order, but instead of helping me, they DID NOTHING. THERE ARE plenty of other companies to do business with. if the customer service department will not help you, you should think about going somewhere else.
