Before the pandemic we’ve travelled to more than 40 countries. Accor brought us a lot of unforgettable memories and my kids collected tons of mini dolls which had brought them a lot of happiness. Especially in Europe and Australia.
After the pandemic, we booked Novotel to bring back our memories. When the kids saw the bunk bed, they were so excited. At night, the bed bugs came out. I took the bed bugs to the reception. The reception took pictures to file the situation and help us set up another room to sleep, but we had to wait until the room was set until 2:30 am.
We did not have a good night sleep. Our kids were so disappointed.
Before the bed bugs came out, I was thinking to book one more night but I changed my mine. I booked another Novotel instead.
When we checked out, the reception did not even say anything to us, like nothing happened.
I never had this kind of experience before. We love Accor so much. But this time we’re so disappointed. See the attached files about the bed bugs.
