Original coffee maker wouldn't brew properly. Sent it back and was given a replacement. The replacement began to leak within a few months. Contacted customer service again and returned it. Upon receiving it they said they didn't have it in stock or one comparable to it so they offered a refund. Instead they tried sending another coffee maker. I contacted fedex to have it returned to the company before it even left their general area. I emailed the company and inquiry was made as to why they sent the coffee maker and what happened to our already agreed upon refund. Each contact they'd push back the date of the refund. Claiming it was submitted and up to finance now and could take up to six weeks. This is on top of the month I've already been waiting since sending back the original replacement.

Desired outcome: Refund of $79.99
