Someone gifted me the Michael kors bag few months back (like 5-6months Back) he purchase that bag from dubai. And I am using this bag from 5-6months I found that the bag s leather is defective and the little leather has been torned. So I just mailed them about the issue and I had sent them all the pictures of the bags. So they said they can’t repair it. MK is a luxurious brand and we spend so much on that brand and in return we see such results. And they be like we can’t do anything … then why do they sell them so costly …

I purchased two purses on line February 2022. I had seen them in the outlet store where I usually shop and they were on sale on line. I open the box when I received them, but didn't take them out of the plastic packaging. I place them in my closet. A couple of weeks ago I used one, yesterday I opened the other one and seen a small white mark on the front of the purse. I spoke with Daniel on chat and Ken I believe as the chat was disconnected the first time. They instructed me to email customer support, which I did sent pictures, chase receipt etc. Daniela T respond and stated I had 30 days to return the purse and it past the 30 days and they will not do anything to assist me at this point. I called today and spoke with a lady, who stated that the warranty will not cover it. She stated I should have returned it in 30 days of receiving it. She stated that in the future I need to check the items as soon as I receive them. I have been a customer for many years and always purchased from the store. I have never had any issues with the purses, even after months of regular everyday use. It appears to be a defect either with the leather quality or packaging. I don't know. However I should not have to keep a product that was sent to me damaged.

I purchase this purse along with another in February and received it February 28, 2022.. I just removed the packaging off of this purse today, as I was going to use it. I observed a white mark in the leather. I would like to return it, I have purchase several purses recently. One that I have used daily for 6 months and there is not a single mark on it. I believe it has some sort of defect. However if the leather is poor quality I would rather exchange it for a different purse. Please advice on how I am to proceed.

ordered a new bathing suit from michale kors which was too big. NO WHERE when I ordered did it say swimwear was not returnable. they sent me a return slip with the order so i returned it and purchase a smaller size. When i noticed it had been recieved called a week later to find out wheremy refund was and was told it was a final sale. i sent bag with tags on and unworn and again...no whrre whe i ordered did it say FINAL SALE. Now i am stuck aith a new bathing suit too big to wear. Horrible cusotmer serivce and horrible misleading purchase. I never would have bought had i known but it was never stated. The people in customer service were not at all helpful and almost made me feel like i was a villain. This was a birhtday present to myself. sad. i have bought a LOT form michael kors and am hurt and sad.

I purchased backpack on March 6 ,2022 for $163.00 and backpack price went down on March 10,2022 to 123.00 I immediately called customer service to get price adjustment I was informed I could not due to buying it at sale price. I am very disappointed with Customer Service I plan to return purse and never buy another item from mkors.

I purchased a MK handbag in a store and found it to be defective. Since the store was in lockdown MK online told me I could send it to Quebec for repair. I filled out the necessary paperwork and label and shipped it out. They claim they never received the bag. I called and emailed and chatted for months trying to resolve this issue and I was given a different story all the time. I was told the bag went to New York. I was also told they were in the process of sending me a replacement. I was given the runaround from Michael Kors big time.

I purchased a Michael Kors women's fragrance set and I was given a large, beige duffel bag with the name "Michael Kors" written all across the strap in pink letters. Later on, I was in need of money so I tried to sell it at a pawn shop and I was told that the bag did not have a serial number and that it was a fake, a knock off. Why was I given a knock off bag as my free gift when I spent so much money purchasing a fragrance from Michael Kors? Now I wonder if the Bealls department store where I made this purchase, actually sold me a knock off of the fragrance as well.

The strap of the tote started unraveling only 6 months after the purchase of the bag on May 10, 2020. The stitches are shredding and the seams are coming undone. I went to the store to see if they sold straps, but they said they do not. I would like to request a replacement of the strap, if not, then I would like to receive the replacement of the entire bag. I don't even know where to begin. I am so disappoint in Michael Kors customer service its not even funny. This is my 2nd handbag that I received as a gift that has had issues.

The 1st hand bag : the lock on the front of the bag came off and the straps filling seem like it separated on the inside make one of the straps at the top soft and flimsy.

The 2nd bag: The straps again had an issue. Both straps thread started coming out of the strap white strings hang down.
This time I followed through and and sent them the bag. Now all I hear is crickets... and that was after I had to jump over many hoops just to send it in.
I will let all friends and family know that if you are going to buy an expensive handbag DON'T GET A MICHAEL KORS Bag BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!

I purchased MK shoes on30th July and got them delivered on 10th Aug. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable and I have developed pain in my toes. My toes get swollen if wear them even for an hour. I purchased the right size and had high hopes from ths internationally acclaimed brand. However, my expereince has been just the reverse. I am very disappointed and dont know what to do with these shoes now. Please tell me how I can get my refund. I really saved for a lot of months and waited a lot to buy these shoes.

I purchased Michael Kors bikinis online. I try to figure the best size I can, I even went to the local Michael Kors store to ask them what size I am. I am told I am an 'xxs'. I went online a purchase their bikini top and bottom in the size 'XXS'.
When it arrived, the size was too bid. I did not even need to try them on. So I sent the products back for a refund. Then I was told that all swimwear are final sale. That it is listed on their website under the Return/Refund section. I went to the website and confirmed that it is stated there, way at the bottom.

