Midwest Merchandising Services review: Refusal to Pay for Services

I worked for Midwest Merchandising Services of Blue Springs, Missouri in early July 2009 doing sub-contracted merchandising at Piggly Wiggly Inc locations in Louisiana. After working for MMS and asking then, when I would be paid, they had"lost my contract, " they had a "broken fax machine" denied that they advertised for sub-contractors at all, and then, finally as of today, they denied they hired me (even with numerous emails from their company to prove otherwise).

These people should be in jail. According the the merchandising boards, Theresa Bradford, the LLC owner, has been pulling this same scam for over ten years, including the broken fax scenario!

Don't ever, ever work for this company, nor hire them for any merchandising. There's no debate even to be made. They are crooks and you will not be paid without taking extreme measures with courts involved.
