Nikola Valenti review: Threatening me to pay for something I’ve never received

I applied to this advertisement on fb for free jewellery on 03/04/2023 and I pay for delivery. I paid for the delivery to check if I like it. I forgot about it and never got the delivery. To my surprise On 20/07/2023 I got an email that I have to pay for the jewellery and that I have to send some jewellery back. I never received it and I replied to this company that I never received a delivery and that I am waiting for delivery. Since then this scam company (Nikola Valenti) is now sending threatening emails for paying them money and they are increasing it by late payments. I tried several times to explain to them that I never got your delivery but they never tried to solve it and still sending emails and increasing money. I told them to sort this out with the delivery company and not me but they are not sorting this out.

I would say that Nikola Valenti is a scam company which by all means scamming customers and instead solving the problems they threatening customers. I will not pay for something I never received and want to sort this out so that they stop threatening me for payment and late payment emails. Thank you
