Re my recent Claim (Exp.Ref.: V05154871)
I have recently logged the above claim and after struggling to have my claim assessed, with the help of my key holder in Spain, I received the following response from your claims team via email:
Buenas tardes, informarle que le enviamos una carta
rehusando el siniestro.
ya que se trata de una rotura en la estructura de la piscina
That is very disappointing to have been advised of this decision. I have been with Mapfre since 2016 and paid my premiums every year. This is the first time I have made a claim and this is the result, very disappointing!
Can you please forward a copy of this letter and the pictures you took, which led to this decision? I have tried to respond to the email address (mapfre.[protected]@mapfre.com), but the email bounced back and doesn’t seem to be monitored. This is very frustrating as I have no access to my post office in Spain as I live in the UK.
