This company is a fake they mailed me information to be a member and told me it would only cost 1.00 they have already took out 149.00 out of my account and tried several other times to take 349.00 they never sent me a packet. They said i could canc in 30 days after if received my packet. I marked this day on my calander to canc and guess what there is no customer service to canc. I called back the activation number and tried to get help they were very rude and told me i didn't hold on long enough for customer service i said how long becasue i was on hold up to 15 min, they guy was very rude and said you need to wait up to 30 min thats when i knew this was a scam no company is going to ask someone to hold on for 30 min. The guy get very rude and offensive it sounded like i had called someones house or something. I just want my money back and these people should be stopped. I am a small business and i have had to close my account and reopen another

I was foolish to fall into a scam like this. I received a call from this company and fell for the whole 1 dollar sceam. I realized the next day that this was bull crap. I read a bunch of info on the internet about this company to make me cancel immediately. I was told i would receive a refund for $158.00 with in the next business day.. I try and try to call and get nowhere. The only way to get in touch with someone is to start the call off like your a new customer and you want to join.. Then they pick up right away. Well it's been over a year and i still haven't seen a dime. I did once speak to an older lady in accounting and she said, you will have to wait another 3 months, because the company is in bankruptcy and i should be patient and or i will get nothing. She said she was ashamed of this company and regrets all her doings..

4/27/2015,
I have been scammed also by the so called National Small Business Alliance. They did the exact same thing and took $349.40 and $149.95 from my checking account after I cancelled. I wrote to the Attorney General's office but who knows how long they will take to investigate. I am however still in touch with this company and do get through pretty quick at [protected]. I speak to a woman who sounds like about 18 named Isela. She tells me there is a back up in their system and they don't know when they can get out the refunds. I am wishing whoever has been scammed that we can file some sort of class law suit against tem. Any advise?Let's do something that won't cost us a ton of money. We already lost over $500.
