I feel compelled to share my experience with the CEO Roshan Adhikari and MedEx Ventures Co., Ltd. in order to shed light on the violations of patient rights and substandard care that I have personally encountered. It is of utmost importance that individuals are made aware of these issues to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

My interaction with MedEx Ventures Co., Ltd. has left me deeply disappointed and greatly concerned about their practices. From the outset, there were flagrant breaches of patient privacy, with confidential information being shared without my consent. This blatant disregard for ethical and legal standards pertaining to patient privacy raises serious doubts about the commitment of this organization to maintaining the confidentiality and trust that should exist between healthcare providers and their patients.

Furthermore, I faced immense difficulty in communicating with my doctor through MedEx Ventures Co., Ltd. Transparency and accessibility were sorely lacking, and various obstacles hindered effective doctor-patient communication. This hampered my ability to discuss and comprehend my treatment options, seek clarification, and address legitimate concerns about my health. It is disheartening to witness a company that places profitability above patient well-being by impeding essential communication channels. Despite repeated requests, I was informed that direct communication with doctors is strictly prohibited according to company policy, directly contradicting the claims made on their website regarding the value placed on open patient-provider communication.

Moreover, I specifically requested to discuss the recommended tests with the doctor before proceeding, as it was crucial to establish clarity and a shared understanding of their purpose and significance. However, I was informed that the company's protocol dictates that tests must be conducted first, followed by completion of all procedures, before any conversation with the doctor is permitted. This approach not only disregards my right to participate in decisions about my own healthcare but also raises concerns about the necessity and appropriateness of the tests being ordered. Such a unilateral process undermines patient autonomy and fails to prioritize informed consent and collaborative decision-making.

It is imperative that healthcare providers prioritize patient care and fully respect patient rights. Regrettably, MedEx Ventures Co., Ltd. has failed to meet these fundamental expectations. I strongly believe that it is essential for individuals to be informed about these concerns and to exercise caution when considering the services of this organization.

In light of my experience, I have taken the step of filing formal complaints with the appropriate authorities, including the Medical Council of Thailand, Provincial Health Office, Thai Medical Council Support Center, and Hospital Complaints Department. It is crucial to hold healthcare professionals accountable for their actions and to advocate for the well-being of patients who may encounter similar challenges.

By sharing my experience, I hope to empower others with knowledge and enable them to make choices that prioritize their rights and well-being as patients.

Desired outcome: To inform the public this is not a doctor or hospital, they make money as the middle man.