When a customer purchase an item from any store, it should be listed on the page of the product that this is a final sale (even though it is not on sale). It should state clearly so that the buyer is aware of this before purchasing.

Also, it should clearly state that on the Return/Refund page, near where the narrative about how to return is listed. It should not be hidden at the bottom of the page.

When I go to return, I read the instructions for returning, once I see what I needed to do, i just follow the instructions to return. I DO NOT scroll through and read the whole section to see any of your fine print.

If you state up front AT THE BEGINNING of the RETURN section or even put an asterisk there to tell the shopper to scroll to the end to and read about the swimwear product, I would have done so.

As it stand, because I did not realize that, I sent the swimwear back and now have to wait for Michael Kors to send me back the swimwears.

Jet set chain item steel blue leather tote strap leather handle broke while it was on my arm. I was shocked and amazed because I have six other Michael Kors pocketbooks. I use this one for my day-to-day basis for the summertime I love it. It goes with everything and I love the color. I only like the silver not gold it has a lot of space and pockets that I need for my every day use.

I have been a VIP member for several years and I liked the brand allow myself to mistreat in MK stores in Michigan. Being a black woman in America difficult when living among racist people. I have overlooked how I was treated being a black woman shopping at MK Stores. I had several incidents at Somerset mall in Troy Michigan. It took me a long time to realize MK do not want black people spending money in their stores, but I was blinded by the racist people working at the store because I love the brand. Black people asked me why I spend my money with a racist designer and racist people working at MK stores. I defended MK because I was obsessed with the brand. I'm so obsessed I spent 1350.00 of my stimulus money to shop with MK brand but I'm taking everything back because of my bad experience with a Supervisor Sarah and Bambara a customer service rep. I was a band from the store because of the racist store manager. Set me up so she could call the Troy police in Troy Michigan and I almost got locked up because the manager refuses to put my money back on my card as debit. That was bold and I wrote MK and call MK over 50 time and never receive a phone call from upper Management. Yes, truly dumb for spending my money long as I have with company that hate black people and their money. The last incident was online, and I was told I use my credit card fraudulent, and I cannot never use my card to purchase online I had to purchase in store. It is only two stores in Michigan on in Ann Arbor which is two hours away and the other store I cannot go that store anymore. Well, I am happy finely free from spending all my money with a merchant that hate black people. When I spoke to both ladies at the 800 number they were so callus and cold hearted all I was trying to do was clear my name because I done nothing fraudulent with the credit card. The Supervisor Sarah put the icing on the cake after what she said to me about how they going to stop me from calling the 800 number and block me because I am harassing them for scandalizing my name stating I fraudulently use my credit card. I kept asking how I can clear this up and clear my name. Sarah did not give me know information, but she kept insisting that I was harassing the staff and my number was going to be block if I kept calling. In closing racist MK stores and online shopping. THANK YOUR RACIST STAFF and MK for opening my eyes to never shop with this hateful company.

I purchased a backpack/purse in July 2019. The zipper came unattched from the fabric. I figured there was nothing to be done with it but decided to contact Michael Kors to see if they have a way to repair it. on 3/3/21 I spoke with a customer service rep at [protected] who told me that typically the warranty window is 1 year but asked for my code on the inside of purse anyways. I gave it to her and to my surprise she said it was still under the warranty. She said all of their repairs are sent to Rago Brothers and gave me the website to contact them. I went to website, followed instructions, and paid $15.00 to send my purse to them to get fixed (assuming they would contact me regarding warranty with Michael Kors when they received purse in mail). Well, they did contact me only to let me know that it would be $125.00 to fix my purse plus $20 to ship it back to me. Oh, and they do not deal with warranty work for Michael Kors.
I called the [protected] today 3/8/21 (Michael Kors) to find out what the heck was going on and the rep that I spoke with today gave me completely the opposite information that I initially received and basically there was not anything that they could do, and they were sorry I received miss information.
Really? That is how your company operates? I would have just tossed the hand bag away if I would have been given the correct info in the beginning. I am not an idiot! I only paid $232.00 for the bag initially, why on earth would I pay $160 (after all is said and done) just to get zipper fixed. That makes NO sense. I will no longer be purchasing Michael Kors bags you can count on that and I will make sure my friends know about my experience.
This all could have been avoided if the representatives that you employ could give correct information in the very beginning.

My son (16) saved his paper round money and bought me a pair of shoes. They were not suitable & they were returned and received by MK 31/12 via tracked mail. He has still had no refund! After numerous email we continue to get the same response: due to Brexit & even though received in the UK it has to go via their EU warehouse and no timeline can be given as to when he will ever receive his money. I have no idea what to do and would be grateful for any help you can give!

On 30th December I returned a pair of trainers to Michael Kors. I received an email eventually telling me they had been received - in Holland - where their hub is and were awaiting being returned to UK from them. It is now 2nd February and I have not received a refund and emails go unanswered. Even allowing for interruptions due to Covid this is well overdue and I am £90 due and credit card bill wanting payment.
