subscription expire before validity
i subscribed magazine Gold (999 for one year) my validity should be on july 2019, but after using 3 month my subscription showing expire, i mailed too many time to magzter about this isuu and attched my subscription payed bank proof, validity period screenshot from magzter app, but they don't responce, i m reader of magzter more the 2 years but now i feel magzter Reliability is questionable.

I recently purchased the magzter gold annual membership on 19.10.18 through a promotional link which promised 100% cashback (INR 999). When I was making the purchase on the magzter site it also showed that the full cash back would be credited in my Paytm account. However I have still not received cashback to my Paytm account. There is no response from customer care as well.

I recently purchased the magzter gold annual membership on 15.10.18 (screenshot attached) through a promotional link which promised 100% cashback (INR 999). When I was making the purchase on the magzter site it also showed that the full cash back would be credited in my Paytm account. But while making the payment due to some internet error the magzter page didn't load but my amount got debited.
The next day my subscription got activated but I didn't receive any cash back. I know the cashback link is legit as I've purchased it previously for another account also ( I have attached the screenshot of the my earlier payment on 14.10.18 for which I received the cashback instantly). Since then I've been writing emails to magzter without any success. Please help me in this regard. My magzter id is [protected]@gmail.com.

african birdlife not auto renewed after payment taken
My subscription for Africa Birdlife was paid for through my apple account using the app on my iPad. I set it up to auto renew.
When my subscription ran out with the March/April 2018 issue the amount for the renewal was deducted from my apple account but my subscription was not renewed.
There appears to be no way to contact Magzter to query the problem and to get it sorted.
I find this to be an unacceptable practice.

Initially i wanted to try free for 30 days but realised i could only access preview. So i decided to subscribe by a payment. So i subscribe i think S$5 per month if i am not wrong.
But now i realised that for new subscribers, there is promotion of S$49.99 per year.
Can i check am i entitled to this promotion S$49.90 per year?

I had paid Rs 999/- as the annual subscription for Magzter gold at a discounted rate on 22nd September 2018 but I have not yet received any confirmation of the same. I am hereby enclosing a mobile screenshot of the message from the Indian Bank, crediting the money into your account. I wish to have the subscription as confirmed or the refund of the amount I paid as soon as possible.

dubious transaction
On 6th of September, at 15:03 I received an intimation that Rs 1559.12 is deducted from my account [Axis Bank, India] I have no clue what is this company or what kind of transaction "I have allegedly made". This is complete fraud, and I never accepted subscribing anything of any sort. How could they get my bank account and on what authority some spurious agent could debit my bank account.

I've purchased the Magzter Family plan @ 1499/-. However, I'm getting no option to share it with family members. A couple of years back a relative had shared his subscription with me. But since then, it has expired for last two years. The renewal I've done is by my own payment. But under my Family, it still shows me that "[protected]@gmail.com shared his subscription with you"..which is quite stupid as I purchased a plan now and none shared it with me.
Can you please help me share it with others?

So it looks that this is normal behavior. I am going through the same situation. I bought a Magzter Gold, and guess what? I was charged and that subscription does not appear. No confirmation of the order. Nothing. I had written to the help@magzter.com email and they have a response time of 24-48 hours? Are you kidding me? I paid for a service, I even have a confirmation number from the bank and I am not getting anything. Let's say they solve my situation. Are they going to give me the extra days I lost from my subscription?

Very disappointed in Magzter. they do offer a great product but there is no where on their website that points out how to cancel a membership. They also do not advise that they are about to, or have already, renewed the membership. I thought I cancelled my membership LAST YEAR, so I was surprised to see that they had made a deduction from my credit card. I cannot find anywhere on their website of how to cancel a membership. In my opinion this is a very shady practice. I have contacted their customer service, but no reply. I intend to lodge a complaint with my bank if this matter is not resolved in the next 7 days.
I urge anyone who is considering a membership with them to reconsider, as they are not very transparent with their cancellation practices. Proceed with caution.

lack of customer support and issues with app
I recently (June 2018) signed up for a gold subscription to Magzter but can't access customer support. FAQs on their website just open my app, take me to a subscription link or have no information. There is no contact information. as to where to send them an email
The subscription includes being able to share with family members but I haven't been able to work out how to do that. It is very frustrating,
Because of this, I have no email correspondence or chat to attach.

I was charged after 'cancelling' my magzter subscription. I complained and they got back with me in 24 hours.
FROM MAGZTER:
Thank you for contacting Magzter support. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Due to some technical glitch in our payment gateway the auto renewal of your ‘Magzter Gold' subscription was not cancelled. I have escalated this complaint to our billing team and they have now refunded the recent renewal charges of $9.99 USD back to your account and also the auto renewal of this subscription is now permanently removed from your account and you will not be billed again for this subscription. The refunded amount should be credited back to your account within the next 5-7 business days.
