I was taking my son who is 12 years old to buy clothes for his graduation. The salesman did not even allow us to walk into the store when he told us he had nothing in my sons size! My son is 5'0 and quite the husky boy. He was devastated. He turned to me and said he does not want to go anywhere else. The sad thing is that he would hide behind me after that when we would walk into another store so that salesman would not be able to see him first. I have never been more disgusted with someone! I will never go there again.

I have registered for monthly data package for telkom through mondo. There should've been a once admin fee of R99 but mondo has debited the admin fee twice and they say it's non returnable. Please assist I will follow this. It's my hard earned money this.
Hi, i signed up for a cell phone contract on the 21st of September and they told me i will receive an email or sms afterwards but i haven't received anything up until now so i wanted to find out if am i still gonna receive the phone or not because today its day 4 but you promised to deliver within 3 days
i orded a phone with mondo and i told the consultant that i want a blue haiwei y70 plus dual sim and they deliverd the black one not a dual sim phone...
Worst service I've ever received. They do not get back to you. I have tried for weeks but no one has responded or called back. They debit ur account when they haven't delivered the parcel. They say 7 days but it's been 3 weeks. Do not use mondo if u want fast and reliable service.

its been a year trying to resolve the cancellation issue with Mondo and still haven't resolved to this day. They always making promises to resolve the issue. MXM! Advice, Do not open the contract with this useless scammers.

I received assistance with the cancellation of my early upgrade during the cancellation period. I was provided with a case number but MTN is still billing me for a contract that I cancelled because they haven't received any communication from Mondo and my line has been suspended
My data is getting finished very quickly on Thursday I had 129GB and when I checked yesterday I know have 75GB. This is the second time this is happening to me, I spoke to an agent and they can't help me. I do not use that much data in a day
I applied and was called by a consultant agreed on everything when my devices arrived it was not what we agreed on, I sent an emmidiate email but no response my invoice number is [protected], then called they said they will call me back but since Monday at 16:23 was waiting for their call nothing, so now I decided to cancel the contract.
I applied for a new phone contract on the mtn website. i was contacted by someone from "mtn" to sign me up. except this application was intercepted by mondo and the staff were pretending to be from MTN Direct. This is absolute fraud! please be aware of them.
I ddnt have an agreement with mondo to deduct my money on 22/11 they deducted R150 (Admin fee) from my account but the lady that assisted me I told her to cancel it coz they dot have the one I want (package) when I went to the bank they said they can’t reverse it I still have the sms as a proof
Was called by a mondo consultant 19 September who sold me an R20 for 40 gigs of date to be added to my existing contract. He then mistakenly cancelled my normal contract and made my contract a data contract only.
