This is one the most ridiculous things I have came across in my life!-These people ought to be arrested and charged for these fraudulent things they are doing. They are ripping off people. They advertised free trial-just pay shipping and handling which was suppose to be a mere $3.95 instead they charge my credit card for over $89.00. This is insane-I have not even recieved the product for which they were advertising. I was charged for something I have not even recieved also. This is insane I tell you-I am so ENRAGED by this its unbelievable. They even advertise their website is secure for using your crdit card-secure I bet for tking/charging your account for whatever they feel like. If I ever find these people I'll be taking them to court-I'm not giving up on this one so easily. I had to close off my credit card because of them and have fraud detection go through my entire credit history because of this. This is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL...

I was billed $3.95 on 1-29-08 then $89.31 on 2-13-08 for something I never authorized or received. When I saw the charges on my bill I called the [protected] & was left on hold for over 20 mins. I called back 14 times today resulting in the same, left on hold. I called my credit card company & they tod me they were having several people calling in tothem about a fraudulant charge done by this company. This company should be closed down & should have to repay all customers they did this to. I now have to write to my credit company to get this amount removed from my account. This is such a needless thing to have to do for something I never ever ordered.

This has happened to me also. I am trying right now to get a refund on products I did not order. I also returned both products and still have not received a credit.

I ordered a sample bottle of colon cleanser for $3.95 and gave them my credit card information and now they have charged me
$89.31. I have had to cancel my credit card for fear that they will try again. This company needs to be put out of business as they are offering a product that may or may not work but, are trying to defraud everyone of there money..

I was offered a free trial of Color cure if I paid shipping of $1.50 and charged it to my credit card... Next thing I know there is a charge to my credit card of $89.31... I did not authorize this charge nor did I order anything to warrant this charge on my credit card.

THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP-OFFS. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. YOU TRY TO TALK TO THEM. AND ALL THEY SAY IS THERE IS NO REFUNDS. THAT IT STATES I AGREE TO THE TERMS. WHICH YOU DO NOT SEE AS THEY SAY YOUR BLIND IT'S RIGHT IN PLAN SIGHT.I'VE HAVEN'T SEEN IT. I TOLD THEM AFTER 1/2 HR. FOR THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE I'M CANCELING THE ACCOUNT THAT I TOLD MY BANK WHAT HAPPENED. AND THEY BETTER NOT TOUCH MY ACCT.AS OF 3/10/08 ANYMORE OR I WILL SUE THEM FOR THEFT.THE GUY SAID HE WAS HANGING UP ON ME AND I WAS STUCK WITH THE ITEM. I LIVE IN DELAWARE. THE NO. I came across the add saying the product was free to try for only $4.95 S&H. The add said nothing about being billed $89.95 every month for additional product. As soon as I noticed the charge on my account I started trying to get in touch with Nubodi, it took about 2 weeks. I canceled the order, but never got my money back. There's products at walmart with the same ingrediends for around $6.00. I won't make the mistake of every ordering a so called free sample of anything again!

They ripped me off too! The $89.00 payment is still pending and my bank can't dispute it until it clears... throwing me right into the ******* RED! I called and the heavily accented girl just assured me that I agreed to this BS! I AM FURIOUS!

It took 3 weeks forthe free trial to come, by that time, the charge of $89.31 was already on my card. This was a scam, can't send them e-mail with their contact info, number listed remains unanswered.

I ordered a sample for the 3.95. on 2-19-08 and then they have took 89031 from my credit card on 3-4-08 and i did not consent for them to do that, but i am going to my bank tomorrow and see what i can do about this.

I am very disappointed with this comnpany, Nubodi aka Colon Cure. They were suppose to be diet pills that I ordered online for $3.95, but they are charging me montly $89.31. Complete scam, and they do not even work on top of that. My bank is trying to protect my account, and I have reported them to the fraud department. Wendy

I too was suckered into this agreement. I called to get a refund and they said i went past my trial date, i in turn said i thought it was from the day you get product to try ( that is a trial right) so i told them i wanted to speak to manager and then she said she would email corperate and ask for me a refund. They are supposed to email me with the decesion. If everyone that has been ripped off calls and really complains maybe we will get our money back, i need that money i am disabled and only get one check a month i did not count on them taking more money without my permission. Thanks for letting me vent i hate being ripped off

I purchased the $3.95 one time order and have been charged $89.71 on my debit card for about 10 months. I have called and got nowhere,and I have sent the package unopened with Return To Sender and that did no good, and now I have went to my bank and they are going to stop my debit card and issue a new one. I am very upset and have tried to reach them but to no avail. Please let me know if you get any resolution as I am out almost $800.00 dollars.

