Just as everyone really loves this manager, many really do not like him as well because of the culture that he introduced to the company! His name is KIRBY Gasmena! Just last Friday morning MAY 22 when I was about to go to the pantry I overheard him talking to the agents who did not have any sale. He said, “DAPAT SA MGA KATULAD NINYO TINITERMINATE EH PARA DI NA KAYO KELANGANG BAYARAN NG KUMPANYA! BAKIT, DI NAMAN KAYANG BAYARAN NG KUMPANYANG ITO YUNG MGA PAGPAPAGAMOT KO SA OSPITAL DAHIL SA INYO!..” Do you think those agents will be encouraged to make a sale coming from a shift manager? That’s just the tip of the iceberg. It is an open secret that he would always cursed at the floor and shouts at his team leaders. Worse, he wud usually flirt, pretending that he really likes beautiful women and also flirts with gay agents, showing how “manly” enough he is to them. Yuck! Everyone knows here that he is a screaming ### in our company! Also, he is a known kiss-### as he can always get away with it by being kind kunwari to his bosses (very showbiz!). My co-agent told me that one time while they were on ND, he woud brag about his former work as a gigolo and former coverboy of a gay magazine. We would like to complaint this to the HR but it seems nothing will happen. The HR Manager, sir Louie, an ATTORNEY, wud for sure ignore us with the kind of insensitive for us agents. Worse, we were shocked to know the sudden resignation of Sir DK (another attorney) and we believe it has something to do with Kirby. Why? I asked der HR Secretary last Saturday to complain and she told me that he was resigning already because he will work in a lawfirm. Just when the time when this Kirby just arrived from a long absence a day before and announcing to the floor that he was hospitalized and he now “feels better than ever”. With sir DK gone, do not expect that many agents will now go to HR as the HR manager wud always lock himself in the room at babarahin ka pa nun in case you have some serious concerns. With this kind of management left in the company, do not expect us agents to perform better if not good. Many wud just resign and wud just apply in better call center where the managers are MORE PROFESSIONAL and MORECARING. In this company only one is certain, that MONEY PREVAILS OVER PRINCIPLES!

kirby your pretending a rich gay and inteligent, if your that kind of gay your not supposed to work in medialink.. a very small and unknown company, you could be working in microsoft rather.why the general manager allowed him to act braggart, without manners, unetiquette and very unprofesional treatment to their agents.The management should monitor his work from time to time.

There was a time I'm about to out the working place, I heared the ### manager shouting to his agents " WISH KO MATERMINATE KAYONG LAHAT". Do you think that is a very deserving manager, he will not get the sincerrity of his agents.His just like a gaymanager working in a public market.

i used to work in that company before! sadly it was my first working experience... i experience in that company to step out of the office by 10:00am yet my shift is 8:00pm to 3:00am and that overtime was not paid! the most sadden part is the management itself doesn't care to their employee! what they want is to used us!they don even give my back pay... its good to know that sir dk was resigned. he don't deserve to be in that company..
