Novant Health review: Tanglewood appointment

I called to make an appointment for a check up about ongoing problems and a med refill. I was mislead to believe that I was due for a physical. Insurance denied because I wasn't. Office says I have to pay because in medical terms the words "check up" and "physical" are the same despite my saying I only wanted a physical if I was due one. I did not call to make an appointment for a physical and only did because I was mislead to believe I was due one. On top of that, the physical was not a true physical because things were missed. No mention of a flu shot, which I still need, referred to cardiologist when not needed, cut meds when not the right thing to do, prescribed 2 meds I can't take due to interactions with others I take and failed to prescribe sleeping med. Am filing complaints with medical board, nursing board, attorney general, BBB and anyone else I can think of. My therapist recommended this place to me and I'll inform her of how I was scammed so she doesn't refer anyone else. Went here to get help and instead got taken advantage of and scammed. Worst doctors office visit ever.