I was also billed $89.31 for this product that I did not authorize. I only authorized $3.95 for the trial offer. Luckily my bank has stopped payment but I have not tried to call apparently it won't do any good. I will call an attorney if I need to. They definitely need to be stopped. Good luck to everyone.

I was charged the $89.31 today on my bank account. I notified my bank and made a stop payment for this product. I am trying to call and am still waiting for someone to answer. This is definitely a scam to get money out of hard working people.

This company did same thing to me, too. I was charged $89.31 twice for the free trial bottle. I am fighting on the refund now, although they say no refund.

I ordered the free trial almost 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. I was charged the $3.95 but did not get the product. I did have someone call me to confirm my order but I still did not get it. I have also tried to call and cancel but cannot get through. Should I cancel my debit card or just stop payment for 6 months?

I was luck enough to get a refund! Only because I read the complaint boards and found Wendy Philly from Las Vegas. If there is anything we can do to help please let me know. I know alot of people are losing their hard earned money on a product that doesn't even work and not knowing to click on the terms. I was one of them people, luckily I did recieve a refund. I HAVE BEEN PRACTING LAW FOR SEVEN YEARS AND THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM!
FOR ONE THING I HAVE A FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS A DOCTOR THAT IS CHECKING THIS OUT AND HE SAID IT IS BASICLY A SUGAR PILL AND I DID TRY IT AND NOTHING AND I DO MEAN NOTHING!

WE NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE STEATEN THEM WITH A LAW SUITE AND I WILL TAKE THE CASE FOR ALL OF US BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN HAD ALL OVER THE BOARED!

PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND LETS GET THESE GUYS!
I ALSO WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IF YOU WILL OPEN THE CAPUELS YOU WILL NOTICE IT IS SUGAR!
I HAVE TWO CIA PEOPLE THAT HAVE SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME PAPERS TO THIS!

I agree with all of the above. I tried calling the company to get an answer to why I have this charge. They kept me on hold for over 2o minutes and no one ever responded or took my call. In my opinion, this company is an outright scam! I' m noe trying to deal with this issue through my credit card company.

They charge my account 89.01 plus a international fee, this is stealing. I did not authorize them to charge my account except for the 3.95 for the trial sample of colon cure. This is a total rip off.

GO to the FBI website and report this they have a section for internet scams if you guys make massive complaints about this they'll check it out

Everyone please contact:

1) the Better Business Bureau asap and report Nubodi.com you must file a report in the Las Vegas office you can do it online.
2) Contact you bank asap and file a fraud claim as well.
3) Contact AOL at: tosgeneral@aol.com.

Tell them what happened to you.

Today I met with the local police and contacted the police in Las Vegas as well. Please contact me if you care to as I am putting a master list in order for a class action. It may only be $89.31 but what they are doing is WRONG. Don't just sit back help fight! I am also contacting the press here in NYC.

I have never even heard of this company before and I checked my account online and they had charged me 3.95 and then about a week and a half later charged me $89. This company is complete fraud and cheat. I didn't even order a "free trial" with shipping and handling that other complaints have said.

I havent had a single problem with this company, I was able to get through within no time at all and spoke with a nice young man who informed me of everything that was going to happen if I didn't call to cancel. Which I did before my trial was over! the pills worked just fine for me but I did not need them anymore but I will order more later on down the road!

I am a 64 year old and I had no problem understanding any of this. I was able to find the terms and conditions as well on my own on their website!

I had never heard of this company untill I recieved my bank statment with a charge of 3.95 and then89.31 which left me overdrawn -85.73. I dont know what steps to take next, but I will not stop untill I get my money back.

