I took this transcription course and my experience was that the owner, Deborah Burns, was not helpful nor did she anwer my questions. She was elusive, cold and non-caring. The workbook, manual and CD recordings are poor quality. The manual which I was to use as a guide had many typographical errors and misspelled words.

It's my opinion that this company is more interested in their bottom line rather than the success of it's students/clients.

The main motto for any training institute is to help student in gaining skill which can help them in finding some good and relevant jobs. Students must also join only those institutes which are already tied with some companies and which is offering some consistent jobs.
