I too ordered the free trial. I did receive the pills but could not take then because of medication I am taking. I called to cancel right away. The man said ok he would cancel my order. Only thing is two checks had already been written on my account. One for $49.95 and one for $58.95. I wish I had seen the complaint board before ordering. I spoke with my bank and I can contest the charges so that is what I am going to do. I will make a copy of all the complaints to help my case.

I totally agree. This is a scam.. my checking account is a mess because of the charge posted to my account. I tried calling the number [protected] and kept getting a recording. After reading these complaints I realized now I have to go close my own checking account. I wish I had known.

Altho they had taken 3 mos of orders out of my bank acct., I was able to speak to an actual person, I told him to cancel my acct. immediately, and to NOT send me any more products, since I have not ever rec'd the actual sample order.Today however, I rec'd a check in the mail for $217.00, which I will deposit into my acct. this evening, hopefully it will not bounce, Never- ever will I order anything that charge you and arm and a leg for a sample order, and then not receive it...

This company is a complete scam. I want everyone that may consider ordering anything from them to be very cautious. When I ordered the trial package of Amazon Diet, they said they sent the package but it was never received by me although they said that they sent it and had a tracking number. If the postman didn't have me sign for it then it could be anywhere. Trying to resolve the fact that they took money from my account has been very frustrating. They debited 49.95 from my account one day then went back two days later and debited 58.93 from my account with no authorization from me. Finally, I called enough and I did receive a refund of the 58.93 (after calling for 1 1/2 months but I still haven't gotten the initial 49.95 back that they say they won't return it until the product is returned. How can I return something that I never received? I'm calling the Better Business Bureau to see if there's anything they can do to put these people out of business and stop running this fraud on people. It's not right what they are doing and it's time that someone put a stop to their scamming company!

I ordered the 2-day Slim Down on 12-17-07. I got the product a month later. I also called the # listed and just got a recording that played over and over and over! I had to hang up and try the # again. Finally i got a live person, gave him my order # and he assured me that i will not be charged in the future by this company. He said his name was Allen Wilks. Also said he did not have a customer service #. I will be talking w/ my bank to check on any future transactions coming from this company. Wish me luck!

This company got us too. Not only did we not recieve the "free" trial bottle but we were charged 49.95 for the "Members" Price. Doing some back-tracking I went back to the website and clicked the link that said Terms and Conditions. Turns out, it says in the terms that if you don't return the pills within 14 days then it means that you are satisfied with the "free" bottle and will be charged 49.95 for it. We will be changing our Banking Account info in the a.m and file a complaint aganst these frauds. Good luck to everyone else having problems with this company.

Same deal here. I ordered the 2 day slim doen a couple of months ago but cancelled it in the same day when I realized they over charged me initially for it. I e-mailed them and called. I finally got a hold of a man who could hardly speak english and he assured me I would not be charged. Well I found this complaint board and decided to put a stop payment on the check. Well they tried to cash it and the stop payment stopped it. Then I got an e-mail saying my account was cancelled and no further charges would go on my account. Well 3 days ago they put a charge for 150.00 on my account. Well I filed an affidavit with my bank and will get the money back. They had changed the number on my check and withdrew the money. I cancelled my checking account and opened another one just to be safe. I swear these people need to go down before anyone else has to put up with this.

I too ordered the 2-Day Slim down diet supplement on 12/9/2007. I was promptly charged the 7.97 shipping and handling but never received the free sample. On January 30, 2008 my account was charged $49.95 by Momentum Direct. I called the number that was listed on the memo line of the check [protected])and spoke to someone with a very thick accent who said his name was Nick Wilson. Nick said he would cancel my account, refund me the 49.95 by sending me a check, gave me a cancellation number and assured me there would be no further charges on my bank account. Today, February 5, 2008, I checked my bank account and they have charged me $58.93. So again, I call the same number and get one Shawn Coddle on the phone. Shawn shows a record of me calling just a few days ago to cancel and gave me the reason I was charged again was because I was being prebilled for the next months shipment. That is was already in processed before I cancelled. So anyway, he says I should receive a check in the mail within 14 days with a refund of $108.89. I would really hate to have to close my bank account after having it for 13 years. But at the rate this is going, it seems I might have to close it just to get the charges to stop.

They send you a bottle of diet aid, but don't mention a charge until after you get it. I don't want no membership from them and to either charge me for it. I have sent their bottle back.