Nubodi is definitely a scam. I called and cancelled my order and they are still shipping out them to me. They do not let you return the item therefor I am being ripped off. I don't know how to stop this. In the conditions they say if you are allowed to cancel, but they don't let you.

I work for Nubodi and we are not a bad company, unfortunately the response for our products were much larger that expected and at the beggining of certain campaigns we had trouble keeping up with demand. Please, if there is a problem and you can't get through to us by telephone...e-mail us at customerservice@nubodi.com and we will take care of you right away. That e-mail is checked daily. We want all of our customers to be happy and we will help any way that we can.

We have over 200, 000 satisfied customers but it is sad that there is a small part of our customers that had a bad experience. Again, to that small group of customers we will help in anyway we can. Ernest used to be an employee here, he placed the above complaint. He was fired when he was not treating our customers with respect. Now he complaining to the exact people that he used to be mean to. He was told to give a refund to a customer and instead he argued with them. We have all of this recorded for quality control purposes. For that he was let go. He has made numerous treats to our call center manager and has several warrants in several states. He is a very angry person because he was let go. Please...if there is a problem contact us and we will be so happy to make sure that every one of our customers get satisfaction.

I am very upset! I agreed to the 3.95 for the trial offer. I did not authorize the 89.31 they took out last month and are about to take out again this month! Should I contact my bank and tell them to cancel this? I am a single mom barely scraping by and I can't afford this!

I was a fool and ordered the free trial. They got the 3.95 and the next day my credit card was blocked for illeagle activity. I got the pills today and like every one else, I can't get through. Let me know If you find a way out of this

My brother Ernest was an employee at Nubodi. He was educated by his supervisior Brain NOT to refund the customers. He did his job and they fired him. He threated to take legal action against the company and they fired him. His co workers called him racial slurs and made false accusations against him. Even now on here they insult him. if you call the 801 number they say its customers service to not reveal the company name. they say he has warrants in several states but he has only lived in 2 states and of that its over 2 simple speeding ticket infractions that he just paid off and they were rude to mention this online.. ernest did not harass anybody & we have the cell records to prove it. Ernest was fired for doing what the supervisior told him to do. Nubodi has several ex-cons working for them. The BBB has "forced" Nubodi to refund the customers or they will lose thier licence. just steer away from this company. Really, Its for the best. i will post thier corporate direct numbers on here needed and that way you can call them directly. i sent for a trail use of this so called colon cleanser.I got 15 pills...I paid for shipping and handling only
now I get a charge for 89.31 for a prduct I have not recievevd.I have'nt got an email or anything.I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and I was not satisfied with the product it did'nt do anything or maybe they don't give you enough to make a difference.

Unauthorized charge to my debit card. I charged $3.95 on the 17th, for a free sample, this was for shipping cost. Today I noticed a charge of $89.31 which I did not authorized. Just got off the phone with the company, told them to take it off. She first said no way, after me yelling for 10 minutes she told me the charge will be took off. I will keep checking back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE DISHONEST AS CAN BE.

This web site is a scam. They do not answer your calls, (they have the phones answered by recordings and even after 35 minutes, they still had not answered the phone)
When I got the "free trial" The package did not contain a proper billing statement (This was an immediate clue! That this was a scam), only a phone number to cancel the order. I called my credit card company the day I recieved it, and my card HAD ALREADY BEEN charged $89.31.They had waited 14 days to post the trial offer, so I did not have the opportunity to have 14 days to cancel. I did cancel my credit card and will have one issued in a different number. The credit card company has refunded the charge.
I am also reporting this scam to the Better Business Bureau, and any one else I can file complaints with. These are dangerous people and there is no telling how many people have been ripped off.
I would love to have them busted on National Television!

I WAS VERY UPSET WHEN I WAS CHARGED 97.31 FOR A TRIAL AND COULD NOT GET A REFUND. I CALLED THIS PAST THURSDAY AND RECEIVED A REFUND TODAY ON MY CREDIT CARD. EVERYONE SHOULD REALIZE THAT I HAD TO SEND BACK THE PRODUCT, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS REFUND.
