I went to 'movietickets.com' to buy tickets for a film online. Apparently, something popped up that I clicked by mistake which gave my bank account to two ripoff companies called 'Shopper Discounts' and 'Reservation Rewards'. These bad boys have been debiting $12.00 per month EACH (Total of $24.00 per month) from my account without my knowledge or authorization for at least six months before I discovered it. In my opinion, movietickets.com is just as guilty of these fraudulent activities as the other two because they allowed this crap on their website. I will NEVER AGAIN purchase any movie tickets online... box office ONLY from now on. Sorry guys, but if you are going to put unsuspecting people through this nightmare you do not deserve any of my business. I plan to file complaints with the BBB and also get my Bank to take action as well.
These crooks managed to get more than $120.00 from me before I discovered it. The motto of this story... check your accounts REGULARLY (at least a couple of times a week) and NEVER click anything at these crooked websites that 'pops up'. Better yet, just don't do business with them at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I had the same experience as Matthew. WebLoyalty are criminals, and unfortunately merchants such as movietickets sign up with them. Contact the Connecticut attorney general, movietickets, and your credit card company, and put these people out of business. I am doing so.
No Mary, I will not sign this or contact you, you are a thief and a liar, there is no point.
Same thing JUST happened to me. These crooks have been pulling $12 out of my account for over a YEAR without me knowing! I too, must have had it happen through movietickets.com. I will NEVER buy my tickets from them again. And as for this Reservation Rewards place, I will not stop until I see that place go down! They are scammers stealing people's money! WHAT THE HELL MEMBERSHIP WAS I PAYING FOR? I never received anything! I was never notified of anything even remotely related to this place. It is THEFT! And I will work hard to get it stopped!
And as for Mary, karma is a ### and so are you. I hope something 100 times worse happens to your thieving ###.
They don't give refunds if God forbid you change your mind about a movie...BS!
The fact that they don't give refunds is evident they don't care about customer service. Movie Tickets.com should not be in business imo.