I just became one too, I ordered something a while back, tried to send it back to them, and I got it back as "undeliverable". Then I got charged over $100 in two days. I'm a college student, I expected to pay $7.00, and now I'm overdrawn and trying to explain to my housing advisor why my payment didn't go through this month. How can we stop these people?

Would you please correct your references to CyberCollect. The company name is actually Cybrcollect, Inc. (withOUT the first 'e'). It is getting confused with the software product that my company sells and supports, CyberCollect Software Solutions. I don't appreciate the bad publicity, especially when we've been around a lot longer than Cybrcollect, Inc.

I had ordered 2days2 slimdown and I didn't like the product. I tried my best to get in touch with Momentum Direct. None of the numbers worked and neither did their e-mail address. So I notice the complaint board and read every last one! Then I looked them up with the Better Business Bureau and saw that Momentum Direct had 400 and something complaints. I sent the product back, went to the bank and close the account that I did a check on- line with. And put my money monies in a new account. As soon as they received my returned product. They tried get $49.95 with un authorized check, check on the account that was zero. That cost me $27.00 for insufficient funds. I called bank and told them to just to totally close out that account. An hour later I could see where they tried to get $59.95. Luckily I was talking with my credit union advisor at that time and she went on to totally close out that account. I thank God for this complaint board before Momentum Direct was able to cost me more than$27.00!

I wish I would have done my research before I ordered my "free" trial from this SCAM of a company. I just spent the afternoon on the phone with my bank trying to get all the charges taken care of. What a Rip-Off! DO NOT ORDER FROM MOMENTUM DIRECT - IT'S A SCAM!

I too am waiting for a refund from Momentum. They sent me 4 shipments that I did not want and charged my account about 60.00 each. I have searched the Better Business Bureau and, of course, they are not a member. It does not look good. I did get phone numbers and names of the higher ups in the company from Better Business so I will try to contact them directly. Ugh!

I am reading all these complaints now ( i wish i wouldv'e read them before I ordered to). I never recieved my trail but they sure charged me. It's been 3 wks and nothing. I have called and called them to only listen to (thank you for calling momentum direct a rep. will be with you shortly.) I have waited upwards of 45 mins. On my 15th call I finally got a rep. I could barely understand and I think he said he canceled my order and will return my shipping fee. Hopefully they will. Why don't we bring class action law suit. These people are scam artist.

They took money out of my checking account without authorization. twice $49.95 and $58.93. I feel they sould have to refund me because they did not have my authorization to take money from my account. They made a draft of my account information from my introduction check and just started taking my money. This is wrong .

This company offered a free trial, just pay for shipping. They charged me 49.95 before I ever received the product and it overdrew my bank account. I did receive a check for 31.00 which was the overdraft fee. It has been three months since I returned the package and they still have not refunded me the original 49.95 that was not authorized. I call customer service and the guy named Andrew answers every time and tells me my refund is being processed. He has told me that for 3 mo nths now. I called my bank and they will not dispute any fraudulent charges that are more than 60 days old. What kind of crap is that? I have been calling and calling and get the same answer from this company. If they charge you, don't even try to call them. Dispute the charge right away with your bank! This company is taking a lot of people's money and they are getting away with it.

The same thing has just happened to me. I am in the process of closing my account and changing all my information today. This company needs to be out of business. They are need to be reported to the BBB. They have taken over $100 from my account. I have been calling all day trying to contact the accounting department but it continues to go straight to voicemail. This is absurd.

Sent me a free trial of a product that I only paid shipping on. Then, a month later, they automatically help themselves to my checking account for $50 and again a week later for $59 with no notification or permission from me. Imagine my surprise when my bank account is depleted and my grocery money is gone from someone just helping themselves weekly to my hard-earned money. Be very careful out there - everyone is out to get your money. So much for free trials...just reinforces the fact that NOTHING IS FREE.

Thank you so much. Just left the bank and they have filed fraud charges with this company . Thank you so much for all your information that is on this site. I to did not know this company. I am 5ft 8in and weigh 124 . They also did a electronic check (3) in total on numbers I had already used on other bills. Called 4 times with people that does not speak or understand English saying someone would call me back. Never happened.

They have taken 167.81. I have been waiting more than a month for my bank to be credited. So far nothing other than a confirmation number and no refund.

Fact is I am on SSD, and this was almost a third of my fixed monthly income. I bank with Chase and they have told me they would make good after making an attempt, and if that didn't work, which it has not. I now must fill out some form.

