On Christmas I purchased sheets for my wife. I was not asked when they needed to be delivered. I ordered early based on delivery delays and to ensure on time arrival.
When opened on Christmas it was determined these sheets were the wrong size. California King instead of regular King. When trying to exchange I was told it had been 32 days since delivery, the company refuses to exchange. The product has never been opened, but it doesn't matter.
This is probably the worst customer service I have seen from a company particularly around the holiday season.
Desired outcome: A simple exchange for sheets I can use
