I can safely say this is the worst most disorganized Company I have ever encountered in my personal opinion. Since taking over the Management of my Homeowners Association in May of 2023. My Homeowners Association is West Pines Hoa.
They do not mail the monthly Statement since June 2023. They lie that they mailed the Statement try to force me to join their web site. Say check with the mail man. My Unit is Tenant Occupied, then they email the Statement to me and the Tenant, instead of mailing to me at my home as requested over and over.. I have told them repeatedly this is not acceptable at all.
They refuse to provide a listing of Homeowners and their contact information as is required by law. Stating my Homeowners Association had declined my request. Today in trying once again to get my statement. They once again sent the request for payment to the Tenant and myself. This was written about me and distributed to others.
Please make sure it goes to her home address and not the west pines address, she called me saying that her tenant received it and now she wants to file a complaint blah blah blah, Fred just FYI know this lady is a pain and will get under your skin lol.
Also my response was as follows
Do your job properly I will be sending this nasty comment about me, they mailed it TO NEITHER ADDRESS. They emailed it to both me and the tenant. DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ME AT ALL.
This was sent to their owner as well today

You as the owner of this company are going to find yourself liable for this slander your employee is spreading, because of the failure of your Company to operate properly. I will appreciate hearing back from you at your earliest convenience and handling these issues. It is really suggested you look into all the issues, and all the correspondence I have sent to your Company to include you.
Please advise.