I am so blown away by all these complaints over such a long period of time. How in the hell are they getting away with this? The site is still up and running as of today, 2/28/08... What more can I say that has not all ready been said here...

These people have got me for 285.67! UNBELIEVABLE! I at no time authorized any of these debits starting in December $49.95 and 58.93, twice in January and once in February. I am in the process right now of balancing out my account with the credit union. This is absolute insanity and this company needs to stop STEALING from people. A formal apology needs to be sent out and they need to just stop their current business practices all together.

Back in November, I started to order a diet pill for free trial. When I learned that after the free trial, it would be 49.95, I backed out. I didn't even finish. Two weeks later, 49.95 was taken out of my account. I called immediatly and they said they cancelled my account. Two, three weeks later, nothing. I have called them several times over the last 2 months and their answer is the same. They repeatedly tell me they will tell the accounting department, and then they gave me an email address to monitor my refund.
support@momentumdirect.net. It does not work. It has been 3 months and I have no product, and am out 49.95. #$%^&*##

I am so pissed. My daughter ordered this FREE product to pay 7.95 shipping. Then her account was debited 49.95 and 3 days later 58.93. The bank cannot stop payment. She has to close that account and in the mean time lose the money that they debited. And guess what, their phone number is no good and I can't pull up the web site, go figure.

I have experienced the same with the company. They took out the 15.94 from my account electronically and then they kept charging me more and more. They was making up false check numbers. Then less than a week later they took 99.90 and I called and they said it must have been some mistake and then two weeks later took out 117.86, they just couldn't understand that I shouldn't have to wait two weeks to get it back when they take it for no reason. They kept telling me to send the product back and I did, I expressed it to them, then they said they didn't receive it. I even had the confirmation number from the post office. They kept telling my husband they had no management on the floor and gave us some phony number to call that no one ever picked up on. I so want the 217 dollars back into my account, but it won't happen. I had to change accounts as well...

After reading all of these similar complaints I guess I too was scammed. I got the product, cancelled it because it wasn't for me, was charged $58.93 anyway. The company did not have my authorization. I got a copy of the check and called the phone number for the company. This was Jan 11th. They told me they would refund me. They charged me another 58.93 in the meantime. I called again and again and again sometimes onlt to wait on the phone for half an hour. I just talked to someone on 3/5. He told me the same thing that the others have told me. That I would receive a refund check for 117.86 by the end of the week. I told him I wanted an e-mail confirmation to show my attorney and he told me that I would get one in 48 hrs. I didn't get anything! After reading these complaints, I am going tomorrow to close my account out and I am going to my local police station for advice on how to pursue this. I will get my money back somehow. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

This company is a total fraud. I ordered the product called 2 day-slim down, but all it did was to slim down my bank account. These people charged me $117.86 for something i never received, and when i called up on their customer care service, all i got was a fake promise of refund. Today i see that an another check of the same amount was charged on me again.
Now this is really getting on my nerves, I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU FILTHY FRAUDS!

This company offered a free trial, just pay for shipping and handling $7.97. They then charged me 49.95 before I ever received the product and it overdrew my bank account. Again they hit my account for $58.93 which cause me to have an overdraft fee. They then turn around and hit my account for $49.95 which I incurred another overdraft fee for because this account is not the account I do all of my business from. It has been three months since I returned the package and they still have not refunded me the original 49.95 that was not authorized. If they charge you, don't even try to call them. Dispute the charge right away with your bank! This company is taking a lot of people's money and they are getting away with it.

WE'RE SUPPOSED TO GET WISER WITH AGE; I GUESS I FAILED THAT TEST BECAUSE I FELL FOR MOMENTUM DIRECT'S SCAM HOOK, LINE AND SINKER AND NOW I'M JUST SICK!

SAME STORY: TRIAL PRODUCT, PAY FOR SHIPPING WITH ELECTRONIC CHECK, AND THEY'RE STILL TAKING $58/MO OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCT. OH, AND NO PRODUCT -- I GUESS THAT'S WHY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO CATCH ON. NOW, I'M DOING THE FRAUD THING AT THE BANK, CLOSING CHKG. AND OPENING ANOTHER CHKG. ACCT, FILLING OUT FORMS AT THE POLICE DEPT. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY.

PLEASE PEOPLE, DON'T GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OUT (LIKE I DID). AND REPORT "COMPANIES" LIKE THIS SO WE CAN TRY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM.
